Alternatively, the functional module 30 and the fixing member may be connected by a fastener. For example, the housing of the functional module 30 is connected to the fixing member by screws or bolts.
Optionally, a plurality of fixing components are disposed in the accommodating cavity 105, and divide the accommodating cavity 105 into a plurality of storage spaces. Like this, will hold chamber 105 through fixed subassembly and separate into a plurality of storing spaces, functional module 30 corresponds corresponding storing space work, reduces functional module 30's energy consumption on the one hand, and on the other hand, a plurality of functional module 30 mutually noninterferes, and every storing space's of building environment is different, is fit for different article and stores. For example, the bottom of the accommodating cavity 105 is easily wetted, and a dehumidifying module or a heating module is provided in the storage space of the bottom to solve the wetting problem. The volume of the storage space is small, the working time of the heating module or the dehumidifying module is not required to be too long, or the heating module or the dehumidifying module with low power consumption is used. Wherein, through the partition of fixed subassembly, when holding chamber 105 bottom and heating, can not lead to the fact the influence to the storing space of other parts, convenient to use is convenient for accomodate different article. Optionally, the storage space is enclosed by the fixing component, the back panel 103, the first side panel 101 and the third side panel 104, or the storage space is enclosed by the fixing component, the back panel 103, the first side panel 101 and the second side panel 102, or the storage space is enclosed by the fixing component, the back panel 103, the second side panel 102 and the third side panel 104. Wherein, the fixed component can be horizontally arranged, and can be used for placing articles, thereby increasing the use purpose.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the fixing assembly includes a partition plate 40 and a connecting member, and a side of the partition plate 40 is provided with a groove 401 that can receive the function module 30; the connection member is disposed in the groove 401 and detachably connected to the partition 40, and the connection member is configured to fix the function module 30 in the groove 401 of the partition 40. The opening of the groove 401 faces the inner sidewall of the frame 10, and forms a space for accommodating the functional module 30 with the inner sidewall of the frame 10. In this way, the functional module 30 is accommodated in the space surrounded by the groove 401 of the partition plate 40 and the inner wall of the housing 10. The functional module 30 is inserted into the groove 401 of the partition 40 by the connecting member, and the functional module 30 is accommodated and fixed. The function module 30 is attached to the housing 10 via the partition plate 40, which contributes to the fusion of the function module 30 and the housing 10 and improves the stability of the function module 30. Optionally, the groove 401 of the partition 40 encompasses the entire area of the functional module 30. This helps prevent the functional module 30 from partially protruding out of the partition 40, falling off, or being damaged.
Optionally, the connecting member includes a trim 50, or a sliding member 60. Thus, the functional module 30 is accommodated and fixed by the fastener 50. The engaging member 50 is provided on the partition plate 40, so that the functional module 30 is mounted to the frame 10 through the partition plate 40; or the sliding member 60 drives the functional module 30 to be embedded into the groove 401 of the partition plate 40, so as to hold and fix the functional module 30, and the functional module 30 is mounted on the frame 10 through the partition plate 40. Alternatively, the functional module 30 may be detachably connected to the fastener 50, or the functional module 30 may be embedded in the fastener 50, or the functional module 30 may be adhered to the fastener 50 by an adhesive.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fastening member 50 includes a main body 501, the main body 501 is perpendicular to the partition 40, and a first bending portion 502 and a second bending portion 503 extend from two ends of the main body 501 in the same direction. The main body 501, the first bending part 502 and the second bending part 503 define a receiving groove 506, and the receiving groove 506 is configured to receive the functional module 30. Thus, the functional module 30 is placed in the receiving groove 506, and the connection between the card fixing member 50 and the functional module 30 is realized. In addition, the first bending part 502 and the second bending part 503 help to prevent the functional module 30 from being taken out at will.
In practice, the partition 40 may be placed horizontally and may be used to place items. The main body 501 is vertically disposed and perpendicular to the partition 40, and the functional module 30 is located in the groove 401. The two ends of the main body 501 extend in the same direction to form a first bent part 502 and a second bent part 503, which can be understood as follows: at this time, two ends of the main body 501 are a top end and a bottom end, respectively, the first bent portion 502 extends from the top end of the main body 501, and the second bent portion 503 extends from the bottom end of the main body 501 and is in the same direction as the first bent portion 502. The first bent portion 502 can restrict the functional module 30 from being taken out from above. The second bent part 503 serves to support the functional module 30, and can limit the functional module 30 from being removed from below.
Optionally, the first bending part 502 and the second bending part 503 extend from two ends of the main body 501 into the groove 401. In this way, the functional module 30 can be mounted in the groove 401 of the partition 40 by the trim 50, contributing to defining the mounting position of the functional module 30.
Alternatively, the first bent portion 502 is disposed to be inclined toward the main body 501; and/or the second bent portion 503 is inclined toward the main body 501. In this way, only the protruding end of the first bending part 502 and the protruding end of the second bending part 503 need to be abutted against the surface of the functional module 30, which helps to reduce the contact area between the first bending part 502 and the second bending part 503 and the functional module 30, prevent the surface of the functional module 30 from being damaged, and improve the heat dissipation efficiency; on the other hand, the first bent portion 502 and the second bent portion 503 can be prevented from interfering with the electronic components on the surface of the functional module 30, and the matching degree between the functional module 30 and the fastener 50 can be enlarged.
Optionally, the first bending part 502 and the second bending part 503 are symmetrically disposed on the main body 501. Therefore, the manufacturing process is convenient, and the positions of the first bending part 502 and the second bending part 503 can be adjusted at will during use. For example, when the partition 40 is horizontally disposed, the main body 501 is vertically disposed, the first bent portion 502 is located above, and the second bent portion 503 is located below; alternatively, the first bent portion 502 is located below and the second bent portion 503 is located above.
Optionally, the main body 501 is perpendicular to the first bending part 502; and/or the main body 501 is perpendicular to the second bending part 503. Thus, when the main body 501 is perpendicular to the first bent portion 502, the first bent portion 502 contacts the functional module 30 with a large area, and the first bent portion 502 can better perform a load-bearing function. When the main body 501 is perpendicular to the second bent portion 503, the second bent portion 503 contacts the functional module 30 in a larger area, and the first bent portion 502 can better perform a load-bearing function. Under the condition that the main body 501 is perpendicular to the first bent portion 502 and perpendicular to the second bent portion 503, the first bent portion 502 and the second bent portion 503 define the accommodating groove 506 with the main body 501, so that the functional module 30 can be better placed, and the functional module 30 can be prevented from sliding off. In addition, the processing and manufacturing are facilitated.
Optionally, the spacing between the top and bottom ends of the body 501 is greater than the thickness of the baffle 40. In this way, in practical application, the installation of the main body 501 and the partition 40 is facilitated, and the installation and the use of the functional module 30 can be observed. In addition, simple maintenance of the functional module 30 can be performed without disassembly.
Optionally, the fastening member 50 further includes a first fixing portion 504 and a second fixing portion 505, the first fixing portion 504 extends from the top end of the main body 501 to the upper surface of the partition board 40, and is in contact with the upper surface of the partition board 40; the second fixing portion 505 extends outward from the bottom end of the main body 501 to the lower surface of the partition board 40, and abuts against the lower surface of the partition board 40. The first fixing portion 504, the second fixing portion 505 and the main body 501 define a slot 507, and the partition 40 around the groove 401 is embedded in the slot 507. In this way, the first fixing portion 504 and the second fixing portion 505 are clamped to the partition 40 through the clamping groove 507 formed by the main body 501, so that the functional module 30 is clamped to the groove 401 of the partition 40 by the clamping member 50.
Alternatively, the first fixing portion 504 covers a part or all of the area of the top end of the body 501. Optionally, the second fixing portion 505 covers a part or all of the area of the bottom end of the main body 501. In the case that the first fixing portions 504 cover a partial region of the top end of the main body 501, the trim 50 may include a plurality of first fixing portions 504 spaced apart from each other, so that, in the case where one of the first fixing portions 504 is damaged, the use of the other first fixing portions 504 is not affected. Similarly, in the case that the second fixing portion 505 covers a partial region of the bottom end of the main body 501, the fastener 50 may include a plurality of second fixing portions 505 spaced apart from each other. In the case where one of the second fixing portions 505 is damaged, the use of the other second fixing portions 505 is not affected. In the case where the first fixing portion 504 covers the entire region of the top end of the main body 501, it is helpful to enlarge the force-receiving area and improve the strength of the fastening member 50. In the case where the second fixing portion 505 covers the entire area of the bottom end of the main body 501, it is helpful to enlarge the force-receiving area and improve the strength of the fastening member 50.
Alternatively, the first fixing portion 504 is disposed obliquely downward; and/or the second fixing portion 505 is disposed to be inclined upward. Under the condition that the partition board 40 is horizontally disposed, the first fixing portion 504 is located above the second fixing portion 505, the first fixing portion 504 is inclined downward, and the second fixing portion 505 is inclined upward, which is helpful for improving the clamping force of the clamping member 50 and preventing the clamping member 50 carrying the functional module 30 from falling off from the partition board 40. In addition, it contributes to improvement of stability when the trim 50 is connected to the partition 40.
Alternatively, the first fixing portion 504 and the second fixing portion 505 are symmetrically disposed on the body 501. Therefore, the processing and manufacturing are convenient, and the positions of the first fixing portion 504 and the second fixing portion 505 can be adjusted freely when the fixing device is used. For example, in the case where the partition plate 40 is horizontally disposed, the main body 501 is vertically disposed, the first fixing portion 504 is on the upper side, and the second fixing portion 505 is on the lower side; alternatively, the first fixing portion 504 is located at the lower side and the second fixing portion 505 is located at the upper side. In addition, the force applied to the trim 50 is made uniform. The first fixing portion 504 and the second fixing portion 505 may be both disposed obliquely or horizontally.
Optionally, one or more of the clamping pieces 50 are provided; wherein the receiving grooves 506 defined by the adjacent fastener 50 are communicated. This contributes to improving the stability of the connection of the card firmware 50 and the functional module 30. For example, the groove 401 of the partition 40 includes three sidewalls, each of which can be engaged with the fastener 50, and the fasteners 50 engaged with the adjacent sidewalls can be separately disposed or connected to each other. The adjacent trim pieces 50 are vertically disposed. Under the condition that the three side walls are provided with the clamping pieces 50, the three directions of the functional module 30 are fixedly limited, so that the falling-off prevention is facilitated, and the stability is improved. As shown in fig. 3.
Optionally, the sliding member 6020 is slidably coupled to the upper surface of the spacer plate 40, or the lower surface of the spacer plate 40, or the inner sidewall of the groove 401. Thus, in the case that the sliding member 60 is slidably coupled to the inner sidewall of the groove 401, it is possible to facilitate the flatness, the beauty and the tidiness of the upper and lower surfaces of the partition 40. In the case where the sliding member 60 is slidably coupled to the upper surface or the lower surface of the partition plate 40, maintenance of the sliding member 60 is facilitated without disassembling the partition plate 40. Here, in the case that the sliding member 60 is slidably connected to the inner side wall of the groove 401, the sliding member 60 may be a slider. In the case where the sliding member 60 is slidably coupled to the upper surface or the lower surface of the partition 40, the sliding member 60 may be a slide rail.
Alternatively, the slide member 60 is connected to the function module 30 by a fastener, or bonded by adhesive, or integrally formed with the housing of the function module 30. In this way, the sliding member 60 can be considered as an integral part of the functional module 30, facilitating the sliding connection with the partition 40.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the inner side wall of the groove 401 is provided with a slide 402, and the sliding member 60 is slidably connected in the slide 402. Wherein the slide 402 is located on the inner side wall adjacent to the opening of the groove 401. This helps to hide the sliding member 60 and keep the partition 40 clean in appearance. In practical applications, the sliding member 60 may be a slider. Optionally, the length of the sliding member 60 is less than or equal to the length of the slideway 402. As such, when the length of the sliding member 60 is less than the length of the slideway 402, material and cost savings are facilitated; when the length of the sliding member 60 is equal to the length of the chute 402, it helps the sliding member 60 and the partition 40 to be evenly stressed.
Optionally, the length of the runners 402 is less than or equal to the depth of the grooves 401. Thus, when the length of the runner 402 is less than the depth of the groove 401, it contributes to saving the processing cost.
Alternatively, the sliding track of the sliding member 60 is parallel to the upper surface of the partition 40. This helps to prevent the sliding member 60 from sliding the functional module 30 out of the groove 401 under the influence of gravity. In addition, it helps the sliding member 60 and the partition 40 to be uniformly stressed. Here, "the upper surface of the separator 40" may be understood that, in the case where the separator 40 is horizontally disposed, the uppermost surface of the separator 40 is the upper surface of the separator 40. In the case where the partition 40 is vertically disposed, the "upper surface of the partition 40" may be understood as a side surface of the partition 40 in the vertical direction. When the partition plate 40 is vertically arranged, the opening of the groove 401 faces upwards.
In practical applications, in the case where the partition 40 is horizontally disposed, the sliding track of the sliding member 60 may be inclined downward, i.e., the sliding channel 402 is disposed inclined downward. Thus, the sliding member 60 drives the functional module 30 to slide along the slide rail 402 to the groove 401 under the action of gravity, and is not easy to fall off.
Alternatively, the sliding members 60 are provided at opposite sides of the function module 30. In this way, by providing the sliding members 60 on both opposite side portions of the functional module 30, it is possible to contribute to the force application of the sliding members 60 being uniform, while improving the stability of the functional module 30 at the time of installation. The sliding member 60 may be disposed at the top, middle or bottom of the functional module 30. Therefore, in the actual application process, the user can select according to actual needs. For example, in the case where the slide member 60 is provided at the top end of the functional module 30, the partition plate 40 is horizontally placed with a flat upper surface, which facilitates storage of articles.
Alternatively, the sliding members 60 provided at the opposite two sides of the function module 30 are symmetrically provided. Thus, the sliding can be performed more favorably. Wherein the number and position of the runners 402 is adapted to the number and position of the slide members 60.
Optionally, the depth of the groove 401 is larger than the width of the functional module 30. In this way, the depth of the groove 401 is greater than the width of the functional module 30, and it can be understood that the groove 401 encompasses the entire area of the functional module 30. This helps prevent the functional module 30 from protruding from the partition 40, falling off, or being damaged.
Optionally, the control module 20 comprises: and the display screen is used for operating and/or displaying the working progress of the functional module 30. Like this, be convenient for observe function module 30's job schedule through the display screen, help the user to know the internal condition such as temperature, humidity and cleanliness factor of cabinet. In addition, the user can conveniently operate the cabinet through the display screen, namely, the operation control module 20 sends an instruction to the function module 30 to adjust the temperature, the humidity, the cleaning degree and the like in the cabinet body. The display screen is connected with the control chip of the control module 20.
