9. The burner assembly of claim 7, wherein the dry-fire prevention sensor is connected to the burner body by an elastic member, the dry-fire prevention sensor having a free state and a compressed state;
when the anti-dry-burning sensor is in the free state, one end of the anti-dry-burning sensor, which is far away from the inner ring fire cover, protrudes out of one end of the central ring, which is far away from the inner ring fire cover;
when the anti-dry heating sensor is switched to the compression state, one end of the central ring, which is far away from the inner ring fire cover, and one end of the anti-dry heating sensor, which is far away from the inner ring fire cover, are on the same plane.
