Thus, when the second housing 20 slides to the predetermined position relative to the first housing 10, the abutting assembly 30 cooperates with the limiting portion 40, so as to limit the relative position between the second housing 20 and the first housing 10 to prompt the user that the second housing 20 has slid to the predetermined position.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned "preset position" refers to a relative position of the second casing 20 and the first casing 10 when the second casing 20 is slid to be completely fitted with the first casing 10 when the second casing 20 is mounted, for example, when the second casing 20 is slid relative to the first casing 10 and can not be slid any more, that is, the second casing is slid to an extreme position so that the second casing 20 is completely fitted with the first casing 10. Thus, when the second housing 20 is assembled, the second housing 20 is slid only after the protruding portion 22 and the sliding groove 12 are fitted together, and when the second housing 20 is slid to a preset position, the abutting component 30 and the limiting portion 40 are fitted together to limit the position of the second housing 20, so that a user is prompted to install the second housing 20. At the same time, the second housing 20 can be prevented from being unintentionally separated from the first housing 10.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the abutting assemblies 30 may be disposed on the first housing 10, the limiting portions 40 are disposed on the second housing 20, the number of the abutting assemblies 30 may be 1 or multiple, and the number of the limiting portions 40 corresponds to the number of the abutting assemblies 30, which is not limited herein.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the abutting assembly 30 may include an elastic member 31 and an abutting member 32 connected to the elastic member 31, where the elastic member 31 is configured to apply an elastic force to the abutting member 32 so that the abutting member 32 abuts against the limiting portion 40 when the second housing 20 slides to a predetermined position relative to the first housing 10.
Thus, when the second housing 20 slides to the preset position, the elastic member 31 drives the abutting member 32 to abut against the limiting portion 40, so that the abutting member 32 collides with the limiting portion 40 to give a prompt sound to prompt that the second housing 20 slides to the preset position, thereby prompting a user that the second housing 20 is installed in place.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the supporting component 30 is disposed on the second housing 20, and the limiting portion 40 is formed on the first housing 10. The second housing 20 is formed with a mounting hole 23, the elastic element 31 is at least partially received in the mounting hole 23, the abutting element 32 partially extends out from the mounting hole 23, the limiting portion 40 includes a concave portion 41 formed on the first housing 10, and when the second housing 20 slides to a predetermined position relative to the first housing 10, the abutting element 32 extends into the concave portion 41 and abuts against an inner wall of the concave portion 41.
Thus, referring to fig. 3, when the sliding groove 12 of the first housing 10 of the protrusion 22 of the second housing 20 is engaged, firstly, the first housing 10 abuts against the abutting member 32 to compress the elastic member 31, when the second housing 20 slides to the preset position, the abutting member 32 extends into the concave portion 41 under the elastic force of the elastic member 31 to abut against the inner wall of the concave portion 41, and in this process, the abutting member 32 collides with the inner wall of the concave portion 41 to generate an engaging prompt sound to prompt the user that the second housing 20 has slid to the preset position. In one example, the recess 41 may be a groove formed on the first housing 10. It can be understood that when the second housing 20 needs to be detached, only a pulling force is applied to the second housing 20, so as to force the abutting member 32 to move into the mounting hole 23 and compress the elastic member 31, thereby enabling the second housing 20 to smoothly slide out of the first housing 10.
It is understood that, in some embodiments, the first housing 10 may also have a mounting hole 23 formed thereon, the elastic element 31 is at least partially received in the mounting hole 23, the abutting element 32 partially protrudes from the mounting hole 23, and the recess 41 is formed on the second housing 20, and the specific arrangement manner is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the holding assembly 30 includes a plunger spring, specifically, the plunger spring includes a spring and a plunger connected to the spring, the elastic member 31 is the spring, and the holding member 32 is the plunger.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in some embodiments, the abutting assembly 30 may include a fixing member 34 and a resilient piece 33, the fixing member 34 fixes the resilient piece 33 on the second housing 20, and the resilient piece 33 cooperates with the limiting portion 40 to limit the relative position between the second housing 20 and the first housing 10 when the second housing 20 slides to a predetermined position relative to the first housing 10.
Thus, when the second housing 20 slides to the predetermined position, the elastic piece 33 can be matched with the limiting portion 40, so as to prompt the second housing 20 to slide to the predetermined position.
In such an embodiment, the fixing member 34 attaches the elastic piece 33 to the second housing 20, and the stopper 40 is provided on the first housing 10. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the fixing element 34 may also mount the elastic sheet 33 on the first casing 10, and the limiting portion 40 is disposed on the second casing 20, which is not limited in particular.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 8, in some embodiments, the supporting component 30 is disposed on the second housing 20, and the limiting portion 40 is formed on the first housing 10. The second housing 20 is formed with a mounting hole 23, the elastic sheet 33 is received in the mounting hole 23 and partially extends out of the mounting hole 23, the limiting portion 40 includes a concave portion 41 formed on the first housing 10, and when the second housing 20 slides to a preset position relative to the first housing 10, the elastic sheet 33 extends into the concave portion 41.
Thus, when the sliding groove 12 of the first housing 10 of the protrusion 22 of the second housing 20 is engaged, first, the first housing 10 abuts against the elastic sheet 33 to deform the elastic sheet 33, and the protruding elastic sheet portion is retracted into the mounting hole 23. When the second housing 20 slides to the preset position, the elastic sheet 33 returns to the original state to extend into the concave portion 41 so as to limit the relative position of the second housing 20 and the first housing 10, thereby prompting the user that the second housing 20 has slid to the preset position. It can be understood that when the second housing 20 needs to be detached, a pulling force is applied to the second housing 20, so as to force the elastic sheet 33 to elastically deform and to contract again into the mounting hole 23, thereby enabling the second housing 20 to smoothly slide out of the first housing 10.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the second housing 20 further has a fixing hole 24 communicating with the mounting hole 23, and the fixing member 34 is inserted into the fixing hole 24 and fixedly connected to the elastic piece 33, so as to mount the elastic piece 33 in the mounting hole 23. The fixing member 34 may be a threaded connector, such as a screw or a bolt, and the fixing hole 24 may be a threaded hole, and during the installation process, the fixing member 34 may be screwed into the fixing hole 24 to pass through the fixing hole 24 and then be in threaded connection with the elastic sheet 33, so as to fixedly install the elastic sheet 33 in the installation hole 23.
It is understood that, in some embodiments, the first housing 10 may also have a mounting hole 23 formed thereon, the elastic sheet 33 is mounted in the mounting hole 23 and partially protrudes from the mounting hole 23, and the concave portion 41 is formed on the second housing 20, which is not limited herein.
In addition, besides the above embodiments, the holding component 30 may also be a snap structure, for example, in an example, the holding component 30 is formed with a first snap part on the first casing 10, and a second snap part on the second casing 20, when the second casing 20 slides to a preset position, the first snap part and the second snap part are snapped, so as to prompt the user that the second casing 20 slides in place, and when the second casing 20 needs to be detached, an acting force may be applied to separate the first snap part and the second snap part, and then the second casing 20 slides out.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the first housing 10 includes two first wall portions 13 disposed opposite to each other and a second wall portion 14 connecting the two first wall portions 13, the two first wall portions 13 and the second wall portion 14 are connected to form a first receiving cavity 11, and a side of the first receiving cavity 11 away from the second wall portion 14 is used as an opening 15 for receiving the handheld tripod head camera 200.
