A wire hole 2141 for passing a wire is formed in the middle of the hinge pipe 214 so that the control circuit board 213 of the upper cover 2 and the control button 4 can be electrically connected together to control the printer.
Specifically, the electric wire connected to the motor 112 on the base 11 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 213 through the abdicating hole 1141 to control the opening of the printer, and the electric wire connected to the control circuit board 213 of the upper cover 2 is connected to the control button 4 through the electric wire hole 2141 and the connecting shaft 103 to transmit the control information to the control circuit board 213 to start printing.
Referring to fig. 3, 6 and 10, after the main body 1 and the upper cover 2 are closed, a paper bin 5 for storing printing paper, a paper feeding channel for the printing paper, a printing area formed by oppositely arranging the thermal head 7 and the printing roller 8, and a printing paper output port 3 are sequentially formed, wherein the paper feeding channel is directly formed by the upper surface of the main body 1 and the lower surface of the upper cover 2 and is used for connecting the paper bin 5 with the printing area, and the length of the paper feeding channel can be reduced by obliquely arranging a circuit control board in the upper cover 2 and a battery 111, a motor 112 and a reduction gear set 113 in the main body 1, generally, the length of the paper feeding channel can be smaller than 3.0cm, so that the problems of paper jam, paper inclination or slow transmission speed possibly caused by overlong printing paper feeding channel can be reduced, and the printing quality can be improved.
A detection device for detecting the information of the printing paper is arranged on the paper feeding channel, the detection device comprises a transmitting unit 101 and a receiving unit 102, one of the transmitting unit 101 and the receiving unit 102 is arranged on the main body 1, the other is arranged on the upper cover body 2, the transmitting unit 101 transmits the information to the receiving unit 102 when detecting that the printing paper passes through the paper feeding channel, and the receiving unit 102 provides the information to the control circuit board 213 after receiving the information.
Referring to fig. 10, a paper width adjusting mechanism 6, a moving bar 61, and a sliding slot 521 are provided on the lower chamber 52, and the paper width adjusting mechanism 6 is provided on the moving bar 61 and is movable along the moving bar 61 and the sliding slot 521 to accommodate printing paper of different paper widths. The lower end of the baffle plate 62 is provided with an arc-shaped part matched with the lower cavity 52 so that the baffle plate 62 is tightly attached to the lower cavity 52. The stopper piece 62 is provided with a mounting groove 621 for the control lever 63, the control lever 63 is mounted in the mounting groove 621 and pivotally connected to the moving rod 61, and the stopper piece 62 is locked by the control lever 63 and fixed to the moving rod 61. Specifically, referring to fig. 11 and 12, a limiting block 622 is disposed in the mounting groove 621, when the control rod 63 swings downward, the control rod 63 contacts against an inner wall 624 of the mounting groove 621 in an interference fit manner to fix the stopper 62 on the moving rod 61, and simultaneously, the rear end of the stopper 62 contacts against the sliding groove 521 to limit the stopper 62 from moving in the second direction. In order to prevent the control rod 63 from swinging back, a stop block 622 is disposed in the mounting groove 621, and when the control rod 63 swings down to the locking stop piece 62, the stop block 622 just abuts against the side wall of the control rod 63 to prevent the control rod 63 from swinging back by rotating around the moving rod 61. When the control rod 63 swings upwards, the control rod 63 is in clearance fit with the inner wall 624 of the mounting groove 621, so that the moving rod 61 and the blocking piece 62 are unlocked, the blocking piece 62 can move along the moving rod 61, two inclined grooves 623 are further arranged in the mounting groove 621, the control rod 63 is provided with a protrusion 631 matched with the two grooves 623, the protrusion 631 is elastically connected to the control rod 63, the control rod 63 can rotate under the action of external force, otherwise, the protrusion 631 abuts against the side wall of the groove 623 to fix the control rod 63.
