preparation work: when the cleaning block does not perform cleaning work, the wet cleaning block moves to the position right below the spraying assembly along with the sliding block, the jacking cylinder jacks up, and the spray head works for 1-3S to spray mist liquid to wet the cleaning block, so that the wet cleaning block is in a wet state; after spraying, the slider slides and drives the dry cleaning block to move to the lower side of the drying assembly, then the rotary cylinder rotates 180 degrees to rotate the dry cleaning block at one end of the rotary block to the position right below the drying assembly for drying, and at the moment, the wet cleaning block at the other end is rotated out to one side far away from the drying assembly.

After the cleaning machine runs to the rightmost end, the jacking cylinder descends, the rotary cylinder rotates 180 degrees in work, the dry cleaning block rotates to the position below the sand scraping plate, the jacking cylinder jacks again to enable the dry cleaning block to be tightly attached to the sand scraping plate, and then the sliding block slides in the opposite direction (the leftmost end). The cleaning brush cleans the wet cleaning block when the slider is in operation.
After the cleaning work is finished, the jacking cylinder descends to the original position, and the sand paving device leaves the cleaning position to conduct sand paving work; the scrubbing component returns to the lower part of the spraying component under the driving of the sliding block, and the preparation work is continuously executed, so that the circulation is realized.
It should be noted that the number of cleaning times can be set according to actual conditions.
The method can clean the cleaning blocks which do not work while scrubbing the sand spreader, so that the cleaning efficiency is higher. And the dry-wet separation sweeping method enables higher cleaning quality.
In the application, the liquid sprayed by the spraying assembly can be selected to be a solvent which is easier to clean black substances according to actual conditions; the shape and the size of the cleaning block can be matched and designed according to the size of the sand scraping plate and the stubborn degree of the black substance; the jacking cylinder can be arranged on one side of the guide rail according to actual needs, can be arranged on the top of the guide rail and can also be arranged at the bottom of the guide rail; more alternatives and wider application range. Further, in some embodiments, the cleaning block may also be provided with a rotational action to improve the cleaning quality and the life of the cleaning block.

the scrubbing assembly comprises a wet cleaning block and a dry cleaning block arranged on a bracket;
the sweeping assembly comprises a cleaning brush and a connecting plate connected with the cleaning brush; the cleaning brush is positioned above the wet cleaning block and the dry cleaning block; for sweeping the wet cleaning block and the dry cleaning block.
2. The sanding apparatus cleaning device of claim 1, further comprising a spray assembly including a protective sheet metal and a spray head mounted on top of the connecting plate, the protective sheet metal being secured to the bottom of the connecting plate.
3. The sanding apparatus cleaning device of claim 2 further comprising a drying assembly secured to the connection plate and disposed on the dry cleaning block.
4. The sanding apparatus cleaning device of claim 3, further comprising a rotating assembly including a rotating cylinder secured to the bracket and a rotating block connected to an output of the rotating cylinder; the dry cleaning block and the wet cleaning block are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating block.
5. The sander cleaning apparatus of claim 4 wherein said rotating blocks are strip-shaped plates.
6. A sanding device cleaning apparatus as defined in any one of claims 1-3, wherein the dry cleaning block is disposed adjacent the wet cleaning block.
7. The sanding device cleaning apparatus of claim 6 wherein the dry cleaning block is spaced from the cleaning block by a number in a sequence.
