The front portion of the body member 1 has a supporting linkage folding space 1S, one end of the supporting linkage 22 is pivoted in the supporting linkage folding space 1S, and the other end of the supporting linkage 22 is pivoted with the head member 2. In this embodiment, the body member 1 further includes a chest shield 16, and the chest shield 16 has a front cover shape of the toy vehicle 1B. The chest shield 16 is pivotally mounted at the front side of the body member 1 to open or shield the folding space 1S of the support linkage, as shown in fig. 6B and fig. 1B.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1A, 7A-7C, the second left limb 33 further comprises a left sole member 331 and the second right limb 34 further comprises a right sole member 341. The left and right foot members 331, 341 are configured to pivot into contact with a contact surface (e.g., table, floor) and support the toy robot 100A on the contact surface, as shown in FIG. 1A. The left sole member 331 and the right sole member 341 are configured to pivot to a retracted position. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7A, the left sole 331 is pivotally connected to a link 331L to be rotatable relative to the pivotal connection P1. The link 331L is configured to pivot so that the left sole 331 can be further folded to the folded position shown in fig. 7B. When the transformable toy is assembled into a toy vehicle 100B, the left foot piece 331 can be selectively folded to approximate the shape of the vehicle. The right foot member 341 is not shown in the drawings because the mechanism is the same as that of the left foot member 331.
Referring to fig. 1A and fig. 7A to 7C, in the present embodiment, the second left limb 33 is formed with a left fender portion 332, and the second right limb 34 is formed with a right fender portion 342. The second left limb 33 further comprises a left heel part 333, the left heel part 333 is pivotally connected to the end of the left fender portion 332, and the second right limb 34 further comprises a right heel part 343, the right heel part 343 is pivotally connected to the end of the right fender portion 342. The left and right heel members 333, 343 are configured to pivot into contact with the contact surface (e.g., table top, floor) and support the toy robot 100A on the contact surface. The left heel member 333 is also configured to pivot to a left heel stowed position, shown in fig. 7A and 7B, extending along the distal end of the left fender portion 332. The right heel member 343 is also configured to pivot to a right heel stowed position, shown in figure 7C, extending along the distal end of the right fender portion 342. The pivoting of the right heel piece 343 is not depicted in the drawings since the mechanism is the same as the left heel piece 333.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 1B, fig. 7B and fig. 7C, in the present embodiment, the second left limb 33 further includes a left side shade 334 detachably disposed on the left side of the second left limb 33, and the second right limb 34 further includes a right side shade 344 detachably disposed on the right side of the second right limb 34. In this embodiment, the left side shade 334 includes an engine housing shape and an exhaust pipe shape of the toy vehicle 100B and is configured to shade the left foot member 331 (shown in fig. 1B) when the left foot member 331 is pivoted to the retracted position shown in fig. 7B. The right side shield 344 is configured to shield the right foot member 341 (shown in fig. 7C) when the right foot member 341 is pivoted to the retracted position.
In one embodiment, the transformable toy further comprises a left shoulder shield 51 and a right shoulder shield 52. The left shoulder shield 51 and the right shoulder shield 52 are configured to be selectively fixed to the left pivot rod 312 and the right pivot rod 322, respectively (as shown in fig. 3), or to the left side portion and the right side portion of the body member 1, respectively (as shown in fig. 7B and 7C).
In view of the above, the present invention provides a transformable toy that can be easily and selectively assembled into a toy robot or a toy vehicle. And after the robot or the locomotive is assembled, the robot or the locomotive can be disassembled and recombined into another form. Therefore, the transformable toy of the utility model can not only satisfy the fun of children's games, but also promote the thinking ability of children's learning, disassembly and reassembly.

Claims (13)

1. A transformable toy capable of being combined into a toy robot and a toy locomotive, the transformable toy comprising:
a body member having a first left-limb connecting portion, a first right-limb connecting portion, a second left-limb connecting portion, a second right-limb connecting portion and a chassis connecting portion, the body member including a front-end body shape and a front wheel shape of the toy vehicle;
a head member disposed on the body member, the head member having a handle portion shaped to include a handle shape of the toy vehicle;
a first left leg member, the first left leg member including a portion of the shape of the seat and rear body of the toy vehicle;
a first right leg member, said first right leg member including a portion of the shape of the seat and rear body of the toy vehicle;
a second left limb member, the second left limb member comprising a portion of the chassis and rear wheel shape of the toy vehicle; and
a second right limb comprising a portion of the chassis and rear wheel shape of the toy vehicle;
wherein the first left limb is shaped to: detachably connected to the first left-leg connecting portion or detachably combined with the first right-leg member to form a seat cushion body member, the first right-leg member being shaped to: the first right limb connecting part is detachably connected with the first left limb connecting part or detachably combined with the first left limb part to form the seat cushion body part, and the seat cushion body part contains the shapes of a seat cushion and a rear end body of the toy locomotive;
wherein the second left limb is shaped to: detachably connected to the second left-limb connecting portion, or detachably combined with the second right-limb member to form a chassis member and detachably connected to the chassis connecting portion, the second right-limb member being shaped to: detachably connected to the second right-leg connecting portion, or detachably combined with the second left-leg member to form the chassis member including a chassis and a rear wheel of the toy vehicle and detachably connected to the chassis connecting portion, the seat body member and the chassis member being detachably combined with each other;
wherein the body member, the head member, the first left limb member, the first right limb member, the second left limb member and the second right limb member are combined into the toy robot by detachably connecting the first left limb member and the first left limb connecting portion, detachably connecting the first right limb member and the first right limb connecting portion, detachably connecting the second left limb member and the second left limb connecting portion and detachably connecting the second right limb member and the second right limb connecting portion;
the body member, the head member, the first left limb member, the first right limb member, the second left limb member and the second right limb member are combined into the toy locomotive by detachably combining the second left limb member and the second right limb member into the chassis member and detachably connecting the second left limb member and the second right limb member to the chassis connecting portion, and the first left limb member and the first right limb member are detachably combined into the seat cushion body member and detachably combined to the chassis member.

The transformable toy of claim 1, wherein the head part, the first left limb connecting portion, the first right limb connecting portion, the second left limb connecting portion, the second right limb connecting portion and the chassis connecting portion are respectively and correspondingly disposed at an upper side portion, an upper left side portion, an upper right side portion, a lower left side portion, a lower right side portion and a lower rear side portion of the body member, and the first left limb, the first right limb, the second left limb and the second right limb are respectively shaped to be rotatably connected to the first left limb connecting portion, the first right limb connecting portion, the second left limb connecting portion and the second right limb connecting portion.

The transformable toy of claim 2, wherein the first left limb includes a left arm shell having the shape of the left half of the seat of the toy vehicle and defining a left arm shell space, a left pivot rod having one end disposed in the left arm shell space and the other end of the left pivot rod being a ball joint for connecting to the first left limb connecting portion, and a left hand member pivoted to the left arm shell and configured to be pivotally protruded out of or received into the left arm shell space, the first right limb includes a right arm shell having the shape of the right half of the seat of the toy vehicle and defining a right arm shell space, and a right hand member having one end disposed in the right arm shell space and the other end of the right pivot rod being a ball joint, the right hand piece is pivoted to the right arm shell and is arranged to be pivoted and protruded out of or retracted into the right arm shell space;
the left arm shell and the right arm shell are mutually combined in shape, and the first left limb part and the first right limb part are combined into the seat cushion body part through the left arm shell and the right arm shell.

The transformable toy of claim 3, wherein the first left-limb connecting portion and the first right-limb connecting portion are rod members pivotably disposed at a rear portion of the body member, the first left-limb connecting portion being disposed to protrude out of a left side of the body member by pivoting and to be disposed at the rear portion of the body member by pivoting, the first right-limb connecting portion being disposed to protrude out of a right side of the body member by pivoting and to be disposed at the rear portion of the body member by pivoting.

The transformable toy of claim 4, further comprising a back plate member having a shape of a portion of the toy vehicle seat and rear body, and a shape of an edge of the back plate member matching a shape of an edge of the left arm shell and an edge of the right arm shell, the back plate member being configured to be mounted to a rear portion of the body member or to be connected to the seat body member.

The transformable toy of claim 4, wherein the head member is connected to the body member by a support linkage and is configured to change positions with folding of the support linkage, the head member includes a face member pivotally arranged to open and close, the body member has a support linkage folding space at a front portion thereof, one end of the support linkage is disposed in the support linkage folding space, the other end of the support linkage is connected to the head member, the body member further includes a chest shield member having a shape of a front hood of the toy vehicle, the chest shield member is pivotally mounted at the front portion of the body member to open or shield the support linkage folding space.

The transformable toy of claim 4, wherein the second left limb further comprises a left foot member, the second right limb further comprises a right foot member, the left foot member and the right foot member configured to pivot into contact with a contact surface and support the toy robot resting on the contact surface, and to pivot to a collapsed position.

The transformable toy of claim 7, wherein the second left limb member is formed with a left half fender portion, the second right limb member is formed with a right half fender portion, the second left limb member further including a left heel member pivotally connected to a distal end of the left half fender portion, the second right limb member further including a right heel member pivotally connected to a distal end of the right half fender portion, the left heel member and the right heel member configured to pivotally contact the interface and support the toy robot placed on the interface, the left heel member configured to pivot to a left heel stowed position extending along the distal end of the left half fender portion, the right heel member configured to pivot to a right heel stowed position extending along the distal end of the right half fender portion.

The transformable toy of claim 7, wherein the second left limb further comprises a left side shield removably disposed on a left side of the second left limb, the second right limb further comprises a right side shield removably disposed on a right side of the second right limb, the left side shield comprising an engine housing shape, an exhaust pipe shape of the toy vehicle, the left side shield having a fixed position configured to shield the left foot piece when the left foot piece is pivoted to the collapsed position, the right side shield having a fixed position configured to shield the right foot piece when the right foot piece is pivoted to the collapsed position.

The transformable toy of claim 4, further comprising a left shoulder shield and a right shoulder shield, the left shoulder shield and the right shoulder shield being configured to be secured to the left pivot rod and the right pivot rod, respectively, or to a left side portion and a right side portion of the body member, respectively.
11. The transformable toy of claim 4, wherein the body member further includes a front wheel member having a front wheel shape and a front suspension shape of the toy vehicle, the front wheel member being telescopically disposed at a lower end of a front side portion of the body member.
12. The transformable toy of claim 4, wherein the head piece further comprises a shape of a rear view mirror of the toy locomotive.
13. The transformable toy of claim 4, wherein the second left limb or the second right limb further comprises an engine housing shape, an exhaust pipe shape, a shock absorber shape of the toy locomotive.
