a belt body having first and second opposite ends and first and second oppositely facing surfaces;
a first bonding portion disposed on the first surface adjacent to the first end;
a folding part arranged on the first surface and adjacent to the first combining part; and
a plurality of second bonding portions disposed on the second surface at intervals from each other;
when the winding abdomen contracting belt is in a storage state or in a winding process, the first combining part can be connected with the folding part, and when the winding abdomen contracting belt is in a use state, the first combining part can be connected with one of the plurality of second combining parts.
2. The wound binder of claim 1 wherein the constriction is at least larger in size than the first engagement portion.
3. The belt of claim 1, wherein the belt body is made of a double-sided elastic fiber and is manufactured by a mesh knitting process.
4. The wound binder of claim 1 wherein the length of the band is between 200 cm and 250 cm.
5. The wrapped binder of claim 1 wherein each of the plurality of second bonds is at least larger in size than the first bond.
6. The wound binder of claim 1 wherein the first engagement portion comprises a hook and loop fastener male surface.
7. The wound binder of claim 1 wherein the constriction includes a hook and loop fastener female surface.
8. The wound binder of claim 1 wherein each of the plurality of second engaging portions comprises a hook and loop fastener female surface.
9. The wrapped binder of claim 1 further comprising a grip portion disposed on the second surface adjacent to the first end.
10. The wound binder of claim 1 wherein the first engaging portion is rectangular in shape.
11. The wound binder of claim 1 wherein the first engaging portion is semi-circular in shape.
