In some use scenes, for example, in places where passports are needed for access, the passports can be directly shown without taking out the passports from the accommodating cavity 112 or opening the transparent cover plate 200 because the transparent cover plate 200 is transparent, and the use is convenient and quick.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the transparent cover 200 is rotatably coupled to the main housing 100. The side surfaces of the main housing 100 include a first surface 100A, a second surface 100B, a third surface 100C, and a fourth surface 100D, the first surface 100A and the third surface 100C are disposed opposite to each other, and the second surface 100B and the fourth surface 100D are disposed opposite to each other; the transparent cover plate 200 includes a first side 200A, a second side 200B, a third side 200C, and a fourth side 200D, the first side 200A and the third side 200C being disposed opposite each other, and the second side 200B and the fourth side 200D being disposed opposite each other. The transparent cover 200 is rotatably connected to the main housing 100 at the first side 200A, for example, a rotating shaft 220 (see fig. 6) rotatably connected to the main housing 100 may be respectively disposed at the second side 200B and the fourth side 200D near the first side 200A, so that the transparent cover 200 can open the accommodating cavity 112 from the third side 200C. When the transparent cover 200 serves as a support to support the main casing 100, the third side 100C of the main casing 100 is supported on a support surface, and the third side 200C of the transparent cover 200 is supported on the support surface. Therefore, in this embodiment, the protective case can be supported only in one posture.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a front view of a protective case according to an embodiment of the present invention, the protective case includes a main housing 100 and a transparent cover 200 disposed on the main housing 100. The side surface of the main housing 100 includes a first side 100A and a third side 100C which are oppositely disposed, and the side surface of the transparent cover 200 includes a first side 200A and a third side 200C which are oppositely disposed.

As shown in fig. 4, the front surface 101 of the main housing 100 is provided with a mounting cavity 111 for mounting an electronic device, and the back surface 102 of the main housing 100 is provided with an accommodating cavity 112 for accommodating an article. The transparent cover 200 is rotatably and slidably connected to the main housing 100, the transparent cover 200 can open or close the accommodating cavity 112, and the transparent cover 200 can serve as a support for supporting the main housing 100 when the accommodating cavity 112 is opened.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, two schematic use states of the protective case in fig. 4 are respectively shown. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 5A and fig. 5B, the transparent cover 200 is provided with a rotating shaft 220, the main housing 100 is provided with a sliding slot 112A on the sidewall of the accommodating cavity 112, and the rotating shaft 220 is rotatably and slidably connected to the sliding slot 112A. As shown in fig. 5A, in a use state, the transparent cover 200 serves as a stand to support the main casing 100, the third side 100C of the main casing 100 is supported on a support surface, and the third side 200C of the transparent cover 200 is supported on a support surface, which may be a surface for supporting the protective casing, such as a table. If the user wants to change the usage state, the rotating shaft 220 is slid along the sliding slot 112A and is slid from a position of the sliding slot 112A close to the first surface 100A to a position close to the third surface 100C, that is, the state shown in fig. 5B, at this time, the transparent cover 200 serves as a support to support the main housing 100, the first surface 100A of the main housing 100 is supported on the support surface, and the third side 200C of the transparent cover 200 is supported on the support surface. Therefore, the user can adjust the posture of the protective shell randomly according to the use habit of the user, and the use flexibility of the protective shell is improved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the transparent cover 200 is rotatably connected to the main housing 100 at the first side 200A. The second side 200B and the fourth side 200D of the transparent cover 200 may be respectively provided with a rotating shaft 220 at a position close to the first side 200A, and a hole portion rotatably engaged with the rotating shaft 220 is provided in the receiving cavity 112 of the main housing 100; alternatively, the rotating shaft 220 may be disposed in the receiving cavity 112 of the main housing 100, and hole portions rotatably engaged with the rotating shaft 220 may be disposed at positions of the second side portion 200B and the fourth side portion 200D of the transparent cover 200, which are close to the first side portion 200A. In one embodiment, the shaft 220 may be a cylindrical shaft and the bore portion may be a cylindrical bore. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the rotating shaft 220 may be a cylindrical shaft, and the sliding slot 112A may be a long strip.
In one embodiment, since the transparent cover 200 can serve as a support for supporting the main housing 100 when the receiving cavity 112 is opened, in order to further improve the flexibility of the protective shell, the protective shell supports the main housing 100 at various angles, and a damped fit is adopted between the transparent cover 200 and the main housing 100. As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment, the rotation shaft 220 and the hole portion are rotatably engaged with each other between the transparent cover 200 and the main housing 100, the rotation shaft 220 (see fig. 6) may be the rotation shaft 220 having a certain elasticity in the radial direction, for example, the rotation shaft 220 may be made of an elastic material such as rubber, and the radial dimension of the rotation shaft 220 is slightly larger than the diameter of the hole portion, so that when the rotation shaft 220 is engaged with the hole portion, the inner wall of the hole portion is tightly engaged with the outer wall of the rotation shaft 220, and the inner wall of the hole portion compresses the outer wall of the rotation shaft 220 to some extent, thereby increasing the friction between. Thus, after the transparent cover 200 is opened at any angle, the main housing 100 can be supported at the fixed angle, so that the main housing 100 can be supported at various inclination angles. In other embodiments, a rotational damper may also be provided to achieve a damped fit between the transparent cover 200 and the main housing 100.
For the embodiment shown in fig. 4, a damped fit between the transparent cover 200 and the main housing 100 may still be used. For example, the rotating shaft 220 is a cylindrical shaft, the sliding groove 112A is an elongated groove, the rotating shaft 220 may be made of an elastic material, and a diameter of the rotating shaft 220 is slightly larger than a width of the sliding groove 112A perpendicular to the extending direction, so that when the rotating shaft 220 is installed in the sliding groove 112A, the sliding groove 112A may slightly press an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 220, thereby increasing a friction force between the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 220 and the sliding groove 112A, so that after the transparent cover 200 is opened at any angle, the main housing 100 may be supported at the fixed angle, thereby enabling the main housing 100 to be supported at various inclination angles.
As shown in fig. 2, the third side 200C of the transparent cover 200 is provided with an external protrusion 210, and as shown in fig. 1, when the transparent cover 200 is covered on the main housing 100, the external protrusion 210 protrudes from the main housing 100, so that a user can open the transparent cover 200 conveniently through the external protrusion 210. In some embodiments, anti-slip members, such as anti-slip rubber, may be disposed on the outer protrusion 210, as shown in fig. 2, and serve as a support for supporting the main housing 100 when the transparent cover 200 is opened from the receiving cavity 112, and the anti-slip members can increase the friction between the main housing 100 and the supporting surface, thereby preventing slipping.
Electronic equipment can generate heat when using usually, and when traditional protective housing cover was on electronic equipment, the protective housing lived electronic equipment's tight parcel, leads to the heat that electronic equipment produced to be difficult to in time effluvium. Particularly, in the charging process of the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment can generate a large amount of heat, the temperature of the battery is increased along with the accumulation of the heat, the aging of the battery is accelerated, and potential safety hazards are easily caused by high temperature.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the accommodating cavity 112 and the mounting cavity 111 are communicated, that is, when the electronic device is mounted in the mounting cavity 111, the back shell of the electronic device can be in direct contact with the space of the accommodating cavity 112. As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, when the transparent cover 200 opens the accommodating cavity 112, the accommodating cavity 112 is communicated with the external space, and the back shell of the electronic device is in direct contact with the space of the accommodating cavity 112, so that the back shell of the electronic device can be in contact with the external space. Thereby accelerating heat dissipation of the electronic device. Especially, when the electronic device is charged, the transparent cover plate 200 can be opened, so that the heat dissipation of the electronic device is accelerated, the whole protective shell does not need to be detached from the electronic device, and the portability of the protective shell is improved.
In addition, because installation cavity 111 and holding chamber 112 intercommunication, can also reduce the thickness of cell-phone shell to a certain extent, improve the light and thin nature of cell-phone shell.
As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is an exploded view of a protective casing according to an embodiment of the present invention, the protective casing includes a main casing 100 and a transparent cover 200 disposed on a back surface 102 of the main casing 100, a front surface 101 of the main casing 100 is provided with a mounting cavity 111 (as shown in fig. 4), and an electronic device is configured to be mounted in the mounting cavity 111. Further, the main housing 100 includes a main body 110, a side frame 120, and a metal frame 130, wherein the side frame 120 is fixedly connected to the main body 110, and the metal frame 130 is fixedly connected to the side frame 120. The main body 110 is provided with a mounting cavity 111 for mounting electronic equipment, the transparent cover plate 200 is arranged on the main body 110, and the transparent cover plate 200 and the main body 110 enclose an accommodating cavity 112 for accommodating articles.
The main body 110 may be made of a hard material, such as PC or other hard plastic. The side frame 120 may be formed on the main body 110 by a two-shot molding process, and the side frame 120 may be made of a flexible material, such as TPU material or other soft rubber material, so that the side frame 120 has excellent cushioning and shock absorbing properties. Side frame 120 still is provided with slot part 121 in the one side that deviates from main part 110, and metal frame 130 is installed in slot part 121, and metal frame 130 has better rigidity, can regard as the reinforcement of protective housing, makes the protective housing be difficult to warp. The side frame 120 and the metal frame 130 may be formed as a complete ring structure, so as to provide better protection for the main body 110.
The metal frame 130 is not in direct contact with the main body 110, and the metal frame 130 is connected to the main body 110 through the side frame 120. The electronic device is directly mounted on the body part 110. When the protective case drops, if the metal frame 130 lands first, the metal frame 130 has a high rigidity, and can prevent the protective case from deforming. However, since the metal frame 130 has high rigidity, that is, the metal frame 130 has high hardness, and the metal frame 130 has high vibration-conducting capability, the metal frame 130 in this embodiment is not directly connected to the main body 110, but indirectly connected to the main body 110 through the more flexible side frame 120. Thus, even if the metal bezel 130 generates a large impact force after being clamped to the ground, the impact force is transmitted to the side frame 120, and the side frame 120 absorbs the impact force through its own flexible material, thereby attenuating the impact force transmitted to the main housing 100. Therefore, the electronic product on the main body 110 is finally subjected to a smaller impact force, and the integrity of the electronic product is ensured.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the transparent cover 200 is provided with the external protrusion 210, and as shown in fig. 1, when the transparent cover 200 is covered on the main casing 100, the external protrusion 210 protrudes from the main casing 100, so that a user can open the transparent cover 200 conveniently through the external protrusion 210. Referring to fig. 1 and 6, when the transparent cover 200 is covered on the main housing 100, the outer protrusion 210 abuts against the metal frame 130. The metal frame 130 may be made of a material that can be attracted by a magnetic material, and the outer protrusion 210 may be provided with a magnet, so that the transparent cover plate 200 can be firmly covered on the main housing 100 by the magnet and the metal frame 130 being attracted to each other. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, a groove 131 is provided on the metal frame 130, and when the transparent cover 200 is covered on the main housing 100, the outer protrusion 210 of the transparent cover is received in the groove 131.
