一种新型可调气体旋片泵,由电机控制柜、电机、 气体旋片泵体、联轴器、排气阀等构成,电机是可调速 电机,调速电机控制柜与调速电机用导线联接,电机 输出轴与气体旋片泵主轴通过弹性联轴器相连,泵的 出口处接有排气阀,在恒气量变压力工作状态下,排 气阀常开。通过调节控制柜旋钮,可改变电机输出轴 的转速,即可调节气体旋片泵叶轮转速,从而改变气 体旋片泵的排气量和压力,减少管道损失,节约能 源。

Description

本实用新型涉及到工业生产中应用的气体旋片泵。
目前应用的气体旋片泵,通常用单速交流电机作为动力源,叶轮转速是固定的,泵本身不具备改变排气量和压力的性能,只能输出某一特定气量和压力。因此为了满足实际需要,用户选择泵的容量偏大、压头偏高,泵常常不能满负荷运行,造成一定的浪费。当实际运行中气量和压力需要调节时,通常是:(1)在排气口处设一排气阀,通过调整阀门的大小控制泵排气量和压力,此时电机输出功率仍不变,管路阻力大,造成无谓的能耗;(2)使用液力耦合器控制电机的转速,通过改变泵的叶轮转速来调节排气量和压力,这样的系统机构损失大;(3)采用变频调速器,由于国产变频器受到国内电子器件质量的限制,而进口变频器价格昂贵,不易维修,并且变频器目前还受到容量的限制,不能适应工业生产中多数大、中容量的需要。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种新型可调节气体旋片泵,它操作方便,调节气体旋片泵的排气量和压力十分容易,节能效果明显,工作效率高。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种新型可调节气体旋片泵,由电机控制柜、电机、气体旋片泵体、联轴器、排气阀等构成,电机是可调速电机,调速电机控制柜与调速电机用导线联接,电机输出轴与气体旋片泵主轴通过联轴器相连,泵的出口处接有排气阀,在恒气量变压力工作状态下,排气阀常开。
在此,电机可以是无级(或有级)调速电机,由于调速电机可从″0″到额定转速无级(或有级)调速,通过调节电机的转速来改变气体旋片泵叶轮的转速,使气体旋片泵的排气量与压力可按工况需要调节,耗电量按电机转速成立方的比例降低下来,节能效果显著,工作效率明显提高,同时还便于集中自动控制,在恒气量变压力的工况下,排气阀常开,减少管网损失。
实用新型的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图给出。
图1是根据本实用新型提出的一种新型可调节气体旋片泵的结构图。
下面结合图1详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体装置的细节及工作情况。
一种新型可调节气体旋片泵,由交流无级调速电机控制柜、交流无级调速电机、气体旋片泵体、联轴器、排气阀等构成。
交流无级调速电机控制柜(1)与交流无级调速电机(2)用导线联接,电机输出轴(3)与气体旋片泵主轴(5)通过弹性联轴器(4)相连,泵(6)的出口处接有排气阀(7),该阀在恒压力变气量和恒气量变压力工作状态下,处于常开状态。
通过调节电机控制柜旋钮,改变电机输出轴转速,即可改变气体旋片泵叶轮的转速,从而调节气体旋片泵的排气量和压力,达到节能的效果。
该装置中的交流无级调速电机用交流有级调速电机替代,同样可达到上述效果。

1、一种新型可调节气体旋片泵,由电机控制柜、电机、气体旋片泵体、联轴器、排气阀等构成,其特征在于:电机是可调速电机,调速电机控制柜(1)与调速电机(2)用导线联接,电机输出轴(3)与气体旋片泵主轴(5)通过弹性联轴器(4)相连,泵(6)的出口处接有排气阀(7),在恒气量变压力工作状态下,排气阀常开。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:电机可以是交流无级调速电机。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:电机也可以是交流有级调速电机,每级之间可连续无级调节。
