A support device for the head, neck and back of a vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second partition is provided in said first space, a third space for storing the support pad is partitioned in the first space by the second partition, and a support pad for supporting the outer cover and making the outer cover in a raised state is stored in the third space.

7. The device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the supporting pad is a flexible object, such as sponge, space cotton, cloth, or PE foam.

8. A supporting device for head, neck and back of a vehicle is composed of an outer sleeve and a fixing device arranged on the outer sleeve and used for fixing the outer sleeve on the backrest of a seat of the vehicle,

the casing includes a first space for storing the eye mask in a folded state,

an eyeshade in a folded state is arranged in the first space;

the first opening is communicated with the first space, facilitates opening and closing operations and facilitates taking and placing of the eyeshade;

the eye patch is one of the supports for enabling the outer sleeve to be in a raised state;

the outer sleeve is in a raised state under the support including the eye mask.

9. A support device for the head, neck and back of a vehicle as claimed in claim 1 or 8, wherein said outer casing is formed by a rear portion adjacent to one side of the backrest of the vehicle seat and a front portion opposite to the rear portion, the rear portion and the front portion are hinged by one of the peripheral edges, and the other three edges are detachably connected;

the first space and the first opening are arranged at the rear part;

the front part is provided with a third space for storing the supporting pad, and the third space is internally provided with the supporting pad which enables the front part to be in a raised state.

10. A supporting device for head, neck and back of a vehicle as claimed in claim 9, wherein said supporting pad is a flexible object, such as sponge, space cotton, cloth, or PE foam.

11. The head, neck and back support device for a vehicle as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first opening is provided with one of a zipper, a button and a hook and loop fastener for opening and closing the first opening;

the rear part and the front part are hinged through one of the edges of the periphery, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: the whole side is hinged; only one section of one edge is hinged; one of three cases of articulation at the corners only;

the other three limits are for dismantling the connection, specifically do: the connection is carried out by using one of a zipper, a button and a magic tape.
