Detailed Description
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a first embodiment of the vehicle air conditioning system of the present invention is adapted to be mounted on a vehicle (not shown). The vehicle air conditioning system comprises an air duct mechanism 1, a damper mechanism 21 mounted on the air duct mechanism 1, an auxiliary damper 22, a blower 3, a cooler 4, a heater 5, an auxiliary filter 6, a cooling unit 8, a warming unit 9, and a control device 7.
The air duct mechanism 1 includes a main air duct 11 installed in the vehicle and used for communicating the compartment space of the vehicle with the outside, and an auxiliary air duct 12 connected to the main air duct 11 and communicated with the outside. The main duct 11 has an outer air inlet end 111 for communicating with the outside to suck air, an inner air inlet end 112 for communicating with the cabin space to suck air, and an air outlet end 113 for communicating with the cabin space to discharge air.
The damper mechanism 21 is mounted on the main duct 11 and is controllable by the control device 7 to switch between an inner circulation state in which the outer air inlet end portion 111 is closed without closing the inner air inlet end portion 112 and an outer circulation state in which the inner air inlet end portion 112 is closed without closing the outer air inlet end portion 111. The auxiliary damper 22 is mounted on the auxiliary air duct 12 and is controllable by the control device 7 to switch between a closed position for closing the auxiliary air duct 12 and an open position for not closing the auxiliary air duct 12.
The blower 3, the cooler 4 and the heater 5 are all installed in the main air duct 11, and the blower 3 can be controlled by the control device 7 to start, so as to generate an air flow in the main air duct 11, which flows through the cooler 4 and the heater 5 and is discharged into the compartment space through the air outlet end portion 113. In the first embodiment, the auxiliary duct 12 is connected to the section of the main duct 11 between the blower 3 and the cooler 4. The cooler 4 can be controlled to be activated to absorb the heat energy of the air flow passing through, so as to cool the passing air, and can be used for generating cool air flow. The heater 5 can be controlled to heat the air flowing through, thereby increasing the temperature of the air flowing through and being used for generating warm air flow. Since the types of the blower 3, the cooler 4, and the heater 5 are numerous and are not important in the improvement of the present invention, detailed description thereof will be omitted.
When the damper mechanism 21 is in the internal circulation state, the blower 3 sucks air in the cabin space through the inner air inlet end portion 112 of the main duct 11 to generate the air flow, and when the damper mechanism 21 is in the external circulation state, the blower 3 sucks external air through the outer air inlet end portion 111 to generate the air flow. In addition, when the auxiliary damper 22 is in the open state, the auxiliary air duct 12 is connected to the outside, and the blower 3 is operated to suck the outside air through the auxiliary air duct 12, so as to generate the air flow in the main air duct 11.
The auxiliary filter 6, the cooling unit 8 and the warming unit 9 are installed in the auxiliary duct 12. The auxiliary filter 6 may be used to filter contaminants entrained in the air entering the auxiliary ductwork 12 from the outside, such as, but not limited to, dust, pollen, germs, and the like. The cooling unit 8 may be configured to cool the passing air and pre-cool the air sucked by the auxiliary duct 12. The temperature raising unit 9 may be used to heat the air passing therethrough and may preheat the air sucked into the auxiliary duct 12. Since the cooling unit 8 and the warming unit 9 are of various types, such as an evaporator or an electrothermal cooling chip, the cooling unit 8 and the warming unit 9 will not be described in detail, and the implementation is not limited to the above-mentioned aspects.
The control device 7 is in signal connection with the damper mechanism 21, the auxiliary damper 22, the blower 3, the cooler 4, the heater 5, the cooling unit 8 and the warming unit 9, and includes a timer 71, an oxygen sensor 72, a controller 73, and a plurality of control keys 74 for being disposed in the cabin space and being operable. The oxygen sensor 72 is configured to be disposed in the cabin space and to sense an oxygen concentration in the cabin space to generate a sensing signal.

During the period that the controller 73 activates one of the ventilation options, the user can simultaneously select and operate the corresponding control key 74 to activate the cooler 4 or the heater 5, thereby providing cool air flow or warm air flow to the cabin space.
When the controller 73 activates the auxiliary ventilation option 733, the damper mechanism 21 is controlled to switch to the inner circulation state, the auxiliary damper 22 is controlled to switch to the open position, and the blower 3 is controlled to be activated. With the design, when the vehicle air conditioning system is used for air circulation in the vehicle, external air can be continuously sucked through the auxiliary air pipe 12, so that oxygen can be supplemented to the compartment space at any time.
When the controller 73 activates the timed ventilation option 734, the controller 73 controls the damper mechanism 21 to switch to the inner loop state, controls the auxiliary damper 22 to switch to the closed position, and controls the blower 3 to be activated, and at the same time, the controller 73 controls the timer 71 to start timing. The controller 73 controls the auxiliary damper 22 to switch to the open position for a ventilation time, for example, for 5 minutes, every time the timer 71 counts a closing time, for example, every 30 minutes, and then controls the auxiliary damper 22 to switch to the closed position again and counts the closing time again. By controlling the opening of the auxiliary damper 22 for the ventilation time at every interval of the closing time, the external air is supplied through the auxiliary air duct 12 for ventilation treatment of the cabin space at every interval of the closing time, thereby supplementing the cabin space with oxygen.
When the controller 73 activates the low oxygen ventilation option 735, the controller 73 controls the damper mechanism 21 to switch to the inner loop state, controls the auxiliary damper 22 to switch to the closed position, and controls the blower 3 to be activated, and at the same time, the controller 73 also controls the oxygen sensor 72 to be activated. The controller 73 continuously analyzes the oxygen concentration represented by the sensing signal generated by the oxygen sensor 72, controls the auxiliary damper 22 to switch to the open position when determining that the oxygen concentration is lower than a hypoxic threshold, and inputs the outside air to perform ventilation processing when the oxygen concentration in the cabin space is lower, so as to supplement oxygen to the cabin space. In the first embodiment, the auxiliary damper 22 is controlled to switch to the open position and maintain a ventilation time, for example, for 10 minutes, and then the auxiliary damper 22 is controlled to switch to the closed position, but in another implementation aspect of the present invention, the auxiliary damper 22 may be controlled to continuously maintain the open position until the sensing signal is analyzed to determine that the oxygen concentration reaches a suitable threshold value, and then the auxiliary damper 22 is controlled to switch to the closed position.
In addition, the controller 73 can be set by operating the corresponding control key 74, so that the controller 73 controls the cooling unit 8 or the warming unit 9 to be activated during the control of the auxiliary damper 22 to switch to the open position, thereby pre-cooling or pre-heating the air entering the auxiliary air duct 12 from the outside of the vehicle.
The utility model discloses when vehicle air conditioning system installs and uses on a vehicle, the driver can operate this controlling means 7 according to the demand in order to select to start this extrinsic cycle mode 731 or this inner loop mode 732, and when starting this inner loop mode 732, still can further select to start this supplementary selection of taking a breath 733, this timing selection of taking a breath 734 or hypoxemia selection of taking a breath 735, thereby provide the outside air at any time or in good time during carrying out the air conditioning circulation in the car, with the oxygen content in improving the carriage space, and help improving the oxygen deficiency problem that the inner loop mode caused is opened for a long time to current vehicle air conditioning system.
The utility model discloses an in other implementation modes appearance, also can design into this air door mechanism 21, this supplementary air door 22 and have manually operation control's function, convenience of customers is according to the user demand, and this air door mechanism 21 of manually operation control switches to this inner loop state or this extrinsic cycle state to and this supplementary air door 22 of manually operation mode control switches to this opening position or this closed position. In addition, in the implementation, it is not necessary to provide the cooling unit 8 and the temperature increasing unit 9 in the auxiliary duct 12, and the auxiliary damper 22 may not be provided in the auxiliary duct 12, that is, the auxiliary duct 12 is constantly in communication with the main duct 11.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the difference between the second embodiment of the air conditioning system of the present invention and the first embodiment lies in: the air duct mechanism 1 is structurally designed. For convenience of explanation, only the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment will be described below.
In the second embodiment, the auxiliary duct 12 is connected to the section of the main duct 11 between the heater 5 and the cooler 4.
In summary, through the structural design of the main air duct 11 and the auxiliary air duct 12 of the air duct mechanism 1, the structural design of the air door mechanism 21 and the auxiliary air door 22 respectively installed on the main air duct 11 and the auxiliary air duct 12, and the functional design of the control device 7, when the air door mechanism 21 is controlled to switch to the internal circulation state by starting the internal circulation mode 732, the driver can further select to start the auxiliary air exchange option 733, the timing air exchange option 734, or the low-oxygen air exchange option 735, so as to provide the external air at any time or in due time during the air conditioning cycle in the vehicle, thereby increasing the oxygen content in the compartment space, which helps to improve the oxygen deficiency problem caused by the long-term opening of the internal circulation mode of the conventional vehicle air conditioning system.
