Abstract
冷热帽是用于夏季防暑降温、冬季保温的保健防
护用品。在结构设计上内层为缓冲层、中间为储液
层、储液层的上层为真空层，真空层的外层为帽壳反
光层。具有结构设计新颖简单、无需电能机械能、冷
热速度快、冷热效果好、无噪音、无污染、成本低、更换
冷热剂简便易行、速度快的优点，而且还具有安全帽
的功能。

本实用新型属于帽子制造领域。
本实用新型现有技术领域中的已有技术是：现有的冷热帽是在帽子外壳的四周加装致冷小袋或致热小袋，实现降温或升温的目的。
本实用新型的设计目的是：设计一种帽体中间层为冷、热源且保温效果好的冷热帽。
本实用新型的设计方案是：夏季烈日酷暑，工作在沙漠中的石油工人、工作在炼钢炉前的炼钢工人、工作在农田一线的农民、工作在地矿事业上的探矿人、工作在科研一线上的科技人员、工作在建筑工地的建筑工人、工作在交通运输线上的司务人员、伏案于桌案上的学生、活跃在运动场上的运动员、守卫在边疆、战斗于沙场和奔驰于训练场上的战士等，无不受酷暑的煎熬，不但极大地影响了工作、学习、守边等，而且极大地影响着人们的心身健康，有的甚至造成中暑和中暑死亡。冷热帽的设计正是为解脱在夏季烈日酷暑中人们所经受的痛苦，给人以清凉、清爽享受，保证人们的正常工作、学习、训炼等。在冬季给人以温暖。具有冬暖、夏凉的功能。在结构设计上：冷热帽的内层为缓冲层，用于保护人的头部免受直接性冲击、撞击等；中间为储液层，它是冷热源地，用于储存致冷剂或致热剂；储液层的外层为真空层，其主要作用是保温、隔热或隔冷，阻止热或冷的直接传递；真空层的外层为帽壳反光层，主要用于反光、反热；注、排液孔位于冷热帽上，盖子位于注、排液孔内，主要作用是：注入或清倒致冷或致热剂，盖子用于密封，防止液体外流。

冷热帽的加工制作工艺采用现有工艺加工制作。
冷热帽的内层为缓冲层1，采用橡胶层；中间层为储液层2，采用橡胶制作，并且橡胶储液层中注有致冷剂或致热剂；储液层的外层为真空层4，真空层中间为真空，主要起隔热或隔冷、保温的目的；真空层的外层为帽壳反光层5，采用玻璃钢或反光塑料生产；注、排液孔位于冷热帽上且注、排液孔与液储层2连通，盖子3用于密封注、排液孔，其盖子3的下端部为橡胶塞。
Claims (2)
1、一种冷热帽，其特征是：冷热帽的内层为缓冲层、中间为储液层，储液层的外层为真空层，真空层的外层为帽壳反光层，注、排液孔位于冷热帽上，盖子位于注、排液孔内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的冷热帽，其特征是：储液层里为致冷剂或致热剂。
