The main meeting place can be a high-definition video conference main meeting place, and the branch meeting places can be high-definition video conference branch meeting places. 1 set of conference interaction platform and 1 set of conference resource management platform are configured in the main meeting place information center, and the conference resource management platform is used as a core multimedia processing platform of the whole video conference system and supports 1080P image coding capability. 1 interactive terminal device, 1 4K recording and broadcasting all-in-one machine and 1 high-definition camera are respectively arranged in a main meeting place and a branch meeting place, and 2 55-inch liquid crystal televisions are respectively arranged in the main meeting place and the branch meeting place, so that the branch meeting places can watch the actual conditions of other meeting places and PPT demonstration in the interactive process.
The audio and video conference recording and broadcasting system comprises conference recording and broadcasting systems respectively arranged in a main meeting place and a branch meeting place, and interactive terminal equipment with built-in interactive systems are further respectively arranged in the main meeting place and the branch meeting place. In addition, the audio and video conference recording and broadcasting system can also be provided with an information center in a main meeting place, and the information center can be provided with a conference interaction platform server embedded with a conference interaction platform.
As a preferred implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present application, the audio and video conference recording and playing system may only configure one set of conference resource management platform in the information center, where the set of conference resource management platform is used for the recording and playing host of each meeting place in the audio and video conference recording and playing system to automatically upload video resources to the conference resource management platform, and the conference resource management platform may implement user rights, cross-platform sharing, and cross-terminal sharing for each meeting place in the audio and video conference recording and playing system; and continuously carrying out visual management on all meeting rooms, carrying out remote batch startup and shutdown and multi-view switching, carrying out three-split screen playing (host video, meeting place video and meeting document video), answering on line and carrying out on-line live broadcasting and publishing. Therefore, a conference resource management platform does not need to be independently arranged for each conference place, and resources are saved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an audio and video conference recording and playing system provided in an embodiment of the present application. The encoding and decoding terminal shown in fig. 4 can be regarded as an interactive terminal device, and the information center can be regarded as a video conference management center. As can be seen from fig. 4, the structure of the audio/video conference recording and playing system provided in the embodiment of the present application is as follows:
a conference resource management platform: the system is placed in an information center, supports the user on-demand live broadcasting permission according to a conference room, supports the video file downloading and management according to the conference room, and carries out video retrieval according to a conference name, a conference subject and a host; supporting FTP backup uploading of a conference video file; the platform automatically releases and classifies the courseware without the need of a background to be operated, automatically corresponds the courseware to relevant courses, performs hierarchical management on the courses, watches meeting resources through IE, and downloads meeting relevant data and live meeting sites.
Recording and broadcasting host computer: the recording and broadcasting host can be a 4K recording and broadcasting all-in-one machine, the 4K recording and broadcasting all-in-one machine is placed in a main and branch place, and HDMI audio and video synchronous output and hardware digital broadcasting picture output, real-time subtitles, a film head, a film tail and station marks are mixed and compiled; switching video transition; and a built-in hardware high-gain audio processor, 2 paths of phantom power microphones are connected, 3 paths of stereo lines are connected, and 4 paths of outputs are output. And performing video coding and streaming media coding on the recorded video file; the push-pull pitching and the variable speed control of the camera are respectively controlled; and (5) performing subtitle prefabrication and switching superposition.
The interactive terminal equipment comprises: an interactive system is built in, video coding supports H.264, resolution ratio is automatically adjusted according to video quality and network conditions, video smoothness priority is guaranteed, and code rate control and quality feedback are improved; the mobile terminal supports hardware coding, more efficient and low-power-consumption coding and multi-party interaction, and the mobile phone terminal can support more than 6 simultaneous interactions; the audio adopts an opus encoder and is supported by full bandwidth, aec is specially optimized for the pc and the mobile terminal, the clear conversation can be realized in a noisy environment, and the anti-packet loss rate is more than 30%.
Conference interaction platform server: the embedded conference interactive platform supports high-definition standard-definition resolution, high-definition image quality, double-track, stereo CD-level tone quality and high-fidelity audio of CIF, 4CIF, 720P30fps, 720P60fps, 1080P30fps and 1080P60fps, and the functions are comprehensively integrated on one platform, so that the unified scheduling management of multimedia videos is realized; the system is based on the private protocol of udp, the servers are clustered in an ad hoc mode, and a large number of trunk line nodes form a high-speed network; the private cloud, the common cloud and the mixed cloud are flexibly deployed in a mode, all servers are clusters, dynamic expansion can be achieved, million concurrences are supported, and 50% of packet loss is achieved. The network layer has an efficient packet loss retransmission mechanism and an advanced nack algorithm, realizes fast reading selective packet supplement, and realizes that the video anti-packet loss rate is more than 30% and the audio is more than 30%.
A camera: the camera can be a high-definition conference special camera, the high-definition conference special camera adopts a high-quality Exmor CMOS sensor with 1/2.8 inch and 214 ten thousand pixels, can realize high-quality images with 1920x1080 maximum resolution, can output the frame frequency of 30fps at most, can be combined with any codec and other systems for use, and can output high-quality and high-resolution images.

Furthermore, in the audio and video conference recording and broadcasting system provided by the embodiment of the application, the interactive terminal devices arranged in different meeting places can realize communication and interaction on the basis of service support provided by the interactive platform server, so that convenience is provided for communication of people in different meeting places.

An audio and video conference recording and broadcasting system is characterized by comprising: the conference interaction system comprises a conference interaction platform server embedded with a conference interaction platform, and a recording and broadcasting host, at least one video acquisition terminal, at least one audio acquisition terminal and interaction terminal equipment with a built-in interaction system, which are arranged in a conference place; the at least one video acquisition terminal comprises a first video acquisition terminal used for panoramic shooting of the meeting place and a second video acquisition terminal used for close-up shooting of the meeting place; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the at least one audio acquisition terminal is used for acquiring audio information of the meeting place;
the recording and broadcasting host is used for sending a visual angle instruction to the second video acquisition terminal according to the audio information sent by the at least one audio acquisition terminal, and a target visual angle indicated by the visual angle instruction is related to the position of a speaker in the current meeting place;
and the second video acquisition terminal is used for receiving the visual angle instruction and adjusting the current visual angle to be the target visual angle indicated by the visual angle instruction.
2. The audio-video conference recording and broadcasting system of claim 1, wherein the recording and broadcasting host is further configured to:
receiving audio information transmitted by the audio acquisition terminal and video information acquired by the video acquisition terminal;
and generating a recording file according to the audio information and the video information in a broadcasting guide mode.

The audio and video conference recording and broadcasting system according to claim 2, further comprising a large screen splicing control system arranged in the conference place, wherein the large screen splicing control system is used for splicing and displaying images of multiple signals simultaneously input by the recording and broadcasting host or displaying an image of one signal input by the recording and broadcasting host on a single screen.

The audio and video conference recording and broadcasting system according to claim 3, wherein the recording and broadcasting host is a 4K high-definition recording and broadcasting host, and the 4K high-definition recording and broadcasting host comprises a high-gain audio processor, a video encoder and a streaming media encoder.
5. The audio-video conference recording and broadcasting system according to claim 4, wherein the audio acquisition terminal comprises:
a microphone for the speaker to speak;
the sound pick-up is used for picking up sound and transmitting the picked audio information to the recording and playing host;
and the sound amplifying system is connected with the sound pickup.
6. The audio-video conference recording and playing system according to claim 5, wherein said sound amplification system comprises a power amplifier device connected to said sound pickup.

The audio and video conference recording and broadcasting system according to claim 4, further comprising a central control system disposed in the conference place, wherein the central control system is configured to perform protection control of a delay switch on power supply of the audio and video conference recording and broadcasting system.
8. The audio-video conference recording and broadcasting system according to claim 7, wherein the audio collection terminal comprises:
a microphone for the speaker to speak;
and the digital audio matrix is respectively connected with the microphone, the sound amplifying system and the recording and broadcasting host.
9. The audio-video conference recording and broadcasting system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the sound amplifying system comprises a sound system, and the sound box at the tail end of the sound system and the sound source of the conference place are located in a sound field area.

The audio and video conference recording and playing system according to claim 9, further comprising a video matrix, wherein the video acquisition terminal is connected with the recording and playing host through the video matrix, and the large screen splicing control system is connected with the recording and playing host through the video matrix.
