The invention aims to solve the problems that on the basis of not changing the original simple wheel structure, a coreless permanent magnet generator is additionally arranged, so that the characteristics of small low-speed resistance and high-speed effect are exerted; the structure characteristics of the existing wheel are combined, the wheel manufacturing cost is reduced, on the premise of not changing the overall structure of the wheel, a stator coil group part of a coreless permanent magnet generator is fixedly installed on an axle fixing part for installing the wheel, and a rotor permanent magnet part is installed and fixed between a rotator brake disc and a wheel spoke of the wheel, so that a certain gap is kept between the stator coil group part and the rotor permanent magnet part without being rubbed, induced electromotive force is generated between the rotor permanent magnet part and the stator coil group part after the wheel rotates, induced current generated by the stator coil group part is output after being rectified, and the induced current is distributed to electric equipment on the vehicle or a storage battery pack and then is utilized timely to achieve the effect of energy conservation.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a permanent magnet generator rotor body bracket is arranged between a wheel rim spoke and a brake disc of a running system of an automobile chassis and is fastened by a wheel fixing nut to rotate synchronously with the wheel rim spoke and the brake disc; a permanent magnet generator stator body bracket is fixedly arranged on an axle for mounting wheels, and the same coreless stator coil group corresponds to a coreless stator coil arrangement groove and a reasonable gap required by the work of a generator is kept between the N pole of a generator rotor magnetic pole and the S pole of the rotor magnetic pole, so that the N pole of the rotor magnetic pole and the S pole of the rotor magnetic pole do not collide with each other when moving with each other; meanwhile, the rotor body support and the stator body support of the permanent magnet generator have enough rigidity and strength. When the automobile runs, the rotor body support of the permanent magnet generator is driven by a wheel steel ring spoke and a brake disc to rotate simultaneously, so that the N pole of a rotor magnetic pole and the S pole of the rotor magnetic pole synchronously rotate and the coreless stator coil group between the N pole and the S pole moves mutually to generate an induced electromotive force effect, and the current generated by the coreless stator coil group is rectified by a conducting wire and then is utilized on vehicle-mounted equipment or stored in an energy storage battery pack. The automobile chassis is provided with at least two axles, and each axle is provided with two wheels, so that four coreless permanent magnet generators can be installed on an automobile with the two axles, and two axles on each axle form a unit group, so that the control is facilitated, and the efficiency is better exerted.
Advantageous effects
The coreless permanent magnet generator for the automobile wheel has the advantages that the characteristics of small low-speed resistance and high-speed effect of the coreless permanent magnet generator can be fully utilized while the original wheel structure is not changed, the rotor magnetic pole of the generator rotor body support and the coreless stator coil group are driven to move mutually by the rotation of the automobile wheel to generate induced electromotive force to generate electricity, the effect of energy supply is provided for an automobile, the utilization efficiency of the automobile wheel is improved, and the problems of complex structure and inconvenient installation of the conventional wheel generator are solved. The wheel generator has the advantages of simple structure, good heat dissipation and attractive appearance, and is beneficial to popularization and application of the wheel generator.
