Meanwhile, the stopper plate 55 may be provided in a shape matching the adjustment groove 10e to better seal the adjustment hole 10 d. When the material of the limiting plate 55 is selected, a certain elastic material is rotatably provided, so that the limiting plate 55 is clamped on the groove side wall of the adjusting groove 10 e. Further, the adjustment groove 10e may be provided in a truncated cone shape to facilitate adjustment of the adjustment knob 531 and installation of the limit plate 55.
It can be understood that, besides the above connection modes, the limiting plate 55 and the groove sidewall can be detachably connected to the groove sidewall of the adjusting groove 10e through a screw connection mode or other clamping modes, and the details are not repeated herein.
The fixing member 57 is adopted to fixedly connect the limiting plate 55 with the casing 10 and the air deflector 51, and when the fixing member 57 is rotated in different directions, the air deflector 51 can be locked or loosened, so that the air guiding direction of the air deflector 51 can be adjusted, and the air deflector 51 is fixed to prevent the air deflector 51 from moving, so that a gap is generated between the first side 517 or the second side 519 and the position of the air outlet structure 30 where the air duct outlet 30b is arranged, the air guiding effect is affected, and noise is generated.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, a limiting hole 55a is disposed on the limiting plate 55, a yielding hole 10f is disposed on a bottom wall of the adjusting groove 10e, a positioning hole 513a is disposed on the first side plate 513, and the fixing member 57 passes through the limiting hole 55a, the yielding hole 10f and the positioning hole 513a, so as to fixedly connect the limiting plate 55 with the housing 10 and the air guiding plate 51. The limiting hole 55a, the receding hole 10f, and the positioning hole 513a may be circular, square, or kidney-shaped, and the like, and are not limited herein. The fixing member 57 fixes the rotatable first side plate 513 in a porous positioning manner, so as to fix the air deflector 51, and prevent the adjusted position of the air deflector 51 from moving and affecting the air guiding effect.
During adjustment, the adjusting knob 531 may be held and twisted to drive the air guiding plate 51 to rotate, so as to abut the first side 517 or the second side 519 of the air guiding plate 51 against the position of the air outlet structure 30 where the air duct outlet 30b is disposed, and after the adjustment is completed, the limiting plate 55 is connected to the side wall of the adjusting groove 10e to close the adjusting hole 10 d. Finally, the fixing member 57 passes through the limiting hole 55a, the avoiding hole 10f and the positioning hole 513a at a time to fix the first side plate 513.
It can be understood that the receding hole 10f may be only formed in the bottom wall of the adjusting groove 10e, and the positioning hole 513a may be formed in the first side plate 513, after the adjustment is completed, the fixing element 57 is directly inserted into the receding hole 10f and the positioning hole 513a to fix the first side plate 513, and finally, the limiting plate 55 is covered.
Referring to fig. 6, the fixing member 57 may be further provided as a mating part 571 and a stopper part 573 connected to each other. The inserting portion 571 is used for inserting the limiting hole 55a, the avoiding hole 10f and the positioning hole 513a to fix the air guiding plate 51. In order to facilitate the insertion and locking of the fixing member 57, a screw thread may be provided on an outer surface of the insertion part 571. Anti-slip ribs 5731 may be provided at intervals on the side surface of the limiting portion 573 to facilitate gripping of the mounting fixture 57.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the adjusting holes 10d is at least two, and at least two limiting holes 55a and at least two abdicating holes 10f are provided corresponding to the adjusting holes 10 d. The two adjusting holes 10d, the limiting hole 55a and the yielding hole 10f are arranged, after the air deflector 51 is adjusted to different air guiding directions, the fixing piece 57 is respectively inserted into one of the adjusting holes 10d, the limiting hole 55a and the yielding hole 10f to fix the air deflector 51 arranged in the direction, and the air deflector 51 is prevented from shaking due to overlarge wind force in the air guiding process to influence the air guiding effect and generate noise.
Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, the air outlet structure 30 includes a volute 31, a wind wheel 33 and a fan (not shown). The volute casing 31 is arranged in the shell 10, the volute casing 31 is provided with an air duct inlet 30a and an air duct outlet 30b, the wind wheel 33 is arranged in the volute casing 31, the fan is arranged in the volute casing 31 and connected with the wind wheel 33, and one side edge of the wind deflector 51 is used for being abutted against the end part of the volute casing 31 provided with the air duct outlet 30 b.
The fan can drive the wind wheel 33 to rotate, so as to suck the oil smoke entering the air exhaust channel 10a from the air inlet 10b into the air outlet structure 30 from the air channel inlet 30a, and then the oil smoke flows through the interior of the volute 31 and is discharged out of the air outlet structure 30 from the air channel outlet 30 b. One side of the air deflector 51 can abut against and limit the end of the volute 31 where the air duct outlet 30b is provided, so as to guide the oil smoke discharged from the air duct outlet 30b to the air outlet 10c of the integrated stove 100. The arrangement of the air outlet structure 30 provides power for the integrated stove 100 to suck the oil smoke, so that a larger amount of oil smoke generated during cooking can be guided to the air outlet 10c through the air exhaust channel 10a and exhausted from the air outlet 10 c.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the integrated cooker 100 further includes a cooker 70 and an integrated electric appliance 90, and the housing 10 includes a main case 11, a middle partition 13, and a rear side plate 15. The main casing 11 is provided with a mounting surface 11a for mounting the cooking range 70, and the main casing 11 is formed with an air inlet pipe 111 at one side of the mounting surface 11 a. The middle partition 13 and the main case 11 enclose an installation space in which the integrated electric appliance 90 is installed. The rear side plate 15 is connected to the main casing 11, and encloses an exhaust duct 10a with the intake duct 111 of the main casing 11 and the middle partition plate 13, and the adjustment hole 10d is provided in the rear side plate 15.
An air inlet pipe 111 formed at one side of the mounting surface 11a of the main housing 11 communicates with the air inlet 10b to guide external soot into the exhaust passage 10a and exhaust the soot from the exhaust passage 10a to the outside, and an inlet of the air inlet pipe 111 may be disposed higher than the mounting surface 11a to suck the soot from the air inlet pipe 111. The middle partition 13 can separate the integrated electrical appliance 90 from the air exhaust channel 10a, so that the air exhaust channel 10a and the integrated electrical appliance 90 can be respectively located in different spaces formed by the main shell 11, the middle partition 13 and the rear side plate 15, the integrated electrical appliance 90 is protected from being polluted and damaged by oil smoke, and the service life of the integrated electrical appliance 90 is prolonged. Meanwhile, the air exhaust channel 10a is arranged in a part of the closed space of the integrated stove 100, so that the volume of the air exhaust channel 10a can be reduced, oil smoke is gathered more, and the air guide effect is improved. The rear side plate 15 and the middle partition plate 13 may be detachably coupled with the main case 11 to facilitate repair or replacement of internal devices within the integrated range 100.

Claims (11)

1. An integrated cooker, characterized by comprising:
the air exhaust device comprises a shell, wherein an air exhaust channel is formed in the shell, and the shell is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and an adjusting hole which are communicated with the air exhaust channel;
the air outlet structure is arranged in the shell and is provided with an air duct inlet communicated with the air inlet and an air duct outlet communicated with the air outlet; and
the air guide adjusting structure comprises an air guide plate and an adjusting piece, the adjusting piece is connected with the air guide plate, one side edge of the air guide plate is abutted to the end part, provided with the air duct outlet, of the air outlet structure, and at least part of the adjusting piece is located in the adjusting hole.
2. The integrated cooker of claim 1, wherein the air deflector comprises:
the main body plate is provided with a first side edge and a second side edge which are oppositely arranged, and one of the first side edge and the second side edge is abutted against the end part of the air duct outlet; and
the air outlet structure comprises a first side plate and a second side plate, wherein the first side plate and the second side plate are arranged on two sides of a main body plate relatively, an air outlet groove is formed by the main body plate in a surrounding mode, a first side edge and a second side edge are located between the first side plate and the second side plate, the first side edge and the second side edge are located on two opposite sides of the air outlet groove, and a regulating piece is connected with the first side plate or the second side plate.
3. The integrated cooker according to claim 2, wherein the first side edge and/or the second side edge is provided with a sealing strip.
4. The integrated cooker of claim 3, wherein the sealing strip is a sponge strip or a rubber strip.
5. The integrated cooker of claim 2, wherein the adjusting member comprises:
an adjustment knob connected to the first side plate or the second side plate, at least a portion of the adjustment knob being located within the adjustment aperture; and
the air deflector is arranged in the air exhaust channel through the rotating shaft, and the adjusting knob drives the air deflector to rotate around the rotating shaft.
6. The integrated cooker of claim 5, wherein the adjusting knob is connected to the first side plate, and the second side plate is connected to the case through the rotation shaft;
or, the adjusting knob is connected with the first side plate, the rotating shaft penetrates through the first side plate and the second side plate, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the adjusting piece, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the shell.
7. The integrated range of any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the housing is provided with an adjustment groove, and the adjustment hole is provided at a bottom wall of the adjustment groove;
the air guide adjusting structure further comprises a limiting plate and a fixing piece, the limiting plate is connected to the groove side wall of the adjusting groove and covers the adjusting hole, and the fixing piece fixedly connects the limiting plate with the shell and the air guide plate.
8. The integrated cooker according to claim 7, wherein the position-limiting plate is provided with a position-limiting hole, the bottom wall of the adjusting groove is provided with a position-avoiding hole, the first side plate is provided with a positioning hole, and the fixing member passes through the position-limiting hole, the position-avoiding hole and the positioning hole to fixedly connect the position-limiting plate with the housing and the air deflector.
9. The integrated cooker according to claim 8, wherein the number of the adjusting holes is at least two, and at least two limiting holes and at least two abdicating holes are provided corresponding to the adjusting holes.
10. The integrated cooker according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the air outlet structure comprises:
the volute is arranged in the shell and provided with the air duct inlet and the air duct outlet, and one side edge of the air deflector is used for abutting against the end part of the volute provided with the air duct outlet;
the wind wheel is arranged in the volute; and
the fan is arranged on the volute and connected with the wind wheel.
11. The integrated cooker according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a cooker and an integrated electric appliance, said housing comprising:
the main shell is provided with an installation surface for installing the cooker, and an air inlet pipe is formed on one side of the installation surface of the main shell;
the middle partition plate and the main shell enclose to form an installation space for installing the integrated electric appliance; and
the rear side plate is connected with the main shell, encloses with the air inlet pipe of the main shell and the middle partition plate to form the air exhaust channel, and the adjusting hole is formed in the rear side plate.
