The hook 40 includes a cross bar 41 and a hooking portion 42 for hooking the workpiece, the cross bar 41 being removably hooked at the lower ends of the two support arms 30, the hooking portion 42 connecting the cross bar 41. In this embodiment, under the action of gravity, the cross bar 41 of the hook 40 is hooked on the hook structure at the lower end of the two support arms 30, under the action of external force, the hook 40 moves upwards, and the cross bar 41 of the hook 40 can be separated from the hook structure at the lower end of the two support arms 30, so that the hooks 40 with different structures can be replaced, and the requirements for hooking different workpieces are met.
The lower surface of the rotation member 20 is provided with a second stopper portion 22, and the second stopper portion 22 of the present embodiment is formed around the through hole 21 of the rotation member 20. As shown in fig. 3, when the rotating member 20 moves downward, the first limiting portion 11 and the second limiting portion 22 are engaged, the upper surface of the first limiting portion 11 contacts with the lower surface of the second limiting portion 22 to limit the rotating member 20 from rotating around the connecting rod 10, and when the workpiece on the hook 40 is sprayed, the workpiece does not shake, and a uniform coating can be formed on the surface of the workpiece. As shown in fig. 4, when the rotating member 20 moves upward under the action of external force, the first limiting portion 11 and the second limiting portion 22 are separated, the rotating member 20 can rotate around the connecting rod 10, and at this time, the workpiece on the hook 40 can be turned over, and the workpiece can be sprayed again.
Specifically, the upper surface of the first stopper portion 11 and the lower surface of the second stopper portion 22 have structures that increase friction force when interacting with each other. When the rotating member 20 moves downward under the action of gravity, the first and second limiting portions 11 and 22 are engaged, and the structure for increasing the friction force can prevent or prevent the rotating member 20 from rotating around the connecting rod 10, so as to keep the workpiece on the hook 40 stable and free from shaking. The structure for increasing the friction force is preferably one of or a combination of two or more of a curved surface structure which interacts with each other, a structure which is concave-convex matched, a structure which is provided with a frosted surface and a structure which is provided with convex points. In this embodiment, the upper surface of the first position-limiting portion 11 and the lower surface of the second position-limiting portion 22 have curved structures, the curved structures of the upper surface of the first position-limiting portion 11 and the lower surface of the second position-limiting portion 22 are matched with each other, and a columnar structure is formed when the first position-limiting portion 11 and the second position-limiting portion 22 are joined.
Referring to fig. 1, in the hook 40, both ends of the cross bar 41 are respectively provided with third stoppers 411, and when the cross bar 41 is hooked on the lower ends of the two support arms 30, the third stoppers 411 restrict horizontal movement of the cross bar 41. In this embodiment, the third limiting portion 411 is a bending structure formed at two ends of the cross rod 41, when the cross rod 41 is hooked at the lower ends of the two support arms 30, the third limiting portion 411 is located at the outer side of the hooking structure of the two support arms 30, so as to prevent the cross rod 41 from horizontally swinging, when spraying is performed on a workpiece on the hook 40, the workpiece cannot swing, and the surface of the workpiece can form an even and consistent coating. In other embodiments, the third position-limiting portion 411 may be a protrusion or a bump formed on the cross bar 41, for example, two bumps, when the cross bar 41 is hooked on the lower ends of the two support arms 30, the hooking structure of the support arms 30 is clamped between the two bumps, so as to prevent the cross bar 41 from horizontally swinging, when spraying the workpiece on the hook 40, the workpiece will not swing, and the surface of the workpiece can form a uniform coating.
