The laminate 140 is in an unfolded state in a horizontal position, and in the unfolded state, the end surface 141 of the laminate 140 is attached to the inner surface of the side plate 130, and the upper surface 143 of the laminate 140 can stably hold an object. The shelf 140 is in a folded state in the vertical position, in which the upper surface 143 of the shelf 140 is attached to the inner surface of the side plate 130, and the shelf 140 is fixed relative to the side plate 130 by the fixing member 120.
The fixing member 120 is connected to the inner surface of the wall panel 111 for fixing the layer panel 140 in the folded state.
Referring to fig. 7, the fixing member 120 is rotatably disposed on the inner surface of the wall plate 111. Specifically, the mount 120 includes a rotation body 121 and a coupling body 123 fixedly connected to each other. The revolving body 121 has a cylindrical structure, the hanging body 123 includes a first hanging part 1231 and a second hanging part 1233 connected in sequence, the second hanging part 1233 is bent relative to the first hanging part 1231 and forms an L-shaped structure, and the revolving body 121 is fixedly connected to one side of the first hanging part 1231, which is away from the second hanging part 1233.
During installation, the rotator 121 is rotatably connected to the wall plate 111, and the hanging body 123 is used for matching with the layer plate 140. When the layer plate 140 is unfolded, the hanging body 123 of the fixing member 120 is vertically disposed, so that an object can be hung on the second hanging part 1233. When the layer plate 140 is in the folded state, the fixing member 120 rotates around the rotating body 121 by 90 degrees until the hanging body 123 is in the horizontal state, so that the hanging body 123 is clamped with the layer plate 140, and the layer plate 140 is kept in the folded state under the clamping action of the fixing member 120.
Referring to fig. 2, optionally, the inner side surface 147 of the layer board 140 is close to the wall board 111, the inner side surface 147 of the layer board 140 is matched with the first hanging part 1231, and the lower surface 145 of the layer board 140 is matched with the second hanging part 1233.
As another embodiment, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the hanging body 123 further includes a folded edge 1235. The fold 1235 is connected to an end of the second hanging part 1233 away from the first hanging part 1231. The folded edge 1235 is bent relative to the second hanging portion 1233, and the folded edge 1235 and the first hanging portion 1231 are both located on the same side of the second hanging portion 1233. Thus, the fastening space 1237 is formed by the first hanging part 1231, the second hanging part 1233 and the folded edge 1235.
With the structure of the hanging unit 123, referring to fig. 10, a clamping groove 1451 is formed on the lower surface 145 of the layer plate 140, a distance between the clamping groove 1451 and the inner side surface 147 of the layer plate 140 is smaller than the clamping space 1237, and a length of the clamping groove 1451 is slightly larger than a width of the folded edge 1235. When the laminate 140 is in the folded state, the folded edge 1235 is easily clamped in the clamping groove 1451 of the laminate 140, the fixation is firm, and the laminate 140 is not easy to fall off automatically.
The operation of the deck 140 from the unfolded position to the folded position is as follows:
in the view of fig. 1 and 11, the fixing member 120 is rotated clockwise, so that the fixing member 120 rotates around the rotating body 121 until the folded edge 1235 is located above the second hanging portion 1233, thereby leaving the shelf 140 open and closed. The ply 140 is then rotated clockwise so that the ply 140 is flipped up relative to the side panel 130 about the axis 134 of the hinge 131 until the upper surface 143 of the ply 140 is parallel to or flush with the inner surface of the side panel 130. At this time, the end of the laminate 140 also rotates to the position of the fixing member 120, and then the fixing member 120 rotates around the rotating body 121 counterclockwise by an angle, so that the fixing member 120 is clamped with the end of the laminate 140, and in the clamping state, the fixing member 120 is in a horizontal state, and since the second hanging part 1233 is clamped with the lower surface 145 of the laminate 140, a blocking force is provided for the laminate 140, which is beneficial to the laminate 140 being stably folded, and the laminate 140 is not easy to naturally slide.
The operation of the deck 140 from the collapsed position to the expanded position is as follows:
in the view of fig. 1 and 11, the fixing member 120 is rotated clockwise so that the fixing member 120 rotates around the rotating body 121 from the horizontal state until the folding edge 1235 is positioned above the second hanging portion 1233. The blocking force provided by the fixing member 120 to the layer sheet 140 is removed, and then the layer sheet 140 is rotated counterclockwise, so that the layer sheet 140 is turned downward relative to the side plate 130 around the rotating shaft 134 of the hinge 131 until the end surface 141 of the layer sheet 140 is attached to the inner surface of the side plate 130. At this time, the layer plate 140 is perpendicular to the side plate 130, and the layer plate 140 can be stably unfolded, so that the user can conveniently place articles.
It is understood that in alternative embodiments, the fixing member 120 may have other structures. For example, the fixing member 120 includes a magnet and a ferromagnetic metal that are engaged with each other. The magnets and ferromagnetic metal are installed on the cabinet 110 and the laminate 140 in a one-to-one correspondence. When the laminate 140 is in the folded state, the position where the laminate 140 and the cabinet 110 are engaged is attracted to each other due to the magnetic attraction between the magnet and the ferromagnetic metal, and the laminate 140 is fixed with respect to the cabinet 110.
Specifically, the cabinet body 110 includes a first fixing portion, and the first fixing portion is located at edge positions of two sides of the cabinet body 110. The laminate 140 includes a second fixing portion corresponding to the first fixing portion. A magnet is fixedly connected to one of the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion, and a ferromagnetic metal is fixedly connected to the other of the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion. Therefore, when the laminate 140 is opened, the first fixing part and the second fixing part are firmly adsorbed by the magnet and the ferromagnetic metal.
It is understood that ferromagnetic metals refer to, for example: iron, cobalt, nickel and the like.
Further, the ferromagnetic metal is fixedly connected to the first fixing portion of the cabinet 110, and the magnet is fixedly connected to the second fixing portion of the layer plate 140. The two plies 140 are first and second plies, respectively, that are disposed relatively flush when both plies 140 are in the expanded state. And the magnet fixedly connected with the first layer plate and the magnet fixedly connected with the second layer plate attract each other. Therefore, the laminated plate 140 is prevented from being folded under the condition of error collision, and a user artificially rotates the laminated plate 140 according to the requirement, so that the reliability is high.
Referring to fig. 3, the first and second laminate are both in an unfolded state. The first and second plates form a partition plate, so that the accommodating cavity enclosed by the side plate 130 and the cabinet 110 is divided into a first cavity 151 and a second cavity 152 which are arranged up and down. Convenience of customers places articles with general height or small articles, the space of the accommodating cavity along the height direction can be well utilized, more articles can be placed, and the utilization rate is improved.
Referring to fig. 12, the first layer board is in an expanded state, and the second layer board is in a collapsed state. The first plate divides the accommodating cavity enclosed by the side plate 130 and the cabinet 110 into an upper sub-cavity and a lower sub-cavity, which are the first sub-cavity 153 and the second sub-cavity 154 respectively. The second layer board is in a folding state, the height of the original accommodating cavity is reserved, and a third sub-cavity 155 is formed. That is, in this structure, the mirror cabinet has a first sub-cavity 153, a second sub-cavity 154, and a third sub-cavity 155. The first sub-cavity 153 and the second sub-cavity 154 have a smaller space relative to the third sub-cavity 155, so that a user can conveniently place a higher object, an object with a common height and a small object at the same time.
