The portable seed specimen display device of claim 9, wherein the illuminating lamps are parallel to each other and evenly distributed on the lower surface of the darkroom observation cover, the longitudinal direction of the illuminating lamps is vertical to the longitudinal direction of the contrast drawer, and the two illuminating lamps distributed at two ends are respectively positioned at two sides of the observation through hole; the switch is electrically connected with the illuminating lamps one by one correspondingly, and the battery provides power for the illuminating lamps; the observation mirror is embedded in the observation through hole, and the distance from an eyepiece of the observation mirror to the darkroom observation cover is less than the distance from the darkroom cover to the darkroom observation cover.
