As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the integrated air conditioner room 100 includes a box 110 having a rectangular parallelepiped structure, an air conditioning unit and a power distribution cabinet 120 disposed in the box 110. The air conditioning unit includes a centrifuge 130, a first cold water pump 140, and a second cold water pump. The condenser 131 and the evaporator 132 of the centrifuge 130 are disposed in parallel on the same side of the case 110 and connected by a pipe.
The first cold water pump 140 and the second cold water pump are arranged on the same side. Meanwhile, a first cold water pump 140 is provided at the right side of the condenser 131, communicating with the condenser 131. Therefore, the integrated air conditioner room 100 according to the embodiment of the present application is configured by installing the air conditioning unit and the power distribution cabinet 120 in one container (i.e., the box 110 having a rectangular parallelepiped structure) according to the set layout, and providing four interfaces (i.e., the first interface, the second interface, the third interface, and the fourth interface) respectively connected to the first cold water pump 140 and the second cold water pump in the air conditioning unit on the sidewall of the box 110, so that when the central air conditioner is installed, the assembled integrated air conditioner room 100 only needs to be directly transported to a corresponding installation site, and the four interfaces are connected to a corresponding terminal and a cooling tower through pipes, so as to assemble the air conditioner room 100. A corresponding machine room is not required to be specially reserved in the building, and meanwhile, all equipment of the air conditioning unit is not required to be installed in the machine room, so that the occupied space in the building is reduced, the assembling process of the air conditioning machine room 100 is effectively simplified, and the purposes of saving time and labor are finally achieved.
In order to facilitate the connection of the pipeline, the four interfaces disposed on the sidewall of the box body 110 are all flange interfaces. that is, the condenser 131 and the evaporator 132 are both disposed at the left side within the tank 110, and the top of the condenser 131 and the top of the evaporator 132 are both spaced from the top of the tank 110 by a distance of 250mm to 350mm, preferably 300 mm; the left side of the condenser 131 and the left side of the evaporator 132 are spaced from the left wall of the tank 110 by: 80mm to 120mm, preferably 100 mm.
The condenser 131 and the evaporator 132 are arranged on the left side of the box body 110 and are 80 mm-120 mm away from the left side of the box body 110, so that a certain distance is kept between the condenser 131 and the evaporator 132 and the inside of the box body 110, and the situation that the condenser 131 and the evaporator 132 are knocked by vibration caused by transportation or running of the integrated air conditioner room 100 is prevented. Meanwhile, a certain distance is kept between the top of the condenser 131 and the top of the evaporator 132 and the top of the box body 110, so that a certain space is reserved for maintenance of the air conditioning unit, and maintenance is facilitated.
In addition, it should be further noted that, in the integrated air conditioner room 100 according to the embodiment of the present application, door bodies are disposed on both the front side and the rear side of the box body 110, and the door bodies may have a double-door structure, so that the door bodies can enter the box body 110 from the front or the rear of the box body 110, and the assembly, maintenance, and the like of the air conditioning unit, the power distribution cabinet 120, and other devices are performed.
