Claims (10)

1. A pile driving barge for offshore wind power pile driving, the pile driving barge comprising:
the front end of the ship body is provided with a notch, the notch is sunken towards the center of the ship body, and the notch is vertically communicated;
the pile embracing device comprises a base, an embracing ring, a support and a driving device, wherein the support is fixed on the base, the embracing ring is fixed on the support, the driving device is connected with the embracing ring to drive the embracing ring to embrace tightly or separate, and the base is erected on the notch;
the positioning device comprises positioning buttresses and positioning piles which are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the positioning buttresses are arranged on the upper surface of the notch at intervals; the spud interval set up the base on, just the bottom of spud run through the base and extend downwards to surpass the hull bottom surface, the top of spud vertically upwards extend.

The piling boat for offshore wind power piling as recited in claim 1, wherein the notch is a U-shaped opening, four corners of the base are respectively provided with a positioning hole, the positioning pile is fixed in the positioning hole, and the positioning pile is provided with a sling for being fixedly connected with the pile gripper.
3. The piling vessel for offshore wind power piling as recited in claim 2, wherein a bolt is inserted between the positioning pile and the positioning hole, and the positioning pile is fixed in the positioning hole through the bolt.

The piling vessel for offshore wind power piling as recited in claim 1, wherein said positioning backer includes a positioning plate fixed to an upper surface of said hull, and a side of said positioning plate facing said recess is provided with a first inclined surface extending obliquely downward from an outside of said hull toward a middle of said hull, and a periphery of said base is provided with a second inclined surface for abutting against and abutting on said first inclined surface.

The offshore wind pile driving vessel as recited in claim 4, wherein said positioning means further comprises an alignment alert means, said alignment alert means comprising a signal transmitter disposed on said first inclined surface, a signal receiver disposed on said second inclined surface, and a central controller disposed in a cab on said hull, and said signal transmitter and said signal receiver are connected to said central controller;
when the positioning backer is aligned with the positioning pile, the signal transmitter is aligned with the signal receiver; the signal emitter emits a signal, the signal receiver can receive the signal after being aligned with the signal emitter and send information of the received signal to the central controller, the central controller judges the preset position of the pile gripper erected on the ship body according to the received information, and a reminding module in the central controller sends out an in-position prompt.

The piling barge for offshore wind power piling according to claim 5, wherein the piling barge further comprises a tilting deviation correcting device, the tilting deviation correcting device is arranged at the outer side of the hoop, the tilting deviation correcting device comprises a tilting frame hinged on the base, the tilting frame is provided with a tilting deviation correcting hydraulic cylinder, the cylinder body of the tilting deviation correcting hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the tilting frame, and the output shaft of the tilting deviation correcting hydraulic cylinder points to the central shaft of the hoop.

The piling barge for offshore wind power piling according to claim 6, wherein the tilting deviation correcting device further comprises a guide tube for preventing the rotation of the output shaft of the tilting deviation correcting hydraulic cylinder, the guide tube is a straight tube, the guide tube is sleeved outside the tilting deviation correcting hydraulic cylinder, the guide tube is coaxial with the output shaft of the tilting deviation correcting hydraulic cylinder, and one end of the guide tube exceeds one end of the tilting deviation correcting hydraulic cylinder with the output shaft so as to guide the movement of the output shaft.
8. Pile driving vessel for offshore wind power piling according to claim 7 wherein the free end of the output shaft of the tilt cylinder is rotatably provided with rollers.

Pile driving vessel for offshore wind power piling according to any of the claims 6 to 8, characterised in that the base is provided with a hinge seat, the hinge seat is provided with a hinge hole, the tilting frame is provided with a hinge shaft in the middle, the hinge shaft penetrates through the hinge hole and is rotatably arranged in the hinge hole, and the bottom end of the tilting frame is fixed on the base.
10. The piling vessel for offshore wind power piling as recited in claim 5, wherein said piling vessel further comprises a verticality detecting device, said verticality detecting device comprises a verticality detector, said verticality detector is fixed on said hoop, and said verticality detector is in signal connection with said central controller.
