本实用新型涉及一种用于城市污水、工业污水生 物接触氧化处理池内的半软性和软性组合填料。其 特征是半软性填料上带有双柱和双眼搭襻，软性填料 缠绕在双柱上，通过双眼搭襻固定在半软性填料上， 从而克服了目前各类组合式填料在工程应用中软性 填料由半软性填料中脱落的致命缺点，保证了组合式 填料的使用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于城市污水、工业污水生物接触氧化处理池内的半软性和软性组合填料——双扣组合式填料。
现有的用于城市污水、工业污水生物接触氧化处理池内的半软性和软性组合填料，如：8821178.8，89200853.9，90200672.x等申请案均采用塑料支架或半软性填料与软性纤维组合而成，虽然在原有技术基础上有所前进，但还存在着一个很大的缺点，即支架或半软性填料与软性纤维填料的固定方式不够好，生产运行中由于软性纤维束与半软性填料固定不牢固，纤维极易脱落，从而使组合填料失去作用，严重影响了污水生化处理效果。
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种新的半软性填料与纤维填料的固定方式，从而克服现有各类组合式填料，纤维束从半软性填料中脱落的缺点，保证了组合性填料的实用性。
本实用新型是由半软性填料及固定在其上的软性填料组合而成。半软性填料由中心环、内环、外环，各环之间的连接筋，连接筋上的双柱，外环上的双眼搭攀构成，将软性纤维束在两固定柱间缠绕打扣，然后由双眼搭攀固定。
本实用新型采用设置在半软性填料上的双柱及双眼搭攀将在双柱上缠绕打扣的纤维软填料固定在半软性填料上的方法，克服了目前各类组合式填料在工程应用中软性填料由半软性填料中脱落的致命缺点，保证了本组合式填料的使用。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细描述。

其中：
1.外环        2.联接筋        3.固定柱
4.双眼搭攀        5.纤维束        6.内环
7.中心环        8.内外环
将半软性填料做成由中心环7，内环6，边环1，内外环8以及连接它们的若干条联接筋2构成的具有空间的薄片。在各边外环，内环与联接筋相交处均有一个凸起的小圆固定柱3。在边外环上装一双眼搭攀4，其上的两个小圆孔与凸起的小圆固定柱相匹配。将纤维束5在两固定柱之间缠绕打扣，将双眼搭攀扣在两固定柱上将纤维束与软性填料固定在一起。

Claims (1)

1、一种纤维束由搭攀固定在半软性填料上的双扣组合式填料，其特征在于：(1)半软性填料上在每一个边外环，内外环与联接筋交接处均有一个凸起的小圆固定柱；
(2)固定在边外环上的搭攀为双眼，其上两圆孔与固定在边外环，内外环与联接筋交接处的两个凸起小圆固定柱相匹配；
(3)纤维束缠绕打扣置于两固定柱之间，由双眼搭攀与固定柱将其固定在半软性填料上。
