Examples

5. The ear patch of claim 1, wherein said ear patch comprises a protective layer disposed on an outer side of said ear patch, and said protective layer is peelable.

6. The ear patch of claim 5, wherein said protective layers are two in number, wherein a first protective layer is attached to the outside of said gel layer and a second protective layer is attached to the outside of said adhesive layer.

7. The ear patch of claim 1, wherein said ear patch in an extended state presents a butterfly shape with two large ends and a small middle.

8. The ear patch of claim 1, wherein said gel layer has a thickness of 0.2 mm to 10 mm.

9. The ear patch of claim 1 wherein said adhesive layer has a thickness of from 0.03 mm to 1 mm.

10. The ear patch of claim 5, wherein said protective layer has a thickness of 0.05 mm to 1 mm.
