6. The ear patch of claim 5, wherein said protective layers are two in number, wherein a first protective layer is attached to the outside of said gel layer and a second protective layer is attached to the outside of said adhesive layer.
7. The ear patch of claim 1, wherein said ear patch in an extended state presents a butterfly shape with two large ends and a small middle.
8. The ear patch of claim 1, wherein said gel layer has a thickness of 0.2 mm to 10 mm.
