Abstract

背景技术
鸡蛋是母鸡所产的卵。其外有一层硬壳,内则有气室、卵白及卵黄部分。富含胆固醇,营养丰富。一个鸡蛋重约50克,含蛋白质7-8克,脂肪5-6克。鸡蛋蛋白质的氨基酸比例很适合人体生理需要、易为机体吸收,利用率高达98%以上,营养价值很高,是人类常食用的食物之一。含有很高的蛋白质。
鸡蛋在从饲养笼拿出后表层会粘有杂质,需要对蛋壳表层进行简单的清洗,现有的鸡蛋清洗设置清洗效率低,清洗时存在清洗盲区,清洗过程中清洗水循环使用,影响鸡蛋的清洗作用。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种鸡蛋清洗装置,包括筒体、清洗转筒、步进电机水箱和收集槽,所述筒体为两端贯通的筒状结构,所述筒体的内部两端分别固定有固定柱,所述清洗转筒的两端靠近端部处分别转动连接有转动圈,所述转动圈分别固定在固定柱上面,在固定柱的作用下完成清洗转筒在筒体内部的倾斜设置,所述清洗转筒的外侧还固定有锥形齿轮圈,所述筒体的顶端通过轴承座转动连接有锥形齿轮,所述锥形齿轮的转轴另一端固定有第一皮带轮,所述步进电机固定在筒体外侧,所述步进电机的输出轴端固定有第二皮带轮,所述第二皮带轮与第一皮带轮之间通过皮带传动连接;
所述筒体的底部固定有底架,所述水箱固定在底架下,所述底架上固定有清洗水泵,所述清洗水泵的进水管延伸至水箱的内部,所述筒体的内部还固定有多个清洗喷头,所述清洗水泵的出水管处固定连通有多通管,所述多通管分别与清洗喷头之间连通;
所述筒体的尾端固定有收集槽,所述收集槽与筒体的尾端之间设置有倾斜板,在倾斜板上竖向固定有椭圆形圈,所述椭圆形圈的外侧固定有棉布筒,所述棉布筒的另一端延伸至收集槽的内部。
优选的,所述清洗转筒在筒体内部的倾斜度设置在2-5度之间,所述清洗转筒的较高端设置为鸡蛋入口,所述清洗转筒的较低端设置为鸡蛋出口,所述鸡蛋出口与筒体的尾端设置为同一端。
优选的,所述椭圆形圈靠近清洗转筒的鸡蛋出口的一侧倾斜固定有缓冲板,所缓冲板延伸至椭圆形圈的内侧。
优选的,所述筒体的内底部固定有集水板,所述集水板中间设置有漏水管,所述漏水管的底端延伸至水箱的内部。
优选的,所述水箱的内部靠近顶端处固定设置有滤网槽,所述漏水管的底端延伸至滤网槽的内部。
优选的,所述多通管的主管路与清洗水泵的出水管固定连通,所述多通管的支管数量与清洗喷头的数量设置为相同。

为了便于清洗过程中清洗用水能得到及时收集,避免清洗水散落影响工作环境,所述筒体1的内底部固定有集水板8,所述集水板8中间设置有漏水管81,所述漏水管81的底端延伸至水箱5的内部,所述水箱5的内部靠近顶端处固定设置有滤网槽51,所述漏水管81的底端延伸至滤网槽51的内部,经过滤网槽51的过滤作用能将清洗过的带有杂质的水过滤,便于清洗用水的循环使用。
所述筒体1的尾端固定有收集槽9,所述收集槽9与筒体1的尾端之间设置有倾斜板,在倾斜板上竖向固定有椭圆形圈91,所述椭圆形圈91靠近清洗转筒2的鸡蛋出口22的一侧倾斜固定有缓冲板93,所缓冲板93延伸至椭圆形圈91的内侧所述椭圆形圈91的外侧固定有棉布筒92,所述棉布筒92的另一端延伸至收集槽9的内部,清洗过后的鸡蛋通过缓冲板93滚入棉布筒92内,棉布筒92能完成鸡蛋的缓冲掉落作用,同时鸡蛋在棉布筒92内滚动时还能对鸡蛋外侧的水分进行接触擦干,便于清洗过后的鸡蛋的后期的处理作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种鸡蛋清洗装置,包括筒体(1)、清洗转筒(2)、步进电机(4)水箱(5)和收集槽(9),其特征在于:所述筒体(1)为两端贯通的筒状结构,所述筒体(1)的内部两端分别固定有固定柱(24),所述清洗转筒(2)的两端靠近端部处分别转动连接有转动圈(23),所述转动圈(23)分别固定在固定柱(24)上面,在固定柱(24)的作用下完成清洗转筒(2)在筒体(1)内部的倾斜设置,所述清洗转筒(2)的外侧还固定有锥形齿轮圈(25),所述筒体(1)的顶端通过轴承座转动连接有锥形齿轮(3),所述锥形齿轮(3)与锥形齿轮圈(25)之间啮合连接,所述锥形齿轮(3)的转轴另一端固定有第一皮带轮(31),所述步进电机(4)固定在筒体(1)外侧,所述步进电机(4)的输出轴端固定有第二皮带轮(41),所述第二皮带轮(41)与第一皮带轮(31)之间通过皮带传动连接;
所述筒体(1)的底部固定有底架(11),所述水箱(5)固定在底架(11)下,所述底架(11)上固定有清洗水泵(6),所述清洗水泵(6)的进水管延伸至水箱(5)的内部,所述筒体(1)的内部还固定有多个清洗喷头(7),所述清洗水泵(6)的出水管处固定连通有多通管(62),所述多通管(62)分别与清洗喷头(7)之间连通;
所述筒体(1)的尾端固定有收集槽(9),所述收集槽(9)与筒体(1)的尾端之间设置有倾斜板,在倾斜板上竖向固定有椭圆形圈(91),所述椭圆形圈(91)的外侧固定有棉布筒(92),所述棉布筒(92)的另一端延伸至收集槽(9)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸡蛋清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗转筒(2)在筒体(1)内部的倾斜度设置在2-5度之间,所述清洗转筒(2)的较高端设置为鸡蛋入口(21),所述清洗转筒(2)的较低端设置为鸡蛋出口(22),所述鸡蛋出口(22)与筒体(1)的尾端设置为同一端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种鸡蛋清洗装置,其特征在于,所述椭圆形圈(91)靠近清洗转筒(2)的鸡蛋出口(22)的一侧倾斜固定有缓冲板(93),所缓冲板(93)延伸至椭圆形圈(91)的内侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸡蛋清洗装置,其特征在于,所述筒体(1)的内底部固定有集水板(8),所述集水板(8)中间设置有漏水管(81),所述漏水管(81)的底端延伸至水箱(5)的内部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种鸡蛋清洗装置,其特征在于,所述水箱(5)的内部靠近顶端处固定设置有滤网槽(51),所述漏水管(81)的底端延伸至滤网槽(51)的内部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种鸡蛋清洗装置,其特征在于,所述多通管(62)的主管路与清洗水泵(6)的出水管固定连通,所述多通管(62)的支管数量与清洗喷头(7)的数量设置为相同。
