Specifically, in this embodiment, the material of the reinforcing rib 410 and the reinforcing plate may be high-strength wear-resistant material such as chromium carbide, high manganese steel, tungsten carbide, etc. which are commonly used by those skilled in the art, so as to improve the wear resistance and strength of the bucket bottom plate 100 and the side plates, and prolong the service life of the excavator bucket.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, one end of the reinforcing rib 410 is connected to the tooth 110, and the other end extends to the position where the bucket bottom plate 100 is connected to the back plate 200, it should be noted that the number of the reinforcing ribs 410 is the same as the number of the teeth 110, and each tooth 110 is connected to a reinforcing rib 410.
More specifically, one side of the reinforcing plate is fixedly connected to the side plate, and the fixing connection manner may be welding, integral molding, or the like, which is commonly used by those skilled in the art, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. After the reinforcing plate is arranged on the side plate, the strength and the wear resistance of the side plate can be improved, and the service life of the side plate is prolonged.
Furthermore, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an excavator bucket, wherein a shovel portion 140 is further disposed on a side of the bucket bottom plate 100 away from the back plate 200, the shovel portion 140 is disposed between two adjacent bucket teeth 110, and the shovel portion 140 is semicircular.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the shovel portion 140 and the bucket floor 100 are fixedly connected, and the fixed connection manner may be a fixed connection manner, such as welding, integral molding, and the like, which are commonly known to those skilled in the art. The shovel 140 is gradually thicker from a semicircular portion to a portion connected to the bucket floor 100. For example: the thickness of the semicircular portion is 2cm, and the thickness of the portion connected to the hopper base plate 100 is 5cm, or the thickness of the semicircular portion is 3cm, and the thickness of the portion connected to the hopper base plate 100 is 5cm, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Furthermore, the embodiment of the present embodiment further provides an excavator bucket, wherein the reinforcing rib 410 is fixedly connected with the bucket tooth 110, one side of the reinforcing rib 410 close to the bucket bottom plate 100 is a plane, and one side of the reinforcing rib 410 away from the bucket bottom plate 100 is an arc surface.
Specifically, in this embodiment, one side of the reinforcing rib 410 close to the bucket bottom plate 100 is a plane so that the reinforcing rib 410 is conveniently and fixedly mounted on the bucket bottom plate 100, and the other side of the reinforcing rib 410 is an arc surface, so that the intensity of the bucket bottom plate 100 is improved, and the inside of the bucket bottom plate 100 is also conveniently cleaned.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the embodiment of the present embodiment further provides an excavator bucket, further comprising a positioning assembly 500, wherein the positioning assembly 500 comprises a first positioning hole 510, a second positioning hole 520 and a positioning bolt 530.
The first positioning holes 510 are disposed at the periphery of the second filter plate 122, the second positioning holes 520 are disposed on the hopper bottom plate 100, the second positioning holes 520 correspond to the first positioning holes 510, and the positioning bolts 530 are engaged with the first positioning holes 510 and the second positioning holes 520, so that the second filter plate 122 is fixed on the hopper bottom plate 100.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, in order to more stably mount the filter assembly 120 on the hopper bottom plate 100, a positioning assembly 500 is further provided, in which a plurality of first positioning holes 510 are provided on the periphery of the first filter plate 121, and the same number of second positioning holes 520 are provided on the hopper bottom plate 100.
More specifically, in this embodiment, the number of the first positioning holes 510 may be 4, 6, or 8, or may be other numbers, and those skilled in the art may design the first positioning holes according to specific situations and actual requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment. The positioning bolt 530 is screwed to the first positioning hole 510 and the second positioning hole 520, so that the filter assembly 120 is more stably connected to the hopper bottom plate 100.
In summary, the excavator bucket according to the present embodiment is provided with the filter assembly 120 on the floor 100 of the excavator bucket, so that water in the bucket can be filtered. And the first filter plate 121 and the second filter plate 122 are provided with filter holes 123 having the same area and corresponding positions, the size of the filter holes 123 can be adjusted by sliding the relative positions of the first filter plate 121 and the second filter plate 122, and then the filter assembly 120 can be used for filtering gravels with different sizes while filtering water. The joint between the bucket bottom plate 100 and the back plate 200 is arc-shaped, so that resistance applied to the bucket in the excavation process can be reduced.
The excavator bucket provided by the embodiment is further provided with a trapezoid boss and a trapezoid groove on the filter assembly 120, so that the first filter plate 121 and the second filter plate 122 are simple in structure, convenient to mount and tight in connection. The shovel part 140 is arranged between two adjacent teeth 110, so that the excavator bucket can work more conveniently, and the resistance of the bucket bottom plate 100 during working is reduced. And the reinforcing ribs 410 are arranged on the bucket bottom plate 100, and the reinforcing plates are arranged on the side plates, so that the wear resistance and the service life of the excavator bucket are improved. The problems that a bucket of the excavator is inconvenient to use, water in the bucket cannot be filtered when the excavator works, and abrasion is serious when the excavator is used are well solved.

Claims (10)

1. An excavator bucket comprising:
the bucket comprises a bucket bottom plate, wherein bucket teeth are arranged at one end of the bucket bottom plate; the hopper bottom plate further comprises a filtering assembly, and the filtering assembly is arranged on the hopper bottom plate and is detachably connected with the hopper bottom plate; the filter assembly comprises a first filter plate and a second filter plate, the first filter plate is connected with the second filter plate in a sliding mode, the first filter plate and the second filter plate are arranged oppositely, and filter holes which are the same in size and correspond to the second filter plate in position are formed in the first filter plate and the second filter plate;
the back plate is arranged on one side, away from the bucket teeth, of the bucket bottom plate, and the contact part of the bucket bottom plate and the back plate is arc-shaped;
the side plates comprise a first side plate and a second side plate, the first side plate and the second side plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the hopper bottom plate and the back plate, and the first side plate and the second side plate are respectively fixedly connected with the back plate and the hopper bottom plate;
the reinforcing assembly is arranged on the hopper bottom plate and the side plate.

The excavator bucket of claim 1, wherein a hollow-out portion is arranged on the bucket bottom plate, the size of the hollow-out portion is matched with that of the second filter plate, and a clamping groove is formed in the periphery of the hollow-out portion; the periphery of the second filter plate is provided with a clamping component matched with the clamping groove, and the clamping component is clamped in the clamping groove so that the second filter plate is detachably connected with the hollow part.
3. The excavator bucket of claim 2 wherein the clamp assembly includes a clamp spring and a clamp block; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
one end of the clamping spring is fixedly connected with the peripheral side of the second filter plate, and the other end of the clamping spring is fixedly connected with one side of the clamping block; the opposite side of joint piece with the draw-in groove joint, so that the joint subassembly with the draw-in groove can be dismantled and be connected.

the first filter plate and the second filter plate are rectangular, the first filter plate is provided with a first sliding part in the length direction of the first filter plate,

5. The excavator bucket of claim 4 wherein the first sliding portion includes a first slide groove and a second slide groove, the first slide groove and the second slide groove being respectively provided on both sides of the first filter plate;
the second sliding part comprises a first boss and a second boss, the first boss is arranged in the first sliding groove, and the second boss is arranged in the second sliding groove; one side of the first boss and one side of the second boss are respectively fixedly connected with the second filter plate, and the first boss slides relative to the first sliding groove; the second boss slides relative to the second sliding groove.
6. The excavator bucket of claim 5 wherein the first boss and the second boss are each provided as a trapezoidal boss and the first runner and the second runner are each provided as a trapezoidal groove.
7. The excavator bucket of claim 6 wherein the reinforcement assembly comprises a reinforcement bar and a reinforcement plate;
the reinforcing rib is arranged on one side of the bucket bottom plate and is positioned on the inner wall surface of the excavator bucket, one end of the reinforcing rib is connected with the bucket teeth, and the other end of the reinforcing rib extends to the position where the bucket bottom plate is connected with the back plate;
the reinforcing plate comprises a first reinforcing plate and a second reinforcing plate, the first reinforcing plate is arranged on one side, deviating from the first side plate, of the bucket bottom plate, the first reinforcing plate is fixedly connected with the first side plate, the second reinforcing plate is arranged on one side, deviating from the second side plate, of the bucket bottom plate, and the second reinforcing plate is fixedly connected with the second side plate.
8. The excavator bucket of claim 7 wherein a shovel portion is further provided on a side of the floor plate remote from the back plate, the shovel portion being disposed between two adjacent teeth, the shovel portion being semicircular.
9. The excavator bucket of claim 8, wherein the reinforcing rib is fixedly connected with the bucket tooth, one side of the reinforcing rib close to the bucket bottom plate is a plane, and one side of the reinforcing rib far away from the bucket bottom plate is a cambered surface.
10. The excavator bucket of claim 9 further comprising a positioning assembly, the positioning assembly comprising a first positioning hole, a second positioning hole and a positioning bolt;
the first positioning hole is arranged on the periphery of the second filter plate;
the second positioning hole is formed in the bucket bottom plate and corresponds to the first positioning hole, and the positioning bolt is matched with the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole so that the second filter plate is fixed on the bucket bottom plate.
