Referring to fig. 18, fig. 18 is a schematic structural view of another embodiment of the system of the electronic acupuncture device of the present invention. The bioelectrical impedance of the human body is a physical parameter that reflects the electrical properties of the entire human body or its constituent parts. The physiological state and pathological condition of human tissue can be known through bioelectrical impedance. The electronic acupuncture device system of the present embodiment utilizes the electrical characteristics (impedance, admittance, dielectric constant, etc.) and changes thereof of biological tissues and organs to obtain biomedical information related to physiological and pathological conditions of a human body.
In this embodiment, the electronic acupuncture device system includes a management platform 11 and an electronic acupuncture device 12 communicating with the management platform 11, the electronic acupuncture device 12 includes a first electrode 121, a second electrode 122, an impedance detection circuit 123 connected to the first electrode 121 and the second electrode 122, a controller 124 connected to the impedance detection circuit 123, and a wireless communication module 125 connected to the controller 124, where the impedance detection circuit 123 is configured to detect a meridian impedance and/or an impedance of an intersection between the first electrode 121 and the second electrode 122, the controller 124 transmits the meridian impedance and/or the impedance of the intersection to the management platform 11 through the wireless communication module 125, and the management platform 11 presents a therapeutic effect to a user according to the meridian impedance and/or the impedance of the intersection.
Specifically, a minute alternating current or voltage signal may be applied between the first electrode 121 and the second electrode 122 through the impedance detecting circuit 123 of the electro-acupuncture device 12, while a voltage or current signal of the surface of the human tissue between the first electrode 121 and the second electrode 122 is detected, and the meridian and/or the electrical impedance between the first electrode 121 and the second electrode 122 may be calculated from the detected signal. It is readily understood that neither the alternating current or voltage signal applied between the first electrode 121 and the second electrode 122 exceeds the human body safe current and voltage. After measuring the corresponding impedance, the controller 124 transmits the measured meridian impedance and/or the xuan-lu impedance to the management platform 11 through the wireless communication module 125. The controller 124 may be a single chip, a microprocessor, or the like.
The management platform 11 can analyze the meridian impedance and/or the xuan-luo impedance transmitted by the electronic acupuncture device 12 when the user uses the electronic acupuncture device system, obtain related physiological and pathological information therefrom, match the information from the database to obtain the current treatment effect of the user, and present the treatment effect to the user in a certain way.
In other embodiments, the management platform 11 can also perform diagnosis of heart, brain, pulmonary blood vessel and circulatory system diseases, detection of pathological tissues and classification of tissues, estimation of metabolic capability, measurement of body water content and detection of water and detection of tumors, etc. according to the impedance information sent by the electronic acupuncture device 12 and the requirements of the user, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the user can automatically detect the impedance of the meridians and collaterals and/or the channels and collaterals near a certain acupoint through the electronic acupuncture device system, and can timely know the current treatment effect through the analysis of the detected impedance of the meridians and collaterals and/or the channels and collaterals by the management platform 11, thereby overcoming the inconvenience brought to the patient by the fussy clinical examination to a certain extent, and being simple and convenient.
In one embodiment, the effect of the current treatment after each treatment is evaluated, and specifically, the following may be: the impedance detection circuit 123 detects the meridian impedance and/or the xuan-luo impedance after each treatment of the electronic acupuncture device 12, and the management platform 11 presents the current meridian impedance and/or the variation trend of the xuan-luo impedance along with time to the user according to the meridian impedance and/or the xuan-luo impedance, evaluates the current treatment effect, and gives related first suggestions and prompt information.
Wherein, the user can start the impedance detection mode of the electronic acupuncture device system immediately or after a certain time after using the electronic acupuncture device system to treat the disease, and the controller 124 controls the impedance detection circuit 123 to detect the meridian impedance and/or the xuan-luo impedance; or after the treatment is finished, the electronic acupuncture device system automatically starts the impedance detection mode for detection. In the detection process, the controller 124 may obtain the impedance through the impedance detection circuit 123 once at intervals of a period of time, such as several minutes, and send the impedance to the management platform 11 through the wireless communication module 125 after each obtaining, or send all detected impedances and detection time or the interval of time for obtaining the impedance to the management platform 11 together after the whole detection is finished. The management platform 11 receives all the impedances detected at the present time, and then performs a unified analysis process.
After receiving the impedance transmitted by the electronic acupuncture device 12 through the wireless communication interface, the management platform 11 analyzes and processes the received meridian impedance and/or the xuan-luo impedance, obtains a trend of the change of the meridian impedance and/or the xuan-luo impedance along with time, and presents the trend to the user. Specifically, the management platform 11 presents the variation trend of the meridian impedance and/or the xuan-collateral impedance over time in the form of a table or a curve according to the received impedance and the receiving time or the time interval of each time the controller 124 acquires the impedance.
The related first suggestion and prompt information may be a treatment plan suitable for the user, such as the number of treatments, the duration of each treatment, the treatment frequency, etc. or cautions on related aspects such as diet, work and rest, etc. derived by the management platform 11 through analysis of the current treatment effect and the current physical condition of the user; of course, a recommendation to stop the treatment or the like may be given in a case where the treatment effect is good and the user's current physical condition is good.
Specifically, the management platform 11 may match the corresponding first suggestion, prompt information, and the like from the database according to the current treatment effect, the current physical condition of the user, and the like, and further present the corresponding first suggestion, prompt information, and the like to the user, and the specific presentation manner may be the same as the presentation manner of the change trend of the meridian impedance with time.

The historical impedance curve of the meridian point may be the historical impedance curve of the same meridian point, and/or may be the historical impedance curves of a plurality of different meridian points.
In the embodiment, the treatment of the user can be carried out according to the treatment course, the disease of the user is treated and observed in a segmented mode, and the treatment mode is adjusted according to the condition after each treatment course. That is, the historical impedance curve of the meridian point obtained in the present embodiment may be obtained for each treatment course, but is not limited thereto, and may be obtained for a certain number of treatments after the treatment.
The management platform 11 obtains the time-varying trend of the meridian impedance after each treatment according to the previous embodiment after each treatment of the user. After a treatment course is finished, the management platform 11 may draw a meridian point impedance curve corresponding to each detection time according to the impedance detection result after each treatment. Specifically, the management platform 11 may take an impedance value that most represents the effect of the current treatment from the trend of the impedance after each treatment over time (for example, the impedance value may be an average value in the trend, or a value that is approximately smooth), and then use the impedance value that most represents the effect of the current treatment after each treatment and the detection time corresponding to each treatment to obtain the historical impedance curve of the meridian point in the whole historical treatment process.
The related second suggestion and prompt information may be a next treatment plan for the user, such as several treatment courses, the treatment times of each treatment course, the duration of each treatment, the treatment frequency, etc., or cautions in diet, work and rest, etc., which is derived from the historical impedance curve of the meridian point of the whole historical treatment process of the user, the treatment effect, and the estimated time point at which the treatment can be stopped, etc., and of course, a suggestion for stopping the treatment may be given in the case that the treatment effect is good and the current physical condition of the user is good, etc.
