the plastic sprinkler is improved on the basis of a plastic sprinkler head, some parts are shared, but a plurality of parts have different structures, and the plastic sprinkler is popularized to various sprinklers and water spraying appliances.
The invention relates to a plastic sprinkler irrigation head of key equipment of an improved sprinkler irrigation system, and provides a method for improving a water-target mixture, a method for reducing friction by using a function wave clutch plate, a method for reversing and positioning by using circumferential dense teeth and a method for spraying a core by adopting a parabolic channel, which try to solve the problems of the existing plastic sprinkler irrigation head that a plastic water-target is easy to break, a reversing positioning block is easy to loosen for a long time, a rotary core shaft is used for reducing friction and sealing and the reversing is variable.
The invention aims to improve key equipment of a sprinkling irrigation system, and the reversible variable combined sprinkler solves the problem that the reversing of a rotary sprinkling irrigation head of a liquid sprinkler is often unreliable on one hand, and solves the problems of standardization, replacement, interchange, replacement, disassembly and assembly combination, reversible variable and reversible variable of various parts, components and parts of various liquid sprinklers and various liquid-gas combined sprinkling mechanisms in the industrialized mass production of series on the other hand.
The technical proposal of the improved sprinkler with a sprinkler head rotating impeller, which is adopted for solving the technical problem, is as follows:

the ejector is provided with a plurality of mutually-collided vertical axial touch columns 58, so that each touch column intermittently slides and frictionally collides with each other to touch a pulley 59, the touch columns 58 are vertical axial, so that each touch column intermittently slides and frictionally collides with each other to touch the pulley 59 which rotates vertically and axially, and the touch columns 58 and the pulley 59 are in parallel rotating engagement, so that the problem of accidental jamming of the original mutually-crossed shafts is solved;
the distance between a positive reversing rod 69 and a negative reversing rod 68 contained in the steering gear can be changed so as to adjust the steering amplitude of the ejector, when the positive reversing rod 69 contacts the reversing contact plate 72, and under the action of a reverse reed 71 on the baffle plate 70, two reversing contact plates of the reversing contact plate 72 simultaneously press two reversing water gaps of the reversing port 73 respectively so as to reverse;
the reversing ports 73 are four in number, and every two reversing water ports are used simultaneously; and four reversing water ports are arranged on one reversing disc, every two reversing water ports are in a horseshoe shape and are oppositely opened, and when two reversing touch and press plates of the reversing touch plate 72 simultaneously press two reversing water ports of the reversing ports 73 respectively, the other two reversing water ports are communicated with water.
A deflector rod of a deflector of said sprinkler, which can be used as said forward 69 and reverse 68 reversing rods; the root part of the reversing lever of the sprinkler is arranged on the driving plate, a plurality of gear-like friction teeth 68f are arranged in the circumference of the driving plate, the tooth form of the friction teeth 68f is a section of similar logarithmic spiral, and a handle bayonet 68c for mounting a handle is also arranged on the circumference of the driving plate, so that the distance between the reversing levers of the diverter of the sprinkler can be changed to adjust the steering amplitude of the sprinkler; the end part of the reversing rod of the reversing deflector rod of the sprinkler is provided with a deflector inclined surface 68a, so that the deflector inclined surface collides with the two reversing contact pressure plates of the reversing contact plate 72 to respectively press the two reversing water gaps of the reversing port 73 for reversing; the reversal reed 71 of the diverter of the sprinkler is a reversing special-shaped spring which is not a common spiral shape but is slightly door-shaped, the door shape is provided with five line segments and four bending positions, the bending shapes of the four bending positions are segments of similar logarithmic spirals, so that the equal-angle spiral characteristic at the pressure angle position is utilized, the deformation caused by overlarge local conduction pressure is reduced, and the problem that the elastic recovery is not in place is solved; one end of the reversing special-shaped spring of the reversing reed 71 is buckled on the baffle plate 70, and the other end of the reversing special-shaped spring of the reversing reed 71 is clamped on the reversing contact plate 72 so as to be in reversing holding position; a reed of the reversal reed 71 of the diverter of the sprinkler with double-deck deformed spring adopts bimetallic strip, one piece uses beryllium copper sheet, another piece uses iridium steel sheet, in order to utilize the comprehensive characteristic of bimetallic strip of beryllium copper sheet and iridium steel sheet, thus increase the deformation and resume in order to solve and solve the problem that the elastic recovery is often not in place; an inward adjusting lug 68d is arranged on the inner circle of a rotating disc of the adjusting handle 68s, the adjusting lug 68d is matched with a handle bayonet 68c of a mounting handle arranged on the circumference of a driving plate arranged at the root part of a reversing rod of the reversing lever of the sprinkler, so that the distance between the reversing levers of the diverter of the sprinkler can be changed, and a shifting inclined surface 68a arranged at the end part of the reversing rod of the reversing lever of the sprinkler collides with two reversing contact pressure plates of the reversing contact plate 72 to respectively press two reversing water gaps of the reversing port 73 for reversing so as to adjust the steering amplitude of the sprinkler;

the driving and rotating device 1 is provided with an impeller 4, a gear set 3 and a rotating tray 54 so as to drive and rotate the sprinkling irrigation head; the impeller 4 is provided with eight uniformly distributed water push blades, the impeller 4 is coaxially provided with the gear 2, and the gear 2 drives the gear set 3 to facilitate driving and rotating the sprinkler irrigation head.
