The controller can transmit the electronic prescription to a terminal where a pharmacist is located through the remote prescription checking device to check the prescription.
Preferably, the remote inquiry device comprises a display screen, a camera and a microphone which are arranged on a control cabinet or a cargo cabinet; the display screen is a touch control operation screen, can display operation buttons for a user to input inquiry information, and is matched with user image data and sound information acquired by the camera and the microphone to perform video interaction with the medical staff or pharmacists.
The touch control operation screen is characterized in that a key unit and a payment assembly are arranged at the position close to the touch control operation screen, and the payment assembly comprises one or more of a code scanner, a card reader, a fingerprint collector and a face-brushing payment camera. The lower part of the remote inquiry device 320 is a control box, and an industrial control host is installed in the control box and can be in communication connection with circuit components on the remote inquiry cabinet through a data line. The circuit components can include various electronic components such as a display screen, a camera, a microphone, a body temperature detecting instrument, a blood pressure and pulse detecting instrument, a loudspeaker, a pressure sensor and the like which are arranged on the remote inquiry machine cabinet. Meanwhile, the industrial control host of the remote inquiry cabinet is in communication connection with the controller of the automatic medicine selling machine so as to transmit information.
By utilizing the technical scheme, a user can selectively purchase any type of medicines including over-the-counter medicines, prescription medicines and/or medical apparatuses on the automatic medicine vending machine. For prescription drugs which can be purchased only by an electronic prescription, the human-computer interaction device can trigger the remote inquiry device to start remote inquiry, and medical staff providing on-line inquiry service can diagnose a user and make an electronic prescription; then, after the electronic prescription transmitted by the terminal where the medical staff is located is obtained, the controller transmits the electronic prescription to the terminal where the pharmacist is located through the remote prescription checking device for prescription checking, and a payment prompt can be output to the user after the prescription checking is finished.
Further, when the medicines to be purchased comprise non-prescription medicines, prescription medicines and medical instruments, a user can select all the goods to be purchased through an operation panel of the automatic medicine vending machine, when the automatic medicine vending machine settles accounts, the controller can divide the medicines and the instruments which need the prescription and the medicines and the instruments which do not need the prescription into two shopping orders, the controller can control the shipment after the shopping orders which do not need the prescription are directly paid, the shopping orders which need the prescription trigger the remote inquiry device and the remote checking device to be started, the electronic prescription is obtained and the remote checking is carried out, and the controller controls the shipment after the user pays.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the goods taking port may further be provided with a goods detection mechanism to detect whether the goods fall.
The goods detection mechanism can comprise at least one camera, an image sensor of the camera is electrically connected or in communication connection with the controller, and the camera is arranged corresponding to the goods outlet to shoot images of the goods outlet to detect goods. Specifically, the camera has at least two working modes of shooting and shooting. The shot images can be static images or dynamic images, and during comparison, identification can be carried out after comparison based on the static images or after comparison based on the dynamic images. The image recognition calculation unit can detect a difference twice from images taken before and after. Preferably, the image recognition computing unit of the graphics processor can adopt an NVIDIA GTX computing chip.
The sales counter may be provided with lighting devices 222 and light sensors (not shown) in consideration of the need for light for photographing. By monitoring light through the light sensor, when insufficient light is monitored, the lighting device 222 can be triggered to be turned on to assist the camera in shooting.
The illumination device 222, such as, by way of example and not limitation, an LED strip, may be affixed to one of the interior walls of the cargo way to provide a suitable light capture environment.
Or, the goods detection mechanism comprises a photoelectric sensor, the photoelectric sensor is electrically connected or in communication connection with the controller, and the goods are detected through the photoelectric sensor.
Furthermore, after the image sensor or the photoelectric sensor detects the falling condition of the goods, the information can be fed back to the controller, the controller can simply process the signals fed back by the sensor and transmit the result to the associated upper computer, and the upper computer can feed the quantity of the medicines back to the system master control in real time through wireless communication after operation, so that the automatic medicine selling machine can be managed conveniently.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, a plurality of temperature and humidity control areas (i.e., temperature and humidity control areas) are disposed in the prescription drug warehouse and the non-prescription drug warehouse, and each temperature and humidity control area is respectively provided with a temperature and humidity adjusting assembly for adjusting the temperature and humidity in the temperature and humidity control area; the temperature and humidity control area comprises a shade area, a normal temperature area and a cold storage area, and storage areas for providing corresponding temperatures and humidities for different types of medicines are provided.
Specifically, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor can be respectively arranged on each temperature and humidity control area in the bin, real-time temperature and humidity in the temperature control area are detected through the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor, the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are in communication connection with a controller, the controller is used for receiving temperature and humidity parameters transmitted by the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor, and adjusting the real-time temperature and humidity of each temperature and humidity control area according to the temperature and humidity parameters and the temperature adjusting assembly sending instructions. The temperature and humidity adjusting assembly is preferably a cooling and heating air conditioner, and an air outlet is formed in the cooling and heating air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to provide another embodiment of the present invention, a self-service prescription drug taking system is provided.
The system comprises a medicine selling end and a buyer user terminal, wherein the medicine selling end and the buyer user terminal are both connected with the server terminal management system and carry out communication interaction through a network.
The automatic medicine selling machine is arranged at the medicine selling machine end, and a controller of the automatic medicine selling machine is connected with the server terminal management system. Other technical features of the medicine vending machine are referred to in the previous embodiment and are not described in detail herein.
The buyer user terminal is used for acquiring the electronic prescription prescribed by the doctor and displaying and outputting the electronic prescription so that the user can input electronic prescription information through an operation panel and/or a scanning structure of the automatic medicine selling machine; and paying orders according to the payment prompt of the automatic medicine vending machine, and feeding back payment success information and a medicine cabinet-discharging request to the server terminal management system, wherein the medicine cabinet-discharging request carries an order number and an automatic medicine vending machine identifier.
The server terminal management system is used for acquiring medicine information corresponding to the order number according to the medicine delivery request, generating a medicine delivery instruction and sending the medicine delivery instruction to the self-service medicine vending machine corresponding to the self-service medicine vending machine identifier.
And the controller of the self-service medicine selling machine executes the shipment operation of the corresponding medicine according to the medicine shipment instruction.
Referring to fig. 7, in another embodiment, the system may further include an outbound user terminal, which is connected to the server terminal management system and performs communication interaction through a network.
The buyer user terminal can transmit the acquired electronic prescription to the server terminal management system and the server terminal management system configures outgoing information. And the delivery user terminal is used for receiving the medicine taking information and the delivery information of the electronic prescription sent by the server terminal by delivery personnel.
The server terminal management system may include an online transaction platform for information interaction between a medicine seller side, a buyer user terminal, and an outgoing user terminal. The buyer user terminal and the delivery user terminal are mobile phones, tablet computers, intelligent glasses or other wearable intelligent devices. According to the requirement, the server terminal management system can be in butt joint with a plurality of online trading platforms to realize multi-channel trading, and can be connected with other servers to perform information transmission, processing and interaction.
In this embodiment, the store may place the prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs and medical instruments to be sold into the automatic medicine vending machine, and input the relevant information on the automatic medicine vending machine; the information of goods to be sold in the automatic medicine selling machine is transmitted to the server terminal management system through the network and stored in the server terminal management system, and then the server terminal management system sends the information of the goods to be sold to the buyer user terminal.
The consumer can acquire and transmit the electronic prescription and order the medicine through the buyer user terminal, pay the order and send the delivery information to the server terminal management system, the server terminal management system can communicate with the terminal where the pharmacist is located to check the electronic prescription, the checking party generates the unique picking voucher code according to the medicine information of the medicine in the order through the back server terminal management system, and then the unique picking voucher code is sent to the delivery user terminal storing the selected automatic medicine selling machine and carried by the delivery personnel. Preferably, the server terminal management system processing unit selects a suitable delivery person according to the distance between the delivery person and the medicine to be sold. After the unique goods picking voucher code is generated or the unique goods picking voucher code is generated, the server terminal management system can transmit the information of successful order receiving to the buyer user terminal. The consumer can pay attention to the progress in real time through the purchaser user terminal.

The automatic medicine selling machine can scan the goods taking voucher code of the delivery user terminal, the controller outputs the corresponding medicine to the medicine taking port, and the delivery personnel take out the medicine and dispatch the medicine according to the goods delivery information. After delivery is completed, the customer confirms receipt at the purchaser user terminal or the delivery person at the delivery user terminal.
