It should be noted that, the descriptions of "first", "second", etc. in this document are used for distinguishing different messages, devices, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequential order, nor limit the types of "first" and "second" to be different.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 1, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a television cable management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
In such an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the cable management apparatus 100 is used for accommodating various accessory cables 104 for releasing a television, including power cables and various signal cables, or other types of connecting cables, which is not limited in the present application. The wire management device 100 includes:
a line cassette 101; by way of example, the wire box 101 is substantially a closed circle, but may be other shapes such as a square, and the present application is not limited thereto.
A rotation shaft 102 fixed at a central position inside the line cassette 101; the rotating shaft 102 is used for realizing the rotation of the accessory wire 104 around the wire box 101, thereby realizing the winding and unwinding.
A turntable 103 disposed inside the wire box 101 and rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft 102; the accessory wire 104 is wound on the turntable 103; the inner side wire end 104b of the auxiliary wire 104 is fixed to the turntable 103 and extends from the wire cassette 101; the outer wire end 104a of the auxiliary wire 104 extends out of the wire box 101, and drives the turntable 103 to rotate and screw out under the traction of external force;
in the upper end discussion, a description is made of the inner wire end 104b and the outer wire end 104 a. The inner side wire end 104b is used for connection with a corresponding part of the television set. Taking the power cord as an example, the end of the inner side wire end 104b of the power cord is inserted into the terminal portion of the television set, and the length is not changed in general, so that the relationship between the inner side wire end 104b and the turntable 103 is fixed. The outer end 104a of the power cord is used for connecting with an external power socket, and the length thereof changes with the position of the socket, so that the outer end 104a needs to be stored and released as it rotates on the turntable 103, thereby adjusting the length thereof.
And a reset component which drives the pulled-out outer wire end 104a to reset and wind on the turntable 103 when the external force disappears. When the outside wire end 104a is disconnected from the outside by the reset member, the accessory wire 104 can be automatically stored, and the trouble of manual storage is eliminated.
In the above technical solution, as can be seen from the above description, when working, various accessory wires 104 are wound in the wire box, and the needed length is that you can pull the external wire end 104a out by applying external force, and the unnecessary length is wound in the wire box 101, so that the problem that the accessory wires 104 are placed outside and are messy is avoided, and the problem that the appearance is dirty and difficult to clean is also avoided.
In conclusion, the structural design of the device can well solve the problems of messy line bodies, dirty appearance, difficult cleaning and insecurity.
In the above embodiments, as an example, a specific design may be made for the restoring member. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the return member is a return spring 105, one end of the return spring 105 is fixed to the rotating shaft 102, and the other end thereof is fixed to the turntable 103.
Thus, when an external force is applied to the outer wire end 104a, the outer wire end 104a is caused to protrude outward against the elastic force of the spring. When the external force disappears, the outer wire end 104a is automatically stored in the wire inlet box 101 again under the action of the spring force of the spring itself.
It should be noted that, instead of the spring, a return member having another structure, such as a return member of an electric motor, may be used. The present application is not limited thereto. Any common return element configuration that facilitates retraction of the accessory wire 104 is intended to be within the scope of the present application.
In the above scheme, the specific installation structure of the spring can be further designed. For example, as shown in fig. 1, an annular cavity is provided between the rotating shaft 102 and the rotating disc 103, and the return spring 105 is wound around the outside of the rotating shaft 102 and placed in the annular cavity; the inner end of the return spring 105 is fixed to the rotating shaft 102, and the outer end thereof is fixed to the turntable 103. The structure can conveniently realize the exertion of the reset elasticity of the spring.
In the above embodiment, a further improvement can be made, specifically referring to fig. 8, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a mounting box of the wire management device in fig. 1.
In a specific working scene of the television, various accessory wires 104, such as power lines, various signal lines and other accessory wires 104, are used, and each type of accessory wire 104 needs to be separately stored and organized, so that the problem of further disorder is avoided. To solve this problem, the following design can be made:
as shown in fig. 8, the wire management device 100 further includes a mounting box 106, the number of the wire cassettes 101 is at least one, and the wire cassettes 101 are disposed inside the mounting box 106; the wall of the mounting box 106 is provided with a through hole for the auxiliary line 104 to pass through.
In the above-described technical solution, by providing the mounting box 106 having a large space, each of the line cassettes 101 is placed in this mounting box 106. On one hand, the whole body looks neat from the outside; on the other hand, the mounting of the respective line cassettes 101 is also facilitated, and the mounting structure is very convenient. The inner wire end 104b and the outer wire end 104a of the auxiliary wire 104 are conveniently penetrated through the through holes on the mounting box 106.
The following schemes are introduced in an integrated manner:
as shown in the schematic diagram of fig. 1, the automatic wire management system mainly includes: a wire box 101, a wire clamp device 200, a rotating shaft 102, a spring, a wire and a turntable 103; the wire box 101 is used for storing the rolled wire bodies and springs, and is mainly in an immobile state in the automatic wire arranging system; the rotating shaft 102 is fixed on the wire box 101, the spring is spiral, one end of the spring is fixed on the rotating shaft 102, the other end of the spring is fixed on the turntable 103, and the turntable 103 rotates around the rotating shaft 102; the inner side wire end 104b of the wire penetrates through the turntable 103 to be fixed through a buckle structure, the wire body is divided into the inner side wire end 104b and the outer side wire end 104a through the fixing point, the inner side wire end 104b is fixed in length and cannot be stretched and retracted, but can rotate along with the rotation of the turntable 103 and is used for connecting a flat television terminal interface, and the outer side wire end 104a is wound around the turntable 103 and can be freely stretched and retracted and is used for connecting other household equipment; in an initial state, the outer side end of the wire body is wound in the wire box 101 and leaks out of the interface part, and a certain wire length is reserved at the inner side end of the wire body according to the size of the flat-panel television. If the outside line end of the line body is pulled, the turntable 103 is driven to rotate around the rotating shaft 102, the spring is contracted, if the outside line end is loosened at the moment, the line body is automatically retracted into the wire box 101 under the action of the spring force, the automatic wire arranging function is realized, a user only needs to connect the inside line end of the line body with a television terminal when using wire arranging wall hanging, the outside line end of the line body is pulled, and a certain line length is selected according to needs and then the line clamping device 200 is used for fixing.
In the discussion above, reference is made to a cable clamp device 200, and thus the present application also provides a cable clamp device 200 for a television set. Specifically, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a cable clamp device for a television set according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 3 is a schematic view of the tightening unit of the wire clamp device of fig. 2.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the wire clamp device 200 includes:
a wire clamp support 201; as an example, the wire holder 201 may have a rectangular parallelepiped structure, as shown in fig. 2. It is understood that the support is mainly used for supporting, and thus, a shape similar to a cylinder or other polygon, or any other shape, whether regular or irregular, should be within the scope of the present application as long as it can conveniently support.
In addition, in order to achieve the fastening of the cable clamp holder 201 to the corresponding television housing or wall, the bottom surface of the holder may be provided with an adhesive backing for the purpose of being fixed in an adhesive manner.
A clamping member supported on the wire clamp holder 201 for accommodating the accessory wire 104;
a tightening member, cooperating with the clamping member, for clamping the accessory wire 104 to the clamping member or releasing the accessory wire 104 from the clamping member;
the wire clamp device 200 is provided outside the wire cassette 101, and the tightening means is engaged with the holding means for holding the outer wire end 104a or the inner wire end 104b of the auxiliary wire 104 fixed to the holding means or releasing the outer wire end 104a or the inner wire end 104b of the auxiliary wire 104 from the holding means.
In the above-described aspect, the clamping member and the tightening member cooperate with each other to apply a certain frictional force to the accessory wire 104 so that the frictional force is greater than the return spring force of the return spring 105, thereby preventing the return spring 105 from storing the accessory wire 104 into the wire cassette 101. Of course, it will be understood that the outer wire end 104a can be held by the wire clamp device 200 only when the required length of the auxiliary wire 104 is sufficient. Specifically, the outer wire end 104a is fixed by the engagement of the clamping member with the tightening member.
The wire clamping device 200 can be used not only on the outer wire end 104a but also on the inner wire end 104b as shown in fig. 1.
A description is made of the relationship of the wire management device 100 to the wire clamp device 200:
by way of example, the wire clamp device 200 is an accessory component of the wire management device 100 and is part of the wire management device 100 in an inclusive and inclusive relationship. As another example, the wire clamping device 200 and the wire management device 100 may be considered in a side-by-side relationship, rather than an inclusive or inclusive relationship. The present application is not particularly limited in this regard and both are within the scope of the present application.
In the above scheme, the wire clamp device 200 can clamp and fix various wire bodies very conveniently, so that the problem that the wire bodies are disordered and the like is avoided.
In the above technical solution, further improvements can be made.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the clamping member is an arc-shaped member 202 having a notch, and the accessory wire 104 is disposed in the arc-shaped member 202 through the notch. In this solution, the notch enables very convenient placement of the accessory wire 104 in the content of the clamping member. In addition, the arc-shaped part 202 is adopted as the clamping part, so that the auxiliary wire 104 is conveniently clamped and the auxiliary wire 104 is protected.
Further, in the above embodiments, the tightening member may be designed specifically.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the tightening member includes:
an arc-shaped section 203, which is used for tightly attaching or detaching the auxiliary wire 104 and clamping and fixing or releasing the auxiliary wire 104 on the arc-shaped part 202; the arc-shaped design of the arc-shaped section 203 enables it to be matched and matched with the arc-shaped clamping part on the one hand and the circular auxiliary line 104 on the other hand, so that the auxiliary line 104 can be protected on the premise of screwing the auxiliary line 104.
A tightening segment 204 is connected to the arc segment 203 for driving against or away from the accessory wire 104. As shown in fig. 2, the tightening segment 204 is tightened to cause the arcuate segment 203 to abut the accessory wire 104 or to disengage the accessory wire 104.
Further, we can make specific designs for the screwing section 204. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the tightening segment 204 is a tightening screw that is threaded through the arcuate wall at one end of the arcuate member 202 and the distal end of the tightening screw is connected to the arcuate segment 203.
In the above structure, the arc-shaped part 202 supports the screwing section 204, and the screwing section 204 and the screwing section are matched through threads to adjust the extension length of the screwing section 204, so that the position of the arc-shaped section 203 is changed, and the screwing section is attached to or detached from the auxiliary line 104.
In the above structure, as shown in fig. 3, the connection relationship between the fastening screw and the arc-shaped segment 203 is that the fastening screw is fixed to the arc-shaped segment 203, and may be inserted by a screw thread, or inserted by a nest, or inserted by a rivet, or welded, which is not limited in this application. It should be noted that tightening the screw does not penetrate the arc segment 203.
In addition, the present application further provides another embodiment of a wire clamp device 200, please refer to fig. 4 specifically, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a wire clamp device for a television set in another embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the specific structure of the wire clamp device 200 in this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the wire clamp device 200 in the above-described embodiment, except that, as shown in fig. 4:
the screwing section 204 includes:
a screw-on cap 205 disposed outside the arc-shaped wall at one end of the arc-shaped member 202;
a guide rod 206 fixed on the screwing cover 205 and movably passing through the arc-shaped wall at one end of the arc-shaped part 202, wherein the tail end of the guide rod 206 is fixed with the arc-shaped section 203;
and the spring 207 is arranged between the arc-shaped part 202 and the arc-shaped section 203 and sleeved on the guide rod 206.
In the above structure, the resulting arc-shaped section 203 is closely attached to the subordinate wire 104 by the elastic force of the spring 207. When the cable needs to be loosened, the tightening cover 205 is forced outwards by applying an external force to overcome the elastic force of the spring 207, so that the arc-shaped section 203 is separated from the auxiliary cable 104, and the length of the cable is adjusted.
Obviously, the specific effects of this structure are the same as those of the first embodiment, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted.
The following is an introduction to the overall scheme of the wire clamp device 200:
as shown in fig. 3, the wire clamp device 200 secures a wire body to a flat tv 400, which is shown in a preferred form in fig. 2 and 4; the wire clamp consists of a wire clamp support 201, a screwing part, a clamping part and gum; the wire clamp support 201 is made of aluminum alloy, the screw fixing position is tapped, and the edge position is rounded, so that wire cutting is prevented; the screwing component is preferably made of aluminum alloy, the cross section of the screwing component matched with the screw is shown in figure 3, a screw hole in the screwing component is provided with a counter bore, and the screw is prevented from penetrating through the screwing bracket to damage a wire body; the back adhesive is preferably non-removable strong adhesive, and is externally coated with release paper to prevent the wire clamp from falling off; the clamp tears the release paper of gum when using, pastes the support in flat screen television back downside, puts into the line body by the breach department of screwing the formation of part and centre gripping part, screws and makes the arc section 203 extrusion line body fix.
