Abstract

The present disclosure provides a battery pack and an electronic apparatus. A battery assembly for an electronic device, the battery assembly comprising: the battery comprises a first battery cell, a second battery cell, a battery protection plate and a fixed membrane component. The first cell comprises a first cell body and a first tab extending from the first cell body. The second battery cell comprises a second battery cell body and a second lug extending from the second battery cell body, and the second lug and the first lug are oppositely arranged. The battery protection plate is connected with the first pole lug and the second pole lug. The fixed membrane component is used for fixing the first electric core and the second electric core in a battery compartment of the electronic equipment, comprises a middle fixed membrane, covers the battery protection board, and is connected with a part of first electric core body and a part of second electric core body which are positioned at two sides of the battery protection board in an attaching mode. Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of electronic devices, and in particular, to a battery pack and an electronic device.
Background
At present, electronic equipment such as mobile phones, tablet computers and notebook computers mostly adopt battery packs as power supplies, and along with the requirement of people on the long standby time of the electronic equipment, the battery packs comprise at least two battery cores so as to increase the capacity of the battery packs. However, when reliability tests such as drop resistance are performed on electronic equipment, relative play among a plurality of battery cells is easy to occur, and the battery cells are prone to fail. Based on this, it is necessary to firmly connect a plurality of battery cells together to satisfy reliability tests such as drop resistance.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

One aspect of the present disclosure provides a battery assembly for an electronic device, the battery assembly including:
the battery comprises a first battery cell, a second battery cell and a battery cover, wherein the first battery cell comprises a first battery cell body and a first tab extending out of the first battery cell body;
the second battery cell comprises a second battery cell body and a second lug extending from the second battery cell body, and the second lug and the first lug are oppositely arranged;
a battery protection plate connected with the first tab and the second tab; and
and the fixed membrane component is used for fixing the first electric core and the second electric core in a battery compartment of the electronic equipment, comprises a middle fixed membrane, covers the battery protection board, and is attached and connected with the first electric core body and the second electric core body, which are positioned at two sides of the battery protection board.
Optionally, the middle fixing film is attached to the front surface of the first cell body and the front surface of the second cell body.

Fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a battery pack according to an exemplary embodiment, and fig. 2 is a schematic rear view of the battery pack according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, the battery cell 110 includes a cell body 111 and a tab (not shown) extending from the cell body 111, and the tab is connected to the battery protection plate 120. The surface of the cell body 111 is wrapped with a fixing film 130. The fixed film 130 includes a back fixed film 131, a first side fixed film 132 and a second side fixed film 133 oppositely disposed at both sides of the back fixed film 131, and a pull film 134 positioned at the same side as the second side fixed film 133. The fixing film 130 is bonded to the battery cell body 111 through a glue layer, and the outer surface of the back fixing film 131 is bonded to the battery compartment of the electronic device through a double-sided glue layer 135, so as to fix the battery cell 110 to the battery compartment.
When the battery assembly includes a first cell and a second cell, the structure of the first cell and the second cell can be referred to the above explanation. The first electrode lug of the first battery cell and the second electrode lug of the second battery cell are arranged oppositely, and the first electrode lug and the second electrode lug are connected with the same battery protection board. However, in the reliability tests of drop resistance, a roller and the like, relative play is easy to occur between the first battery cell and the second battery cell, so that the first battery cell and the second battery cell are easy to collide with each other, the first tab and the second tab are broken or the first battery cell and the second battery cell leak liquid, the first battery cell and the second battery cell are invalid, and even potential safety hazards such as fire disasters can be caused by internal short circuit of the first battery cell and the second battery cell.
In order to solve the above problems, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery pack and an electronic device, which are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
an electronic device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a battery assembly. The electronic equipment can comprise a machine body, the machine body is provided with a battery compartment, and the battery pack is assembled in the battery compartment to supply power to the electronic equipment.
The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure includes but is not limited to: mobile phones, tablet computers, ipads, digital broadcast terminals, messaging devices, game consoles, medical devices, fitness devices, personal digital assistants, smart wearable devices, smart televisions, and the like.
Fig. 3 is a schematic front view of a battery assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 4 is a schematic back view of a battery assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be noted that the "back" referred to in fig. 3 and 4 refers to a side connected to the battery compartment, and the "front" refers to a side facing away from the battery compartment and visible to a user. Referring to fig. 3 and 4 in combination, the battery assembly includes: a first battery cell 210, a second battery cell 220, a battery protection plate 230, and a fixing film assembly 240.
The first cell 210 includes a first cell body 211 and a first tab (not shown) extending from the first cell body 211. The second cell 220 includes a second cell body 221 and a second tab (not shown) extending from the second cell body 221, and the second tab and the first tab are disposed opposite to each other. Illustratively, the first cell 210 and the second cell 220 may both be lithium ion cells. Illustratively, the first cell 210 and the second cell 220 have the same dimensional specifications. Illustratively, the first cell 210 and the second cell 220 differ in dimensional specifications.
The battery protection plate 230 is coupled to the first and second tabs. It is understood that the battery protection plate 230 is provided at a region between the first cell body 211 and the second cell body 221 such that the first cell body 211 and the second cell body 221 are located at opposite sides of the battery protection plate 230, respectively.
The fixing film assembly 240 is used to fix the first cell 210 and the second cell 220 in a battery compartment of an electronic device, and the fixing film assembly 240 includes a middle fixing film 241 covering the battery protection board 230 and attached to and connected to a portion of the first cell body 211 and a portion of the second cell body 221 on two sides of the battery protection board 230, so as to firmly connect the first cell body 211 and the second cell body 221 into a whole. Referring to fig. 4, the first cell 210 and the second cell 220 may be fixed in the battery compartment by fixing a double-sided adhesive layer 242 on the back of the film assembly 240.
Based on the above, in the battery pack and the electronic device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first battery cell 210 and the second battery cell 220 are fixed in the battery compartment of the electronic device through the fixing film assembly 240, the middle fixing film 241 based on the fixing film assembly 240 covers the battery protection board 230, and is attached to and connected to the portion of the first battery cell body 211 and the portion of the second battery cell body 221 located at two sides of the battery protection board 230, so that the first battery cell body 211 and the second battery cell body 221 are firmly connected into a whole, so that the first battery cell body 211 and the second battery cell body 221 do not move relatively in reliability tests such as drop resistance, and reliability and safety of the first battery cell body 211 and the second battery cell body 221 are further ensured.
In some embodiments, the middle fixing film 241 is attached to the front surface of the first cell body 211 and the front surface of the second cell body 221. For example, a letter mark or the like may be printed on the surface of the middle fixing film 241 to facilitate the user to disassemble the battery pack.
FIG. 5 illustrates a schematic front view of a fixed film assembly 240 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 6 illustrates a schematic back view of a fixed film assembly 240 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The "back" referred to in fig. 5 and 6 refers to a surface bonded to the cell body, or an inner surface of the fixing film assembly 240. The "front side" refers to the side facing away from the cell body, or the outer surface of the fixed membrane assembly 240. In some embodiments, referring collectively to fig. 3-6, the fixed film assembly 240 further comprises: the first fixing film 243 and the second fixing film 244 are integrally connected, the first fixing film 243 is attached to the first cell body 211 and the battery compartment, and the second fixing film 244 is attached to the second cell body 221 and the battery compartment. In this way, the first fixing film 243 and the second fixing film 244 which are connected to each other also facilitate the first battery cell 210 and the second battery cell 220 to be firmly connected into a whole, and in a reliability test, the first battery cell 210 and the second battery cell 220 are prevented from moving relatively. Also, it is convenient to simultaneously detach the first and second battery cells 210 and 220 from the first and second fixing films 243 and 244.
In some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 6, the middle securing film 241 includes a first film base 245, the first securing film 243 includes a second film base 246, the second securing film 244 includes a third film base 247, the second film base 246 and the third film base 247 are integrally connected, and an edge of the second film base 246 and an edge of the third film base 247 are connected to the first film base 245 by a first imaginary cut line 201. In some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 3 to 6, the first cell body 211 includes a first side 212 and a second side 213 connected to the side where the first tab is located, the first fixing film 243 includes a first back fixing film 248, and a first side fixing film 249 and a second side fixing film 250 oppositely disposed on two sides of the first back fixing film 248, the first back fixing film 248 is attached to the back surface of the first cell body 211 and the battery compartment, the first side fixing film 249 is attached to the first side 212 and a portion of the front surface of the first cell body 211, and the second side fixing film 250 is attached to the second side 213 and a portion of the front surface of the first cell body 211. In this way, by providing the third side fixing film 252 and the fourth side fixing film 253, the second fixing film 244 is favorably and firmly attached to the second cell body 221, and the second cell 220 is firmly fixed in the battery compartment by the second fixing film 244.
In some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the first fixing film 243 further includes a first pulling film 254 connected to an edge of the first back fixing film 248 by the second imaginary cut line 202, and the first pulling film 254 is attached to a part of the back surface and a part of the front surface of the first cell body 211. Claims (10)

1. A battery assembly for an electronic device, the battery assembly comprising:
the battery comprises a first battery cell, a second battery cell and a battery cover, wherein the first battery cell comprises a first battery cell body and a first tab extending out of the first battery cell body;
the second battery cell comprises a second battery cell body and a second lug extending from the second battery cell body, and the second lug and the first lug are oppositely arranged;
a battery protection plate connected with the first tab and the second tab; and
and the fixed membrane component is used for fixing the first electric core and the second electric core in a battery compartment of the electronic equipment, comprises a middle fixed membrane, covers the battery protection board, and is attached and connected with the first electric core body and the second electric core body, which are positioned at two sides of the battery protection board.
2. The battery assembly of claim 1, wherein the middle securing film is attached to the front surface of the first cell body and the front surface of the second cell body.
3. The battery assembly of claim 1, wherein the middle securing film comprises a first film base, a plurality of first adhesive strips, and a plurality of first adhesive dots; the first adhesive tapes are arranged on the edge of the first film base body, and the first adhesive dots are arranged in the middle of the first film base body.

The battery module according to claim 1, wherein the fixing film assembly further comprises: the battery comprises a first battery cell body, a battery bin, a first fixing film and a second fixing film which are connected into a whole, wherein the first fixing film is connected with the first battery cell body and the battery bin in a laminating mode, and the second fixing film is connected with the second battery cell body and the battery bin in a laminating mode.

The battery module of claim 4, wherein the middle securing film comprises a first film substrate, the first securing film comprises a second film substrate, the second securing film comprises a third film substrate, the second film substrate and the third film substrate are integrally connected, and an edge of the second film substrate and an edge of the third film substrate are connected to the first film substrate by a first imaginary tangent line.

The battery assembly of claim 5, wherein the first cell body includes a first side edge and a second side edge connected to the side edge where the first tab is located, the first fixing film includes a first back fixing film, and a first side fixing film and a second side fixing film that are oppositely disposed on two sides of the first back fixing film, the first back fixing film is attached to the back surface of the first cell body and the battery compartment, the first side fixing film is attached to the first side edge and a portion of the front surface of the first cell body, and the second side fixing film is attached to the second side edge and a portion of the front surface of the first cell body.
7. The battery assembly of claim 6, wherein the first securing film further comprises a first pull film connected to an edge of the first back securing film by a second imaginary tangent line, the first pull film being attached to a portion of the back surface and a portion of the front surface of the first cell body.
8. The battery module of claim 7, wherein the first and second side securing films comprise a plurality of second adhesive strips disposed at corresponding regions of the second film substrate; and/or
The first back fixing film comprises a plurality of second glue points arranged in corresponding areas of the second film substrate; and/or
The first lifting film comprises a third adhesive tape and a plurality of third adhesive dots, wherein the third adhesive tape and the plurality of third adhesive dots are arranged in a corresponding area of the second film base body, and the third adhesive tape is bonded with the back surface of the first battery cell body.
9. The battery module of claim 4, wherein the first and second securing films are identical in structure.
10. An electronic device comprising the battery pack according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
