Further, the short-circuit protection mechanism 7 and the overload protection mechanism are an electromagnetic release and a bimetallic strip which are respectively in driving fit with the operating mechanism, and the arc extinguishing system 8 is an arc extinguishing chamber arranged on one side of the moving contact and the fixed contact 61 and comprises arc extinguishing chamber side walls and a plurality of arc extinguishing grid pieces arranged between the arc extinguishing chamber side walls.

Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the operating mechanism includes a link mechanism, a transmission member 4 pivotally disposed on the circuit breaker housing 1, and a lever mechanism, the link mechanism includes a closing link 30, an opening link 31, and a transmission link 32; the other end of the closing button 20 is in driving connection with the transmission part 4 through a closing connecting rod 30, the other end of the opening button 21 is in driving connection with the transmission part 4 through an opening connecting rod 31, the transmission part 4 is in driving connection with a lever mechanism through a transmission connecting rod 32, and the lever mechanism is connected with a movable contact 60 of the circuit breaker; when the closing button 20 is pressed towards the inner direction of the breaker shell 1 to close the breaker, the closing button 20 drives the transmission piece 4 to rotate towards the first direction through the closing connecting rod 30, and meanwhile, the rotation of the transmission piece 4 drives the opening button 21 to move towards the outer direction of the breaker shell 1 through the opening connecting rod 31; when the opening button 21 is pressed towards the inner direction of the breaker shell 1 to open the breaker, the opening button 21 drives the transmission member 4 to rotate towards the second direction through the opening connecting rod 31, meanwhile, the transmission member 4 rotates towards the outer direction of the breaker shell 1 through the closing connecting rod 30 to drive the closing button 20 to move, and the first direction and the second direction are opposite to each other.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lever mechanism includes a jumper 50, a latch 51 and a rotating plate 52, the rotating plate 52 is pivotally disposed on the circuit breaker housing 1, the jumper 50 and the latch 51 are in latch fit and are respectively pivotally disposed on the rotating plate 52, the rotating plate 52 is connected to the movable contact 60, and the transmission member 4 is drivingly connected to the jumper 50 through the transmission link 32; the transmission piece 4 rotates towards the first direction and drives the lever mechanism to integrally rotate towards the first direction through the transmission connecting rod 32, and the lever mechanism drives the moving contact 60 to swing so as to realize the closing of the circuit breaker; the transmission piece 4 rotates towards the second direction and drives the trip buckle 50 to rotate towards the second direction through the transmission connecting rod 32, so that the trip buckle 50 and the lock catch 51 are unlocked and matched, and the opening of the circuit breaker is realized; when the breaker has a short circuit or overload fault, the short circuit protection mechanism 7 or the overload protection mechanism acts to drive the lock catch 51, so that the hasp cooperation between the trip buckle 50 and the lock catch 51 is removed, and the tripping and tripping of the breaker are protected. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the upper, lower, left and right sides of fig. 1 are the upper, lower, left and right sides of the circuit breaker, and the side of fig. 1 facing the reader is the front side of the circuit breaker; a closing button hole 110 and an opening button hole 111 are formed in the upper side wall of the breaker shell 1; the upper end of the closing button 20 is a closing button operating end and is slidably arranged in the closing button hole 110, and the upper end of the opening button 21 is an opening button operating end and is slidably arranged in the opening button hole 111; the lower end of the closing button 20 is in driving connection with a first connecting hole 40 at the right end of the transmission part 4 through a closing connecting rod 30, the lower end of the opening button 21 is in driving connection with a second connecting hole 41 at the left end of the transmission part 4 through an opening connecting rod 31, a third connecting hole 42 at the right end of the transmission part 4 is in driving connection with a trip buckle 50 through a transmission connecting rod 32, and the transmission part 4 is pivotally arranged on a transmission part mounting shaft 104 on the breaker shell 1 through a transmission part shaft hole 400; the switching-on button 20 is pressed downwards, the switching-on button 20 drives the transmission part 4 to rotate clockwise (a first direction) through the switching-on connecting rod 30, the transmission part 4 simultaneously drives the moving contact 60 to swing clockwise through the transmission connecting rod 31, the trip buckle 50 and the lock catch 51 which are matched with the lock catch, and the rotating plate 52, and is closed with the static contact 61, and the circuit breaker enters a switching-on state; the opening button 21 is pressed downwards, the opening button 21 drives the transmission member 4 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction (the second direction) through the opening connecting rod 31, the transmission member 4 drives the trip buckle 50 to swing counterclockwise through the transmission connecting rod 31, the locking and unlocking cooperation with the locking buckle 51 is released, the rotating plate 52 drives the moving contact 60 to swing counterclockwise and disconnect with the static contact 61, and the circuit breaker enters the opening state.
Preferably, the switching-on button operating end and the switching-off button operating end are respectively provided with a first identifier and a second identifier for identifying a switching-on/off state, the first identifier and the second identifier both comprise color identifiers and/or symbol identifiers, the first identifier is used for identifying a switching-on state, and the corresponding second identifier is used for identifying a switching-off state; or the first identifier is used for identifying the switching-off state, and the second identifier is used for identifying the switching-on state. Preferably, as shown in fig. 3-5 and 7-9, the switching-on button 20 and the switching-off button 21 of the circuit breaker of the present invention are both integrally formed into a long strip shape, the switching-on button 20 and the switching-off button 21 are arranged in parallel and are slidably installed in the circuit breaker housing 1, and the circuit breaker further includes a first track mechanism and a second track mechanism for respectively limiting the moving path of the switching-on button 20 and the switching-off button 21.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, the circuit breaker housing 1 includes a first rib 105, and the closing button rail groove 101 and the opening button rail groove are respectively located on two sides of the first rib 105; the closing button rail groove 105 is defined by a first rib 105 and a side wall of the circuit breaker case 1 opposite to the first rib 105; the circuit breaker housing 1 further comprises a second rib 102 opposite to the first rib 105, and the opening button track groove is enclosed by the first rib 105 and the second rib 102.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the closing button 20 includes a closing button operation part 202 and a closing button transmission part 203, one end of the closing button operation part 202 is a closing button operation end, the other end of the closing button operation part is connected to the closing button transmission part 203 in a stacked manner, the other end of the closing button transmission part 203 is provided with a closing button connection hole 204 and a closing button rail table 201, the closing button connection hole 204 is connected to one end of a closing link 30 of the operation mechanism, and the closing button rail table 201 and the closing button operation part 202 are located on the same side of the closing button transmission part 203. Preferably, as shown in fig. 10 to 15, the closing button 20 and the opening button 21 are arranged in parallel and are linearly slidably mounted in the circuit breaker housing 1, the first locking member 1a is linearly movably mounted in the housing 6, and the moving directions of the closing button 20 and the opening button 21 are perpendicular to the moving direction of the first locking member 1 a. Further, as shown in fig. 10 to 15, the locking mechanism further includes a first return spring 5a disposed between the first locking member 1a and the circuit breaker housing 1, the first return spring 5a applies an acting force to the first locking member 1a, so that one end of the first locking member 1a is kept protruding outside the circuit breaker housing 1 without interference of other external forces, and when the circuit breaker is in the opening state, the first locking member 1a can retract into the circuit breaker housing 1 by a retracting external force.

In the preferred embodiment, the closing button 20 and the first locking member 1a are disposed on the same plane and both located above the opening button 21, so that the structure is more compact, the closing button 20 is provided with a closing button avoiding groove 206 to avoid the first locking member limiting table 14a of the first locking member 1a, and the movement of the closing button 20 during closing or opening is not affected; and the first locking piece 1a can also be abutted against the opening button 21, the unlocking and locking matching is carried out to ensure that the distance of the first locking piece 1a to be moved is short, the first locking piece limiting table 14a corresponds to the button limiting groove 216 of the opening button 21 during opening, the first locking piece 1a can be compressed into the breaker shell 1, the first locking piece limiting table 14a is dislocated with the button limiting groove 216 of the opening button 21 during closing, the first locking piece limiting table 14a is limited by the opening button 21 to ensure that the first locking piece 1a cannot be compressed into the breaker shell 1 and cannot be pulled out from the breaker assembly position in a closing state.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 10-13 and 18, the circuit breaker of the present invention further comprises an unlocking mechanism drivingly connected to the first locking member 1 a; when the circuit breaker is in a switching-off state, the first locking piece 1a can be driven to move towards the inner direction of the circuit breaker shell 1 by operating the unlocking mechanism, and the first locking piece retracts into the circuit breaker shell 1, is released from limiting matching with the assembly position shell and is in limiting matching with the button mechanism 2; when the circuit breaker is in a closing state, the closing button 20 and/or the opening button 21 prevent the first locking piece 1a from moving towards the inner direction of the circuit breaker shell 1, so that unlocking cannot be performed in the closing state, and the power utilization safety is guaranteed.
Further, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, the unlocking mechanism includes an independent pulling member 2a in driving fit with the first locking member 1a, and when the circuit breaker is in the opening state, the pulling member 2a can drive the first locking member 1a to move towards the inner direction of the circuit breaker housing 1, so that the first locking member 1a is released from the limit fit with the assembly position housing. Further, as shown in fig. 10-13, the unlocking mechanism further includes a linkage member 3a and a lever support 4a disposed on the circuit breaker housing 1, one end of the linkage member 3a is drivingly connected to the first locking member 1a, the other end is drivingly engaged with the pulling member 2a, and the middle portion is in contact engagement with the lever support 4 a; pulling the drawing piece 2a can drive the linkage piece 3a to rotate by taking the lever support 4a as a fulcrum, and the linkage piece 3a drives the first locking piece 1a to move towards the inner direction of the breaker shell 1 and remove the limit fit with the assembly position shell. As another embodiment, the unlocking mechanism may not be provided with the lever support 4a, but the link 3a is rotatably installed in the circuit breaker housing 1 through a matching between a kidney-shaped hole formed in the link 3a and a link rotating shaft fixed to the circuit breaker housing 1, one end of the link is matched with the pulling member 2a, and the other end of the link is matched with the first locking member 1a, when the pulling member 2a is pulled, the link 3a is driven to rotate, so that the other end of the link 3a acts on the first locking member 1a, and the first locking member 1a is retracted into the circuit breaker housing 1.

As shown in fig. 16, the first locking member 1a of the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: instead of the protruding first lock receiving portion 130a, one end of the first lock main body 10a protrudes outside the circuit breaker case 1, and one side of the other end is provided with a first lock connection hole 13a as the first lock receiving portion 130 a. A further preferred embodiment is shown in fig. 11B, further comprising a third transition 23a of the drawing member arranged between the second transition 22a of the drawing member and the driving portion 24a of the drawing member, the third transition 23a being arranged in parallel with the first transition 21a of the drawing member for balancing the sliding of the drawing member 2a and adjusting the position of the driving portion 24a of the drawing member; and/or the drawing piece holding part 25a is connected with the drawing piece driving part 24a, the drawing piece holding part 25a is parallel to the drawing piece first transition part 21a, after the inclined drawing piece driving part 24a drives the linkage piece 3a step by step to drive the first locking piece 1a to retract into the circuit breaker shell 1, the drawing piece holding part 25a keeps the first locking piece 1a in the retracting position through the linkage piece 3 a.
As shown in fig. 18, the preferred embodiment of the puller 2a, the puller 2a comprises a puller operating part 20a, a puller first transition part 21a, a puller second transition part 22a, a puller third transition part 23a, a puller driving part 24a and a puller holding part 25a which are connected in sequence; the drawing piece operating part 20a and the drawing piece second transition part 22a are arranged in parallel, the drawing piece first transition part 21a, the drawing piece third transition part 23a and the drawing piece holding part 25a are arranged in parallel and perpendicular to the drawing piece operating part 20a, the drawing piece driving part 24a is arranged in an inclined mode, one end connected with the drawing piece third transition part 23a in a bending mode is a driving part first end, one end connected with the drawing piece holding part 25a in a bending mode is a driving part second end, and the first end of the driving part is far away from the first locking part 1a relative to the driving part second end. Further, the drawing piece 2a is integrally formed, and is formed by punching and bending a metal material.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 11A, the pulling member 2a is made of a metal magnetic material, and the unlocking mechanism further includes a pulling member holding magnet disposed in the circuit breaker housing 1 and engaged with the pulling member operating portion 20a, and the holding magnet is mounted in a recess 105 of the circuit breaker housing 1 and magnetically engaged with the pulling member operating portion 20 a. The drawing piece holding magnet can reliably hold the drawing piece operating part 20 in the breaker shell, so that the appearance of the breaker is neat and attractive when the drawing piece 2a is not required to be operated, and the condition that the drawing piece 2a is unexpectedly protruded out of the breaker shell 1 to cause misoperation or damage of the drawing piece 2a is avoided. Further, when the pulling member 2a is pulled out to the proper position, the second transition portion 22a can also be magnetically engaged with the pulling member holding magnet, so that the pulling member is held in the pulled-out position outside the circuit breaker housing 1.
Note that the "magnetic attraction fit" means that the drawer operating portion 20a is attracted by the drawer holding magnet. The drawing piece 2a is made of a metal magnetic material, which means that it can be magnetically attracted by a drawing piece holding magnet, and it is not necessarily a magnet.

Preferably, as another embodiment of the drawing member shown in fig. 11B, the drawing member 2a further includes a drawing member spring limiting portion 26a, and the drawing member spring limiting portion 26a is disposed in parallel with the drawing member operation portion 20a and respectively located at two ends of the drawing member 2 a; the unlocking mechanism further comprises a puller return spring 7a arranged between the puller spring limiting part 26a and the puller limiting rib 6 a. The moving direction of the drawing piece 2a is parallel to the moving direction of the closing button 20 and the opening button 21, and is perpendicular to the moving direction of the first locking piece 1a, and the first locking piece 1a moves along the width direction of the circuit breaker. The first transition part 21a of the drawing piece 2a abuts against the side wall, provided with the locking piece opening 17, of the circuit breaker shell 1 to move, and the first transition part 21a is limited in the moving direction to slide between the drawing piece limiting rib 6a and the lever support 4a and is limited by one end of the drawing piece limiting rib 6a and the circuit breaker shell 1 in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction. The first transition part 21a and the first locking part 1a are respectively arranged at two sides of the lever support 4a, and the linkage part 3a is positioned between the first locking part 1a and the lever support 4 a; draw piece 2a, linkage 3a and first locking member 1a and all range upon range of the setting with closing button 20 and separating brake button 21 on the thickness direction of circuit breaker, be located closing button 20 and separating brake button 21 top, the protruding closing button who extends to closing button 20 of spacing platform 14a of first locking member 1a dodges in the groove 206.
Preferably, the linkage member 3a is a Z-shaped or U-shaped pull rod, one end of the pull rod is inserted into the first locking member 1a, the other end of the pull rod extends to the sliding position of the pull member driving part 24a of the pull member 2a, the linkage member 3a drives the first locking member 1a to retract into the circuit breaker housing 1 by means of the lever support 4a as a rotary support, the installation structure is simple, and the lever support 4a simultaneously plays a role in limiting the first locking member 1a and supporting the linkage member 3 a.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 21 to 24, the locking mechanism further comprises a second locking member 1 b.
As shown in fig. 21-24, the second locking member 1b is pivotally disposed on the circuit breaker housing 1, the second locking member 1b including a second locking end 13 b; when the circuit breaker is switched on, the switching-on button 20 or the switching-off button 21 drives the second locking piece 1b to rotate (rotate towards the second direction), so that the second locking end 13b protrudes out of the shell 1 of the circuit breaker, and when the circuit breaker is switched off, the switching-off button 21 or the switching-on button 20 drives the second locking piece 1b to rotate (rotate towards the first direction), so that the second locking end 13b retracts into the shell 1 of the circuit breaker.
