2. The magnetically adjustable dimming mirror assembly of claim 1, wherein said first rotation adjustment module comprises a first rotating ring, said first magnet and said first dimming lens are disposed on said first rotating ring;
the second rotation adjusting module comprises a second rotating ring, and the second magnet and the second dimming lens are arranged on the second rotating ring; the second rotating ring is arranged at the front end of the first rotating ring in a freely rotating mode, and the second magnet corresponds to the first magnet and has an attraction effect.
3. The magnetically adjustable dimming mirror assembly according to claim 2, wherein the first magnet and the first dimming mirror are disposed on the first rotating ring via a first pressing ring;

the rear end of the second rotating ring is connected to the front end of the first rotating ring, and the rotating outer curved surface and the rotating inner curved surface are matched to realize relative free rotation.
5. The magnetically adjustable dimming mirror assembly according to claim 2, wherein the first rotating ring has a first rotation adjustment thread on its outer circumference; and/or the outer periphery of the second rotating ring is provided with a second rotating adjusting thread.
6. The magnetically adjustable dimming mirror assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first rotation adjusting module has a first threaded portion adapted to be screwed with a lens.
7. The magnetically adjustable dimming mirror assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a fixed adapter module; the fixed switching module is provided with a fixed magnet; the first magnet corresponds to the fixed magnet and has an adsorption effect;
the first rotary adjusting module can be freely and rotatably arranged at the front end of the fixed switching module under the adsorption action of the first magnet and the fixed magnet; and the fixed switching module is provided with a fixed thread part which can be in threaded connection with the lens.

The magnetically adjustable dimming mirror assembly according to claim 7, wherein the fixed adapter module comprises a fixed ring, and the fixed magnet is disposed on the fixed ring by pressing via a fixed pressing ring; the first rotary adjusting module can be freely and rotatably arranged at the front end of the fixing ring, and the rear end of the fixing ring is provided with a fixing thread part capable of being in threaded connection with a lens.
