The fire resistant check valve of claim 5, wherein the locking structure further comprises an elastic member and a stop plate, the stop plate is disposed on the mounting seat, the elastic member is sandwiched between the locking rod and the stop plate, and when the temperature sensing mechanism stops operating, the elastic member pushes the locking rod to move axially so as to separate the locking rod from the locking plate.
