The invention relates to the technical field of travelling mechanisms, in particular to a travelling mechanism of a planetary speed reducer.
Background
The running gear needs to reduce the rotating speed of the motor through the speed reducer and then drive the motor to run in a rotating mode, the output shaft of the conventional planetary speed reducer extends out of the shell of the planetary speed reducer to form a cantilever structure and then is connected with the wheel to drive the wheel to run in a rotating mode, but the structure is free from the separation phenomenon when the wheel is fixed at one end due to the fact that the output shaft of the cantilever structure is easily affected by radial bending force, structural stability is insufficient, occupied space is large, and therefore improvement is needed.

a traveling mechanism of a planetary reducer comprises an input flange, a connecting flange, an input shaft, a first sun gear, a first planet carrier, a first planet wheel, a second sun gear, a first inner gear ring, a second planet carrier, a second planet wheel, a wheel base frame and wheels; the input flange, the second planet carrier and the connecting flange are fixedly connected in sequence from left to right; the second inner gear ring is rotatably connected to the outer side of the second planet carrier through a first bearing; the wheel base frame is fixed on the periphery of the second inner gear ring; the wheels are fixed on the periphery of the wheel base frame; the input shaft is arranged in the input flange through a second bearing; the right end of the first sun gear is fixed at the center of the left end of the input shaft; the first inner gear ring is fixed on the inner side of the connecting flange; the first planet carrier is arranged on the inner side of the right end of the second planet carrier through a third bearing; the first planet wheel is arranged on the right side of the first planet carrier through a first rolling needle; the first planet wheel is respectively meshed with the first sun gear and the first inner gear ring; the second sun gear is fixed at the center of the left side of the first planet carrier; the second sun wheel is sleeved outside the input shaft and a gap is reserved between the second sun wheel and the input shaft; the second planet wheel is arranged on the second planet carrier through a second needle roller; and the second planet wheel is respectively meshed with the second sun gear and the second inner gear ring.
In a further description of the invention, the right end of the first sun gear is connected to the connecting flange via a fourth bearing.
Further describing the present invention, the input shaft includes a connecting portion and a shaft portion integrally provided at a right side of the connecting portion; the second bearing is arranged between the connecting part and the input flange; the second sun wheel is sleeved on the periphery of the shaft part.
The invention is further described, a convex ring is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the second inner gear ring; the inner teeth of the second inner gear ring are arranged on the inner side of the convex ring; the first bearings are arranged in two and are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the convex ring.
For further description of the invention, the outer wall of the connecting flange is provided with a limiting part extending outwards; the limiting part is pressed against the right side of the first bearing on the right side; an adjusting washer is arranged between the limiting part and the first bearing; the adjusting washer is abutted between the inner ring of the first bearing on the right side and the limiting part; the inner ring of the first bearing on the left side is abutted against the end face of the input flange; and the outer rings of the two first bearings are respectively propped against the convex ring.
For further description of the present invention, the adjustment washer is a wave washer.
In a further development of the invention, a spacer is provided between the first planet wheel and the connecting flange.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the position of the output end of the speed reducer is adjusted to be the second inner gear ring, the input flange or the connecting flange is arranged at the fixed end, the input shaft is driven by the motor to rotate and then transmits kinetic energy to the second inner gear ring after speed reduction, and the second inner gear ring directly drives the wheel base frame to rotate.

as shown in fig. 1, a planetary reducer traveling mechanism includes an input flange 1, a connecting flange 2, an input shaft 3, a first sun gear 4, a first planet carrier 5, a first planet gear 6, a second sun gear 7, a first ring gear 8, a second ring gear 9, a second planet carrier 10, a second planet gear 11, a wheel base frame 12 and a wheel 13; the input flange 1, the second planet carrier 10 and the connecting flange 2 are fixedly connected in sequence from left to right; the second inner gear ring 9 is rotationally connected to the outer side of the second planet carrier 10 through a first bearing 14; the wheel pedestal 12 is fixed on the periphery of the second annular gear 9; the wheels 13 are fixed on the periphery of the wheel base frame 12; the input shaft 3 is arranged in the input flange 1 through a second bearing 15; the right end of the first sun gear 4 is fixed at the center of the left end of the input shaft 3; the first inner gear ring 8 is fixed on the inner side of the connecting flange 2; the first planet carrier 5 is arranged on the inner side of the right end of the second planet carrier 10 through a third bearing 16; the first planet wheel 6 is arranged on the right side of the first planet carrier 5 through a first needle roller 17; the first planet wheel 6 is respectively meshed with the first sun gear 4 and the first inner gear ring 8; the second sun gear 7 is fixed at the left center position of the first planet carrier 5; the second sun gear 7 is sleeved on the outer side of the input shaft 3 and a gap is reserved between the second sun gear and the input shaft 3; the second planet wheel 11 is mounted on the second planet carrier 10 through a second needle roller 18; the second planet wheel 11 is respectively meshed with the second sun wheel 7 and the second inner gear ring 9; the motor is arranged on the left side of the input flange 1, the output end of the motor is in driving connection with the input shaft 3, the input flange 1 or the connecting flange 2 is arranged at the fixed end, the motor drives the input shaft 3 to rotate, the input shaft 3 drives the first sun gear 4 to rotate, the second sun gear 7 is driven to rotate after the speed of the first planet gear 6 and the first planet carrier 5 is reduced, the second sun gear 7 is arranged on the left side of the first planet carrier 5 and sleeved outside the input shaft 3, the utilization rate of the inner space is greatly improved, a gap is reserved between the second sun gear 7 and the input shaft 3, the rotation of the second sun gear 7 and the rotation of the input shaft 3 are not affected, the second planet gear 11 is driven by the second sun gear 7, the second planet gear 11 drives the second inner gear ring 9 to rotate, and finally the wheel.
The right end of the first sun gear 4 is connected with the connecting flange 2 through a fourth bearing 19, so that the stability is improved.
The input shaft 3 includes a connecting portion 301 and a shaft portion 302 integrally provided on the right side of the connecting portion 301; the second bearing 15 is arranged between the connecting part 301 and the input flange 1; the second sun gear 7 is sleeved on the periphery of the shaft part 302; connecting portion 301 is used for being connected with the output of motor, and the external diameter of axial region 302 is little, both can set up the connecting hole and first sun gear 4 fixed connection at the right-hand member, vacates the space in order to improve the utilization ratio of inner space for the installation of second sun gear 7 moreover, shortens overall length.
A convex ring 901 is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the second inner gear ring 9; the inner teeth of the second inner gear ring 9 are arranged on the inner side of the convex ring 901; the two first bearings 14 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the convex ring 901, the middle position of the second inner gear ring 9 is used as a transmission part, the positions at the two sides are used as supporting parts, the layout is compact, and the structure is stable.
The outer wall of the connecting flange 2 is provided with a limiting part 201 extending outwards; the limiting part 201 is pressed against the right side of the first bearing 14 on the right side; an adjusting washer 20 is arranged between the limiting part 201 and the first bearing 14; the adjusting washer 20 is a wave washer; the adjusting washer 20 is pressed between the inner ring of the right first bearing 14 and the limiting part 201; the inner ring of the first bearing 14 on the left side is pressed against the end face of the input flange 1; the outer rings of the two first bearings 14 respectively abut against the convex ring 901.
A gasket 21 is arranged between the first planet wheel 6 and the connecting flange 2, and the gasket 21 has a noise lifting function and prevents the first planet wheel 6 from contacting the connecting flange 2 to cause large abnormal sound.
