The first servo motor 36 and the second servo motor 44 are respectively electrically connected with the controller, and gas phase and liquid phase states of the tank body under various postures under three-dimensional space postures of 0-360 degrees, forward tilting, backward tilting and the like are truly simulated through remote control, so that full-true emergency drilling of abnormal conditions such as side turning, upward turning and the like is performed. The top of the tank body 1 is provided with a safety valve 2 and a manhole 3, the tank car platform at the bottom of the right end of the tank body 1 is provided with an emergency cut-off control mechanism 46, and a swash plate is arranged inside the tank car platform.
