The water-cooled fan of claim 3 wherein said atomizing assembly further comprises a front-of-spray garnish disposed on a top portion of said housing, said atomizing outlet being disposed on said front-of-spray garnish, said atomizer being disposed within said front-of-spray garnish and at said atomizing outlet.

The water-cooled fan as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water tank is provided with a water filling port, and the housing is provided with an opening corresponding to the water filling port; the water-cooling fan further comprises a cover body, and the cover body covers the water filling port and the opening.
10. The water-cooled fan of claim 1, wherein the water-cooled fan comprises a wind deflector disposed at the wind outlet, the wind deflector being rotatably coupled to the housing.
