Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A pack jam 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The pack cardboard 1 is constructed in a flat plate structure, and the pack cardboard 1 has a flat state and a folded state.
As shown in fig. 1, the pack blank 1 comprises a bottom panel 11, a first side panel 12, a top panel 13, a second side panel 14 and two bottom side flaps 20 (a first bottom side flap 20a and a second bottom side flap 20 b).
Specifically, the bottom plate 11, the first side plate 12, the top plate 13, and the second side plate 14 are connected in sequence in the first direction. Any adjacent two of the bottom plate 11, the first side plate 12, the top plate 13 and the second side plate 14 can rotate relatively.
Illustratively, the first direction may be a front-rear direction in the drawing, and the bottom plate 11, the first side plate 12, the top plate 13, and the second side plate 14 are connected in this order in the front-rear direction. Wherein, the joint between any two adjacent of the bottom plate 11, the first side plate 12, the top plate 13 and the second side plate 14 has a crease, so that any two adjacent of them can rotate relatively.
The two bottom side wing plates 20 are rotatably connected to two side edges of the bottom plate 11 opposite to the second direction, respectively. Wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
For example, the second direction may be a left-right direction in the drawing. The two bottom side wing plates 20 are respectively a first bottom side wing plate 20a and a second bottom side wing plate 20b, wherein at least a part of the first bottom side wing plate 20a is connected to the left edge of the bottom plate 11, and a crease is formed at the connection part of the first bottom side wing plate 20a and the bottom plate 11, so that the first bottom side wing plate 20a can rotate relative to the bottom plate 11; at least a portion of the second bottom wing panel 20b is connected to the right edge of the bottom panel 11, and a fold is formed at the connection between the second bottom wing panel 20b and the bottom panel 11, so that the second bottom wing panel 20b can rotate relative to the bottom panel 11.
As shown in fig. 3, in the folded state of the carton blank 1, the side edge of the second side panel 14 away from the top panel 13 is connected with the side edge of the bottom panel 11 away from the first side panel 12. The top plate 13 and the side plates are disposed opposite to each other in a third direction (i.e., the vertical direction in the drawing), and the top plate 13 is located above the bottom plate 11. The first side plate 12 and the second side plate 14 stand between the top plate 13 and the bottom plate 11 on the side and are arranged opposite to each other in a first direction (i.e., the front-rear direction in the drawing), and the first side plate 12 is located on the rear side of the second side plate 14. Thus, the bottom plate 11, the first side plate 12, the top plate 13, and the second side plate 14 collectively define a box body space 1a, and the opposite sides of the box body space 1a in the second direction (i.e., the left-right direction in the drawing) have a left opening and a right opening, respectively.
In one example, the cartridge space 1a is used to accommodate the vial 200. The bottle body 200 may be placed in a vertical direction such that the bottom of the bottle body 200 is supported by the bottom plate 11 and the top of the bottle body 200 abuts against the top plate 13. Further, the bottle body 200 may be plural and arranged side by side in the left-right direction.
Further, at least a part of the bottom side flap 20 is folded toward the inside of the box body space 1a, and an angle between at least a part of the bottom side flap 20 and the bottom plate 11 is an acute angle or a right angle. That is, the angle between the portion of the bottom flap 20 folded toward the inside of the box body space 1a with respect to the bottom plate 11 and the bottom plate 11 is less than or equal to 90 degrees.
It should be noted that the shape and size of the bottom wing panel 20 can be specifically set according to the size and shape of the bottle body 200.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the second bottom wing panel 20b is rotated upward relative to the bottom panel 11 to the inside of the box body space 1a, and the angle between the second bottom wing panel 20b and the bottom panel 11 is an acute angle. Thus, the second bottom wing panel 20b has a certain projected area in the plane of the right opening of the box body space 1a, so that the second bottom wing panel 20b can block the right opening, and the side edge of the second bottom wing panel 20b far away from the bottom panel 11 can abut against the side wall of the bottom of the bottle body 200 near the right opening. Similarly, the first bottom wing 20a has a certain projection area on the plane of the left opening of the box body space 1a, so that the first bottom wing 20a can block the left opening, and the edge of the second bottom wing 20b away from the bottom plate 11 can abut against the sidewall of the bottom of the bottle body 200 adjacent to the left opening.
According to the packing carton card paper 1 of this application embodiment, through setting up first bottom flank 20a and second bottom flank 20b, can form certain effect of blockking to the left side opening of box body space 1a and right side open-ended bottom to can avoid bottle 200 to fall from the left side opening or the right side opening of box body space 1a, and can improve the stability that bottle 200 placed in box body space 1a, avoid bottle 200 to take place to rock in box body space 1 a. Furthermore, the left and right sides of the box body space 1a do not need to be provided with side plates for sealing the left opening and the right opening, so that the blocking effect on the left opening and the right opening can be realized, and the material cost of the paperboard 1 of the packing box can be reduced. Therefore, the packaging box paperboard 1 has the advantages of good bundling effect, low material cost and the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pack blank 1 further comprises an in-turned side panel 15. The folded-in side plate 15 is rotatably connected to the side edge of the bottom plate 11 far away from the first side plate 12, and the folded-in side plate 15 is attached to the second side plate 14 when the packing box paperboard 1 is in a folded state.
Illustratively, the folded-in side plate 15 is connected to the front side edge of the bottom plate 11, and the connection between the folded-in side plate 15 and the bottom plate 11 has a fold, so that the folded-in side plate 15 can rotate relative to the bottom plate 11. Under packing carton card paper 1 is in fold condition, through turning interior side panel 15 90 degrees relative bottom plate 11 to make interior side panel 15 and the laminating setting of second side panel 14, and can be connected through sticky mode between interior side panel 15 and the second side panel 14. Wherein, the inner side surface of the second side plate 14 can be adhered to the outer side surface of the folded-in side plate 15; alternatively, the outer side surface of the second side panel 14 is bonded to the inner side surface of the folded-in side panel 15.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the connection between the folded-in side plate 15 and the bottom plate 11 is provided with an insertion hole 15a, and the side edge of the second side plate 14 away from the top plate 13 is provided with an insertion tongue 14 a. In the folded state of the pack card 1, the insertion tongue 14a is inserted into the insertion hole 15 a. Through set up jack 15a in the junction of fold-in side plate 15 and bottom plate 11 to set up at the side of second side plate 14 along setting up with jack 15a complex tongue 14a that inserts, can improve the connection effect on the rear side border of second side plate 14 and the front side border of bottom plate 11, guarantee the structural stability of packing carton card paper 1 under the fold condition.
Illustratively, the insertion tongue 14a is formed by a rear side edge of the second side plate 14 projecting rearward. The insertion tongue 14a may be plural and arranged at intervals in the second direction. The insertion hole 15a may be plural and arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plural insertion tongues 14 a. Further, the joint of the insertion tongue 14a and the rear side edge of the second side plate 14 has a crease so that the insertion tongue 14a can rotate relative to the second side plate 14. In the folded state of the packing carton 1, the insertion tongue 14a is turned 90 degrees to the rear side with respect to the second side plate 14 standing on the side and extends into the inside of the box body space 1a through the insertion hole 15 a.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom wing panel 20 includes a bottom stopper 21, a first bottom adhesive portion 22, and a second bottom adhesive portion 23.
Specifically, the bottom stopper 21 is rotatably connected to the side edge of the bottom plate 11. The first bottom bonding portion 22 and the second bottom bonding portion 23 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the bottom stopper portion 21 in the first direction, the first bottom bonding portion 22 is rotatably connected to the side edge of the folded-in side plate 15, and the second bottom bonding portion 23 is rotatably connected to the side edge of the first side plate 12. When the packing box card paper 1 is in the folded state, the first bottom bonding portion 22 is bonded to the inward-folded side plate 15, the second bottom bonding portion 23 is bonded to the first side plate 12, the bottom stopper portion 21 is folded toward the inside of the box body space 1a, and an included angle between the bottom stopper portion 21 and the bottom plate 11 is an acute angle or a right angle.
For example, taking the first bottom wing 20a located on the left side of the bottom plate 11 as an example, the first bottom adhesive portion 22 is connected to the front side of the bottom stopper portion 21, and the second bottom adhesive portion 23 is connected to the rear side of the bottom stopper portion 21. Wherein, the right side edge of the first bottom bonding part 22 is connected to the left side edge of the inward-folded side plate 15, and the joint of the first bottom bonding part 22 and the inward-folded side plate 15 has a crease; the right edge of the bottom stop portion 21 is connected to the left edge of the bottom plate 11, and a crease is formed at the connection position of the bottom stop portion 21 and the bottom plate 11; the right side edge of the second bottom adhesive portion 23 is connected to the left side edge of the first side plate 12, and a crease is formed at the joint of the second bottom adhesive portion 23 and the first side plate 12. Similarly, the second bottom side wing plate 20b may have the same structure as the first bottom side wing plate 20a, that is, the first bottom bonding portion 22, the bottom stopper portion 21 and the second bottom bonding portion 23 of the second bottom side wing plate 20b are respectively connected to the right side edge of the folded-in side plate 15, the right side edge of the bottom plate 11 and the right side edge of the first side plate 12, which will not be described herein again.
It is understood that an adhesive may be applied to the inside surface of the first bottom adhesive portion 22 or the second bottom adhesive portion 23 to adhere the inside surface of the first bottom adhesive portion 22 to the inside surface of the first side panel 12 or the inside surface of the second bottom adhesive portion 23 to the inside surface of the fold-in side panel 15. Alternatively, as shown in the partial structure at a in fig. 1, the adhesive may be applied to the inner surface of the first side panel 12 at a region corresponding to the first bottom bonding portion 22.
As shown in fig. 2, the first bottom adhesive portion 22, the bottom stopper portion 21, and the second bottom adhesive portion 23 can rotate together to attach the inner side surface of the first bottom adhesive portion 22 to the inner side surface of the folded-in side plate 15, attach the inner side surface of the bottom stopper portion 21 to the inner side surface of the bottom plate 11, and attach the inner side surface of the second bottom adhesive portion 23 to the inner side surface of the first side plate 12. The inner surface of the first bottom bonding portion 22 and the inner surface of the folded-in side panel 15, and the inner surface of the second bottom bonding portion 23 and the inner surface of the first side panel 12 may be bonded by an adhesive. Illustratively, the adhesive may be corn starch glue.
It can be understood that, in the folding process of the packing box card paper 1, when the first side plate 12 rotates 90 degrees relative to the bottom plate 11 and the inward-folded side plate 15 rotates 90 degrees relative to the bottom plate 11, because the bottom stopper portion 21 is not adhered to the bottom plate 11, the bottom stopper portion 21 can deform and rotate a certain angle upward relative to the bottom plate 11, so as to block the left opening or the right side of the box body space 1 a.
It should be noted that the shape of the bottom stopper 21 folded in the box space 1a is related to the diameter of the bottom or middle part of the bottle body 200, for example, the shape of the bottom stopper 21 folded may be trapezoidal, rectangular or other irregular shapes.
Through setting up the first bottom bonding portion 22 that bonds with interior book curb plate 15 and the second bottom bonding portion 23 that bonds with first curb plate 12, after packing carton cardboard 1 folding forming, can improve the joint strength between bottom plate 11 and interior book curb plate 15 and bottom plate 11 and first curb plate 12, reduce the probability that the fracture takes place in the junction of bottom plate 11 and interior book curb plate 15 or first curb plate 12 to improve packing carton cardboard 1 overall structure's under fold condition intensity. Furthermore, by adhering the first bottom adhering portion 22 and the second bottom adhering portion 23 to the inward-folded side plate 15 and the first side plate 12, the forming effect of the bottom stopper portion 21 in the box body space 1a can be improved, the probability of deformation of the bottom stopper portion 21 is reduced, and therefore the stopping effect of the bottom stopper portion 21 on the bottom of the bottle body 200 placed in the box body space 1a is further improved.
Alternatively, the shape of the bottom stop 21 is configured as an isosceles trapezoid, and the side edge of the bottom stop 21 adjacent to the base plate 11 has a smaller length than the side edge of the bottom stop 21 remote from the base plate 11. Wherein, the height of isosceles trapezoid can be set to be more than or equal to 3 mm. Preferably, the height of the isosceles trapezoid may be 30mm, thereby facilitating the box pasting of the bottom side wing panel 20 by the box pasting machine.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, a second bottom flank 20b located on the right side of the bottom plate 11 is taken as an example. The bottom stop 21 has a first edge 21a, a second edge 21b, a third edge 21c and a fourth edge 21 d. The first edge 21a is connected with the right edge of the bottom plate 11, the second edge 21b is connected with the first bottom bonding portion 22, the third edge 21c is far away from the bottom plate 11, and the fourth edge 21d is connected with the second bottom bonding portion 23. The first edge 21a and the third edge 21c are arranged in parallel, and the length of the first edge 21a is smaller than that of the third edge 21c, so that the first edge 21a and the third edge 21c form two bottom edges of an isosceles trapezoid respectively; the second edge 21b and the fourth edge 21d form two waists of an isosceles trapezoid, respectively. Similarly, the first bottom side flap 20a may be configured similarly to the second bottom side flap 20b and will not be described in detail herein.
Through constructing bottom backstop 21's shape into isosceles trapezoid, and the length of a side on the side edge of the neighbouring bottom plate 11 of bottom backstop 21 is less than the length of a side on the side edge of keeping away from bottom plate 11 of bottom backstop 21, can guarantee to bond fixedly back respectively in first bottom bonding portion 22 and second bottom bonding portion 23, when first curb plate 12 rotates 90 degrees relative to bottom plate 11 and interior book curb plate 15 rotates 90 degrees relative to bottom plate 11, bottom backstop 21 can take place to be deformed to form certain contained angle between messenger bottom backstop 21 and the bottom plate 11.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pack carton 1 further comprises two top side flaps 30 (a first top side flap 30a and a second top side flap 30 b).
Specifically, the two top side wings 30 are rotatably connected to the two opposite side edges of the top plate 13 in the second direction, respectively. In the folded state of the pack card 1, at least a part of the top side flap 30 is folded toward the inside of the box space 1a, and an angle between the top side flap 30 and the top panel 13 is an acute angle or a right angle.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the top side wing 30 is turned downward to the inside of the box body space 1a with respect to the top plate 13, and the angle between the second top side wing 30b and the top plate 13 is an acute angle. In this way, the second top side wing 30b has a certain projected area in the plane of the right opening of the box body space 1a, so that the second top side wing 30b can block the right opening, and the side edge of the second top side wing 30b far away from the top plate 13 can abut against the side wall of the top of the bottle body 200 adjacent to the right opening. Similarly, the first top side wing 30a has a certain projection area on the plane of the left opening of the box body space 1a, so that the first top side wing 30a can block the left opening, and the edge of the second top side wing 30b away from the top plate 13 can abut against the sidewall of the top of the bottle body 200 adjacent to the left opening.
Through setting up first top flank 30a and second top flank 30b, can form certain effect of blockking to the left side opening of box body space 1a and the open-ended top in right side to can further avoid bottle 200 to fall from the left side opening or the right side opening of box body space 1a, and can further improve the stability that bottle 200 placed in box body space 1a, further avoid bottle 200 to take place to rock in box body space 1 a.
In one embodiment, the top flank 30 comprises a top stop 31, a first top adhesive portion 32 and a second top adhesive portion 32.
Specifically, top stop 31 is rotatably connected to a side edge of top plate 13. The first top adhesive portion 32 and the second top adhesive portion 32 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the top stop portion 31 in the first direction, the first top adhesive portion 32 is rotatably connected to a side edge of the first side plate 12, and the second top adhesive portion 32 is rotatably connected to a side edge of the second side plate 14. When the packing box card 1 is in the folded state, the first top bonding portion 32 is bonded to the first side plate 12, the second top bonding portion 32 is bonded to the second side plate 14, the top stopper portion 31 is folded toward the inside of the box body space 1a, and an included angle between the top stopper portion 31 and the top plate 13 is an acute angle or a right angle.
For example, taking the first top flank 30a located on the left side of the top plate 13 as an example, the first top adhesive part 32 is connected to the front side of the top stopper 31, and the second top adhesive part 32 is connected to the rear side of the top stopper 31. Wherein, the right side edge of the first top bonding part 32 is connected to the left side edge of the first side plate 12, and the joint of the first top bonding part 32 and the first side plate 12 has a crease; the right edge of top stop 31 is connected to the left edge of top plate 13, and the joint of top stop 31 and top plate 13 has a fold; the right side edge of the second top adhesive portion 32 is connected to the left side edge of the second side panel 14, and a fold is formed at the joint of the second top adhesive portion 32 and the second side panel 14. Similarly, the second top side wing panel 30b may have the same structure as the first top side wing panel 30a, that is, the first top bonding portion 32, the top stopper portion 31 and the second top bonding portion 32 of the second top side wing panel 30b are respectively connected to the right side edge of the first side plate 12, the right side edge of the top plate 13 and the right side edge of the second side plate 14, and the description thereof is omitted here.
As shown in fig. 2, the first top adhesive portion 32, the top stopper portion 31, and the second top adhesive portion 32 are rotatable together, so that the inner side surface of the first top adhesive portion 32 is adhered to the inner side surface of the first side plate 12, the inner side surface of the top stopper portion 31 is adhered to the inner side surface of the top plate 13, and the inner side surface of the second top adhesive portion 32 is adhered to the inner side surface of the second side plate 14. The inner surface of the first top bonding portion 32 and the inner surface of the first side plate 12, and the inner surface of the second top bonding portion 32 and the inner surface of the second side plate 14 may be bonded by adhesives. Illustratively, the adhesive may be corn starch glue.
It can be understood that, in the folding process of the packing box cardboard 1, when the first side plate 12 rotates 90 degrees relative to the top plate 13 and the second side plate 14 rotates 90 degrees relative to the top plate 13, since the top stopper portion 31 is not adhered to the top plate 13, the top stopper portion 31 can deform and rotate downward by a certain angle relative to the top plate 13, so as to block the left opening or the right side of the box space 1 a.
It should be noted that the shape of top stop 31 after being folded in box space 1a is related to the diameter of the top or middle portion of bottle 200, for example, the shape of top stop 31 after being folded may be trapezoidal, rectangular or other irregular shape.
Through setting up the first top bonding portion 32 that bonds with first curb plate 12 and the second top bonding portion 32 that bonds with second curb plate 14, after packing carton cardboard 1 fold forming, can improve the joint strength between roof 13 and first curb plate 12 and roof 13 and the second curb plate 14, reduce the probability that roof 13 and first curb plate 12 or the junction of second curb plate 14 take place the fracture to further improve the intensity of packing carton cardboard 1 overall structure under fold condition. Furthermore, by adhering the first top adhering portion 32 and the second top adhering portion 32 to the first side plate 12 and the second side plate 14 respectively, the forming effect of the top stopper portion 31 in the box body space 1a can be improved, the probability of deformation of the top stopper portion 31 is reduced, and therefore the stopping effect of the top stopper portion 31 on the top of the bottle body 200 placed in the box body space 1a is further improved.
Alternatively, top stop 31 is shaped as an isosceles trapezoid, wherein the length of the side edges of top stop 31 adjacent to top plate 13 is smaller than the length of the side edges of top stop 31 remote from top plate 13.
By configuring the shape of top stopper portion 31 as an isosceles trapezoid, and the side length of the side edge of top stopper portion 31 adjacent to top plate 13 is smaller than the side length of the side edge of top stopper portion 31 far away from top plate 13, it can be ensured that after first top bonding portion 32 and second top bonding portion 32 are respectively bonded and fixed, when first side plate 12 rotates 90 degrees relative to top plate 13 and second side plate 14 rotates 90 degrees relative to top plate 13, top stopper portion 31 can deform, so that a certain included angle is formed between top stopper portion 31 and top plate 13.
In one embodiment, the size of the top stopper 31 is smaller than the size of the first top adhesive part 32 and the second top adhesive part 32 in the second direction. In other words, the dimension of the top stopper portion 31 in the left-right direction in the drawing is smaller than the dimensions of the first top adhesive portion 32 and the second top adhesive portion 32 in the left-right direction in the drawing. Illustratively, the size of the top stopper portion 31 in the second direction may be 18mm, and the sizes of the first top adhesive portion 32 and the second top adhesive portion 32 in the second direction may be equal and 30 mm. Thereby, the forming effect of the top stopper portion 31 during the folding of the package jam 1 can be further improved.
In one embodiment, the package carton 1 is a single ply of paperboard or corrugated board. For example, the cardboard 1 may be corrugated cardboard, and the thickness of the corrugated cardboard is suitably set to 0.6-2.2 mm.
The packing carton card paper 1 of this application embodiment has advantages such as effectual, the material cost is low of gathering a bundle through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme.
