The squeezing power mechanism 12 further includes an oil pump 1203 and an oil tank 1204. The oil cylinder 1201 and the oil tank 1204 are connected to an oil pump 1203, respectively.
In this embodiment, during use, the oil cylinder 1201 pushes the pushing seat 1202, and the pushing seat 1202 moves along the extending direction of the guide rail 1102, thereby pushing the core rod 2 to move.
As shown in fig. 1, on the basis of the above embodiment, further, the pipe machining apparatus further includes a controller 17; the moving device 11 and the squeezing power mechanism 12 are respectively connected with a controller 17, and the controller 17 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the moving device 11 and controlling the opening and closing of the squeezing power mechanism 12.
The controller 17 is connected to the driving motor 1103 of the moving device 11 and the oil cylinder 1201 of the squeezing power mechanism 12.
Preferably, the pressure cylinder 1301 can be connected to a controller 17, and the controller 17 is used for controlling the expansion and contraction of the pressure cylinder 1301.
A position sensor can be arranged on the guide rail 1102 and used for detecting the position of the pipe fixing seat 9, and the position sensor is connected with the controller 17, so that the controller 17 is assisted to limit the stroke of the oil cylinder 1201.
In this embodiment, during the use process, the controller 17 controls the setting position of the pipe 4 by controlling the opening and closing of the moving device 11, so as to control the position of the convex hull formed on the pipe 4; the controller 17 controls the movement of the mandrel 2 by controlling the opening and closing of the extrusion power mechanism 12, thereby controlling the extrusion of the convex hull extrusion block 3 by the mandrel 2. The arrangement of the controller 17 can make the convex hull pulling operation more accurate and more automatic.

1. A pipe machining apparatus, comprising: a convex hull extruding and pushing device; the convex hull extrusion pushing device comprises a sleeve, a core rod and a plurality of convex hull extrusion blocks;
the sleeve is used for penetrating into the pipe fitting and sleeved outside the core rod; the sleeve is provided with a plurality of limiting holes; the plurality of limiting holes are sequentially arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the sleeve; the plurality of convex hull extrusion blocks are respectively arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of limiting holes, and the convex hull extrusion blocks are embedded in the limiting holes; the core rod can extrude and push the convex hull extrusion block, so that one end of the convex hull extrusion block can protrude out of the sleeve from the limiting hole.
2. The pipe machining apparatus of claim 1, wherein the convex hull extrusion block is provided with a first guide surface, and one end of the mandrel is provided with a second guide surface that mates with the first guide surface.
3. The pipe machining apparatus of claim 2, wherein the convex hull extrusion device further comprises a plurality of reset spring plates;

the extending directions of the ball screw and the guide rail are the same; the driving motor is connected with the ball screw; the pipe fixing seat is arranged on the guide rail and connected with the ball screw; the ball screw is used for driving the pipe fitting fixing seat to move along the extending direction of the guide rail.
6. The pipe machining apparatus of claim 4 further comprising a hold down device;
the pressing device is arranged on the workbench and used for pressing one end, far away from the pipe fixing seat, of the pipe.
7. The pipe machining apparatus of claim 6 wherein the hold-down device includes a hold-down cylinder, a ram, a press seat, and a press block assembly;
the pressing seat is provided with a fixing hole for penetrating the pipe fitting; the pressure head is arranged at one end of the pressing oil cylinder; the pressing block assembly is arranged in a fixing hole of the pressing seat; the pressing head presses the pipe fitting by pressing the pressing block assembly; the pressing block assembly is provided with a plurality of avoiding holes for avoiding a plurality of convex hulls.
8. The pipe machining apparatus of claim 6, wherein the hold-down device is removably and fixedly connectable with the table and the sleeve holder; the sleeve fixing seat is detachably and fixedly connected with the sleeve;
the pipe fitting processing equipment further comprises a pipe contracting sleeve; the first end of the pipe reducing sleeve is detachably and fixedly connected with the extrusion power mechanism; the diameter of the through hole in the pipe reducing sleeve is gradually increased from the first end to the second end of the pipe reducing sleeve, the diameter of the through hole in the first end of the pipe reducing sleeve is smaller than the outer diameter of the pipe fitting, and the diameter of the through hole in the second end is larger than the outer diameter of the pipe fitting.
