Claims (11)

1. A cooking device, comprising:
an outer case (1) including a housing groove (11) provided with an opening facing a bottom side;
the adsorption device (2) has a contraction state of contracting into the containing groove (11) and an expansion state of extending out of the containing groove (11) back to the opening, and is suitable for adsorbing minced meat, scum and grease;
and the lifting device (3) is connected with the accommodating groove (11) and the adsorption device (2) and is suitable for driving the adsorption device (2) to be switched between the contraction state and the extension state.
2. The cooking device according to claim 1, wherein a suction chamber (21) is provided in the suction device (2), and a plurality of suction holes (22) communicating with the suction chamber (21) are provided at least on a peripheral side surface of the suction device (2).
3. The cooking device according to claim 2, wherein the suction device (2) further comprises a negative pressure generating device adapted to provide a negative pressure environment within the suction chamber.
4. The cooking device according to claim 3, wherein the diameter of the adsorption hole (22) is gradually reduced in a direction toward the adsorption chamber (21).
5. The cooking device of claim 4, further comprising a cleaning device, the cleaning device comprising:
a clear water tank (41) arranged inside the outer shell (1);
a water inlet pipe (42) which is connected with the clean water tank (41) and the accommodating groove (11), is provided with a pump body (43) and is suitable for pumping clean water in the clean water tank (41) to flush the adsorption device (2) in a contraction state;
the water outlet pipe (44) is connected with the accommodating groove (11) and the turbid water tank (45), and the turbid water tank (45) is suitable for recovering turbid water mixed with minced meat, scum and grease after the adsorption device (2) is cleaned.
6. A cooking device according to claim 5, wherein the clear water tank (41) and the dirty water tank (45) are arranged inside and adjacent to the outer housing (1).
7. The cooking apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the inlet pipe (42) and the outlet pipe (44) are disposed opposite to both connection surfaces to which the receiving grooves (11) are connected, respectively.
8. The cooking apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the water inlet pipe (42) is provided with a pressurizing chamber (46) in a position adjacent to the receiving groove (11), and a water pressure pressurizing unit is provided therein.
9. Cooking device according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that said lifting means (3) comprise:
the connecting support (31) is arranged on the top surface of the adsorption device (2), a plurality of radially arranged support arms (311) are uniformly arranged along the central axis of the top surface of the adsorption device (2), and a first spherical hinge structure (312) is arranged at the tail end of each support arm (311);
the second spherical hinge structures (32) are respectively arranged in the accommodating grooves (11) corresponding to the first spherical hinge structures (312);
the connecting rod structures (33) are correspondingly connected with the first spherical hinge structure (312) and the second spherical hinge structure (32);
and the power part is connected with the second spherical hinge structure (32) and is suitable for controlling the second spherical hinge structure (32) to move synchronously.

The cooking device according to claim 9, wherein the suction device (2) is adapted to the shape of the receiving groove (11) and is disposed in a square shape, a fixed shaft (23) is disposed along a central axis of a top surface of the suction device (2), and the connecting bracket (31) is engaged with and movably connected to the fixed shaft (23) and adapted to rotate along the fixed shaft (23).
11. The cooking device according to claim 9, wherein the suction device (2) is adapted to the shape of the receiving groove (11) and is arranged cylindrically, and the suction device (2) is fixedly connected to the connecting bracket (31).
