Detailed Description
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, as those skilled in the art will be able to make similar modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Conventionally, the liquid drop sample is placed on the plane of the carrier, and the plane of the carrier cannot be completely flat, so that the surface temperature distribution of the carrier is not uniform, which causes the liquid drop sample to slide to a low-temperature area when being heated. In addition, because the droplet sample cannot be directly positioned, the positions of the droplet samples are inconsistent each time, resulting in large differences in the stability of detection.
Based on this, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, fig. 1 illustrates a structural schematic diagram of a droplet sample heating assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 illustrates a structural schematic diagram of one of the viewing angles of a droplet sample heating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 illustrates another structural schematic diagram of the viewing angle of a droplet sample heating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. An embodiment of the utility model provides a droplet sample heating element, droplet sample heating element include heating block main part 100. The heating block body 100 is provided with a support plane 110. The support plane 110 is used for placing the sample carrier plate 200 and for transferring heat of the heating block main body 100 to the sample carrier plate 200. The supporting plane 110 is provided with a concave hole 111.
When the liquid drop sample heating assembly works, the concave hole 111 is formed in the supporting plane 110, after the sample bearing plate 200 is placed on the supporting plane 110 of the heating block main body 100, the supporting plane 110 is in contact with the sample bearing plate 200 to transfer heat of the heating block main body 100 to the sample bearing plate 200, so that the temperature of the sample bearing plate 200 is increased to heat the liquid drop sample on the sample bearing plate 200, and the liquid drop sample on the sample bearing plate 200 is heated to form gaseous sample molecules and is detected by the detection device.
When the droplet sample heating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is operated, the thermal imager is used to scan the supporting plane 110, and the temperature of the area of the sample carrier plate 200 corresponding to the concave hole 111 is, for example, 160.1 ℃, which is a relatively low temperature area. The temperature of the sample support plate 200 corresponding to the region other than the concave hole 111 is, for example, 167.6 ℃, which is a relatively high temperature region, and the temperature of the region is higher than the temperature of the region of the sample support plate 200 corresponding to the concave hole 111. Wherein, because the regional contact with sample loading board 200 that shrinkage pool 111 place, sample loading board 200 can form the relative low temperature region corresponding to the region of shrinkage pool 111, like this the sample liquid drop is being heated the in-process, will directionally move to this relative low temperature region, spacing the sample liquid drop in this relative low temperature region simultaneously, avoid the sample liquid drop to slide to the high temperature region, thereby can realize fixing a position the liquid drop sample in the heating process, guarantee that the position of liquid drop sample is unanimous, and then the stability difference of detection is less.
In addition, the whole structure of foretell liquid droplet sample heating element is simple, sets up shrinkage pool 111 on the holding surface and can realize the locate function and the limit function to the liquid droplet sample, need not with the help of other induction positioning device, like the sensor etc..
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, further, when the heating block main body 100 performs a heating operation, the temperature of each portion on the supporting plane 110 is kept consistent. Thus, when the heating block body 100 is heated, the heat distribution on the supporting plane 110 is uniform, so that the sample liquid drops on the sample bearing plate 200 are heated uniformly, and the sliding phenomenon is not easy to occur in the heating process, thereby improving the stability of the detection result.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the droplet sample heating module further includes at least two heating rods 300. The heating rods 300 are inserted and installed in the heating block body 100, and the heating rods 300 are installed in parallel at intervals. Thus, compared with the conventional droplet sample heating assembly, for example, at least two heating rods 300 arranged in parallel at intervals are used for heating the heating block main body 100, so that the heat distribution on the supporting plane 110 is more uniform, the sample droplet is heated more uniformly, and the sliding phenomenon is not easy to occur in the heating process. The heating rod 300 is specifically, for example, an electric heating rod. The electric heating rod is connected with an external device through a first wire 310, and when the external device is started, the electric heating rod is powered through the first wire 310, and the electric heating rod generates heat and transmits the heat to the heating block main body 100. Of course, the heating rod 300 is not limited to the method of heating by electricity, and it is also possible to transmit heat from an external heat source to the heating rod 300, and then transmit heat to the heating block body 100 through the heating rod 300.
In addition, in this embodiment, the heating block main body 100 is not limited to be heated by the heating rod 300, for example, an electric resistance wire may be disposed inside the heating block main body 100, and when the electric resistance wire is powered on, the heating block main body 100 may be heated, for example, heat generated by combustion or heat generated by chemical reaction may be directly transferred to the heating block main body 100, or heat may be transferred to the heating block main body 100 by other methods, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, further, the droplet sample heating assembly further includes a temperature sensing element 400. The temperature sensing element 400 is used to sense the temperature of the heating block body 100. Thus, the temperature of the heating block main body 100 is sensed by the temperature sensing element 400, and the heating rod 300 is correspondingly controlled to work according to the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing element 400, so that the temperature on the supporting plane 110 of the heating block main body 100 is controlled within a preset range. Specifically, the temperature sensing element 400 is connected to an external device through the second wire 410, and of course, the temperature sensing element 400 may also transmit a signal to the external device through a wireless transmission manner.
In one embodiment, the temperature sensing element 400 is a PT100 temperature sensor. Of course, the temperature sensing element 400 can also be other heat sensitive elements, which are not illustrated here.
In addition, the temperature sensing element 400 is inserted into the heating block body 100. The number of the heating rods 300 is two, the temperature sensing element 400 and the two heating rods 300 are arranged below the supporting plane 110 in parallel at intervals, and the temperature sensing element 400 is located between the two heating rods 300. Thus, the heating block main body 100 can be uniformly heated, and the heat distribution on the supporting plane 110 is uniform when the heating block main body 100 is heated.
In one embodiment, the recess 111 is a through hole or a blind hole.
In one embodiment, the recessed hole 111 is a circular hole, an elliptical hole, a square hole, or a triangular hole. The concave hole 111 may be a hole having another shape, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, further, the size of the concave hole 111 corresponds to the size of the projection area of the droplet sample on the supporting plane 110, so that the positioning effect and the limiting effect of the droplet sample can be better achieved. Specifically, the concave hole 111 is a circular hole, and the size of the hole 111 is, for example, 2mm to 4 mm.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 again, in one embodiment, the heating block body 100 is provided with a mounting block 120. The mounting block 120 is provided with a kidney-shaped hole 121. In this manner, the heating block body 100 is mounted on the bracket by the mounting block 120. Since the mounting block 120 is provided with the kidney-shaped hole 121, the mounting block can be mounted on the bracket by passing a bolt through the kidney-shaped hole 121. The height position of the bolt in the kidney-shaped hole 121 can be adjusted up and down, so that the installation position of the installation block 120 on the bracket can be adjusted.
Specifically, the heating block body 100 is a copper block, an aluminum block, or a stainless steel block. In this way, the heating block body 100 is processed by a material having good heat resistance and thermal conductivity. Specifically, the heating block body 100 may be obtained by cutting and grinding a copper block, an aluminum block, or a stainless steel block, or may be processed by forging or the like, but is not limited thereto.
In addition, in the infringement comparison, the "mounting block 120" may be a part of the "heating block body 100", that is, the "mounting block 120" and the "other part of the heating block body 100" are integrally manufactured; the "mounting block 120" may be manufactured separately from the "other portion of the heating block body 100" and then combined with the "other portion of the heating block body 100" to form a single unit. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting block 120 is a part of the heating block body 100 that is integrally formed.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment, a droplet sample heating apparatus includes any one of the droplet sample heating assemblies described above, and further includes a sample carrier 200, wherein the sample carrier 200 is disposed on the support plane 110 and is used for carrying a droplet sample.
In the liquid drop sample heating device, the concave hole 111 is formed in the supporting plane 110, after the sample bearing plate 200 is placed on the supporting plane 110 of the heating block main body 100, the supporting plane 110 is in contact with the sample bearing plate 200 to transfer heat of the heating block main body 100 to the sample bearing plate 200, so that the temperature of the sample bearing plate 200 is increased to heat the liquid drop sample on the sample bearing plate 200, and the liquid drop sample on the sample bearing plate 200 is heated to form gaseous sample molecules and is detected by the detection device.
2 and FIG. 3, in one embodiment, the sample carrier 200 includes a first plate 210 and two second plates 220 respectively connected to two sides of the first plate 210. The first plate 210 is placed on the support plane 110 and is used to carry a droplet sample, and the second plate 220 is located in an area outside the support plane 110. In this way, when the first plate 210 is placed on the supporting plane 110, the first plate 210 can be tightly attached to the supporting plane 110 under the action of the gravity of the second plate 220, so that the first plate 210 is in good contact with the supporting plane 110, which is beneficial for the supporting plane 110 to uniformly transfer heat to the first plate 210.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, further, the second plate 220 is disposed obliquely with respect to the first plate 210, that is, an included angle is formed between the second plate 220 and the first plate 210, and a height position of the second plate 220 away from the first plate 210 is lower than the supporting plane 110, which is equivalent to that the sample carrier plate 200 is buckled on the supporting plane 110, so that the sample carrier plate can be stably installed on the supporting plane 110, and the sample carrier plate 200 can be well contacted with the supporting plane 110 to be tightly attached.
It should be noted that, in infringement comparison, the "second plate 220" may be a "part of the first plate 210", that is, the "second plate 220" is integrally formed with "other parts of the first plate 210"; or a separate member that is separable from the "other portion of the first plate 210", i.e., the "second plate 220" may be manufactured separately and then integrated with the "other portion of the first plate 210". As shown in FIG. 2, in one embodiment, the "second plate 220" is a part of the "first plate 210" that is integrally formed.
Further, the sample carrier plate 200 is specifically, for example, a plastic plate, a paper plate, etc., and the specific material is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, a droplet sample detection system comprises the droplet sample heating apparatus of any one of the above embodiments, and further comprises a detection apparatus for detecting a gaseous sample formed by heating the droplet sample by the droplet sample heating apparatus.
In the liquid drop sample detection system, the concave hole 111 is formed in the supporting plane 110, after the sample bearing plate 200 is placed on the supporting plane 110 of the heating block main body 100, the supporting plane 110 is in contact with the sample bearing plate 200 to transfer heat of the heating block main body 100 to the sample bearing plate 200, so that the temperature of the sample bearing plate 200 is increased to heat the liquid drop sample on the sample bearing plate 200, and the liquid drop sample on the sample bearing plate 200 is heated to form gaseous sample molecules and is detected by the detection device.
