Detailed Description
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, as those skilled in the art will be able to make similar modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, a razor cartridge 110, razor cartridge 110 for mounting on a handle 200, razor cartridge 110 comprising: a base 111 and a gland 112. The base 111 is used for placing the blade 120. The pressing cover 112 is used for pressing the blade 120 on the base 111 and exposing the cutting edges 121 on both sides of the blade 120, and two first pressing bending portions 1121 are arranged on one side surface of the pressing cover 112 facing the base 111 at intervals. The first bending portion 1121 is used for abutting against the blade 120 and bending the blade edge 121 toward the base 111.
The razor retaining group 110 described above, during assembly, places the blades 120 on the base 111; the pressing cover 112 is pressed on the base 111, so that the blade 120 is firmly fixed between the pressing cover 112 and the base 111. Because two first bending parts 1121 are arranged on one side surface of the gland 112 facing the base 111 at intervals, when the gland 112 is pressed on the base 111, the two first bending parts 1121 respectively abut against the blades 120, so that the cutting edges 121 on two sides of the blades 120 are bent and deformed towards the base 111 at a certain angle, and the cutting edges 121 in the assembled razor head 100 are kept bent downwards, thus, in the shaving process of a user, the shaving angle of the cutting edges 121 is just right opposite to beard or hair, the angle of the cutting edges 121 does not need to be adjusted back and forth by the user, and the shaving operation of the user is greatly facilitated. Meanwhile, the first bending portion 1121 presses the blade edge 121 downwards, so that the blade edge 121 cannot be too sharp in the shaving process, and the occurrence of scratching or cutting accidents is reduced, so that the deformation of the blade 120 is more suitable for shaving of a user, and the user experience of a product is effectively improved.
It should be noted that the embodiment does not specifically limit the mounting manner of the razor fastening unit 110 on the handle 200, and only needs to satisfy the requirement that the razor fastening unit 110 is stably mounted on the handle 200. Meanwhile, there are various pressing manners of the pressing cover 112 on the base 111, and the embodiment does not specifically limit the specific pressing manner, such as: the gland 112 is provided with a cylindrical structure which penetrates through the base 111 and is connected with the handle 200, so that not only the pressing fit of the gland 112 and the base 111 is realized, but also the installation of the shaver fixing group 110 on the handle 200 is realized; alternatively, a corresponding buckling structure is arranged between the gland 112 and the base 111.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the gland 112 is provided with a mounting member 1127. The base 111 is provided with a through hole 1112. The mounting member 1127 passes through the through hole 1112 for connection with the handle 200, and thus, the razor fixing unit 110 is mounted on the handle 200 by the mounting member 1127 being connected with the handle 200. Meanwhile, the mounting member 1127 passes through the through hole 1112 and the handle 200, so that the base 111 is pressed between the gland 112 and the handle 200, thereby sequentially pressing the gland 112, the blade 120 and the base 111.
Alternatively, the mounting member 1127 may be coupled to the handle 200 by a threaded connection, a snap connection, an interference fit, an over-fit, or the like.
It should be further noted that the first bending portion 1121 may be a curved surface; but may also be an inclined plane. When the first bending portion 1121 is an inclined plane, a side of the inclined plane close to the blade 121 is inclined downward.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the first bending portion 1121 is disposed on an edge of the pressing cover 112 close to the blade 121, and the first bending portion 1121 extends along the length direction of the pressing cover 112. To facilitate understanding of the longitudinal direction of the gland 112 of the present embodiment, taking fig. 3 as an example, the longitudinal direction of the gland 112 is S in fig. 31In the direction of any arrow in (1).
Further, referring to fig. 4, the first bending portion 1121 is a first inclined surface. The first inclined surface includes a first side 11211 and a second side 11212 disposed opposite to each other. The first side 11211 is opposite the second side 11212 for being disposed adjacent the blade edge 121 and inclined toward the base 111. It can be seen that the first bending portion 1121 of the present embodiment is a slant surface, and one side of the first slant surface is inclined toward the base 111, that is, two first slant surfaces are in a "v" shape or approximately in a "v" shape on the pressing cover 112, so that the cutting edges 121 on both sides of the blade 120 are stably pressed downward at a certain angle by the two first slant surfaces, so as to facilitate shaving for a user.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a side of the pressing cover 112 facing the base 111 is further provided with at least two second inclined surfaces 1122. The at least two second inclined surfaces 1122 are sequentially spliced between the two first inclined surfaces, and form a second press-bent portion 1123 for bending and deforming the blade 120. Therefore, the pressing cover 112 is provided with at least two second inclined surfaces 1122 in the middle in addition to the inclined surfaces on the two sides, and the second bending part 1123 surrounded by the second inclined surfaces 1122 bends and deforms the middle part of the blade 120, so that the blade 120 is stressed between the pressing cover 112 and the base 111, and the blade 120 is ensured to be installed more stably; meanwhile, the first inclined planes on the two sides are matched, so that the blade 120 is more easily bent and deformed under the action of the gland 112.
The second press-bending portion 1123 has a concave structure; and may also be an arch. When the second pressing curved portion 1123 is concave, a side of the base 111 facing the pressing cover 112 is an arch structure matching with the second pressing curved portion 1123; when the second pressing curved portion 1123 is of an arched structure, a side of the base 111 facing the pressing cover 112 is of a concave structure matching with the second pressing curved portion 1123.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the gland 112 has a symmetrical surface 1124. The two first inclined surfaces are symmetrically disposed about the symmetry plane 1124, and at least one second inclined surface 1122 is disposed between the first inclined surfaces and the symmetry plane 1124. Accordingly, the second bent portion 1123 surrounded by the second inclined surface 1122 is symmetrical with respect to the symmetry plane 1124, so that the two sides of the blade 120 are symmetrically bent and deformed, and the cutting edges 121 on the two sides of the blade 120 have a uniform bending angle.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the second inclined surface 1122 includes a third side 11221 and a fourth side 11222 opposite to each other. The third side 11221 is disposed away from the symmetry plane 1124 with respect to the fourth side 11222 and is inclined toward the base 111. It can be seen that the second bending portion 1123 of the present embodiment has a concave structure, so that both sides of the blade 120 are more easily bent and deformed downward.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the cover 112 further has a reference surface 1125 perpendicular to the symmetry surface 1124. Two second inclined surfaces 1122 are disposed between the first inclined surface and the symmetric surface 1124, so that one side surface of the gland 112 of the present embodiment has two first inclined surfaces and four second inclined surfaces 1122, and one first inclined surface and two second inclined surfaces 1122 form a group, and two groups of inclined surfaces are symmetric with respect to the symmetric surface 1124. The first inclined surface forms an included angle theta with the reference surface 11251Is 4-6 degrees, so that the included angle formed by the first inclined surface and the reference surface 1125 is theta1Is controlled within the range of 4-6 degrees, so that the bending angle of the blade 121 is ensuredMore suitable for the user to shave. Meanwhile, the angle formed by the second inclined surface 1122 close to the first inclined surface and the reference surface 1125 is θ2Is controlled within the range of 15-17 degrees. In addition, the angle formed by the second inclined surface 1122 close to the symmetry plane 1124 and the reference plane 1125 is θ3And is controlled within a range of 7 to 9 deg., so that the second press-bent portion 1123 is controlled to have a proper inclination angle, so that the bending deformation of the blade 120 is better generated.
It should be noted that the reference plane 1125 is a virtual plane on the gland 112, perpendicular to the symmetry plane 1124, and is mainly used for measuring the inclination angles of the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane 1122 on the gland 112. Wherein reference face 1125 is parallel to the plane of undeformed blade 120 when gland 112 is pressed against blade 120.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the included angle between the first inclined surface and the reference surface 1125 is θ1Is 5 degrees; the second inclined surface 1122 adjacent to the first inclined surface forms an angle θ with the reference surface 11252Is in the range of 16 degrees; the second inclined surface 1122 near the symmetry plane 1124 forms an angle θ with the reference plane 11253Is 8 deg..
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, two second inclined surfaces 1122 are disposed between the symmetric surface 1124 and the first inclined surface, and the first inclined surface and the two second inclined surfaces 1122 are sequentially spliced. At this time, the second side 11212 is joined to the third side 11221 of one of the second inclined surfaces 1122; the fourth side 11222 of the second inclined surface 1122 is joined to the third side 11221 of another second inclined surface 1122.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the pressing cover 112 is provided with a first positioning portion 1126. The base 111 is provided with a second positioning portion 1111 positioned and engaged with the first positioning portion 1126. Therefore, when the cover 112 is pressed on the base 111, the first positioning portion 1126 cooperates with the second positioning portion 1111 to stably position the cover 112 on the base 111, thereby preventing the cover 112 from moving on the base 111 and affecting the shaving effect.
Optionally, the first positioning portion 1126 is a bump, and the second positioning portion 1111 is a groove; alternatively, the first positioning portion 1126 is a groove, and the second positioning portion 1111 is a bump.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the number of the first positioning portions 1126 and the number of the second positioning portions 1111 are four, and the four first positioning portions 1126 are respectively disposed at four corners of the cover 112, so that the stability of the combination between the cover 112 and the base 111 is further improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the base 111 is provided with whisker guide slots 1114. The whisker guide 1114 is intended to be located on the side of the blade 121 remote from the gland 112. Therefore, the hair guide 1114 contacts the beard or hair before the blade 121, and the beard or hair is laid down into the hair guide 1114 in advance through the hair guide 1114, and the root of the beard or hair is exposed, so that the blade 121 shaves the beard or hair more easily, and the shaving effect is greatly improved.
Further, referring to fig. 5, there are a plurality of hair guide slots 1114, and the plurality of hair guide slots 1114 are spaced along the length of the base 111 such that more hairs or beards are laid down in the hair guide slots 1114, thereby exposing more hair roots or hair roots to improve the shaving efficiency. To facilitate understanding of the longitudinal direction of the base 111 of the present embodiment, taking fig. 5 as an example, the longitudinal direction of the base 111 is S in fig. 52In the direction of any arrow in (1).
Further, referring to fig. 5, the whisker guide grooves 1114 are two sets, and the two sets of whisker guide grooves 1114 are respectively disposed corresponding to the two blades 121 one by one.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, at least two shifting protrusions 1113 are spaced apart from each other on the base 111, wherein the two shifting protrusions 1113 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the blade 121. Thus, the two stop protrusions 1113 stop at two opposite sides of the blade edge 121, so that the cutting injury of the user when using the side surface of the razor head 100 or taking the razor head 100 from the side surface is avoided, and the use safety performance of the razor is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, there are four shift projections 1113, and two shift projections 1113 are located on two sides of one blade 121; the other two shift projections 1113 are located on either side of the other blade 121.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, a cleaning trough 1115 is disposed on the base 111. The cleaning bath 1115 is used for discharging the debris on the blade 121. Thus, when the razor is cleaned, the cleaning water drives the residual scraps remained on the blade edge 121 to be discharged from the cleaning groove 1115, so as to ensure that the razor head 100 is clean and clean.
Specifically, the cleaning groove 1115 is located on the side of the blade 121 opposite to the pressing cover 112. Meanwhile, the cleaning tank 1115 is a strip tank or the like.
Further, referring to fig. 5, there are two rinsing grooves 1115, the two rinsing grooves 1115 are disposed on the base 111 at intervals, and the two rinsing grooves 1115 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the two blades 121.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, a razor cartridge 100 includes a blade 120 and a razor mounting assembly 110 of any of the above embodiments. The pressing cover 112, the blade 120 and the base 111 are pressed in sequence. The cutting edge 121 of the blade 120 is exposed to the side of the gland 112. The two first press-bending portions 1121 respectively abut on both sides of the blade 120.
The razor cartridge 100 described above, using the above razor retaining group 110, places the blades 120 on the base 111 during assembly; the pressing cover 112 is pressed on the base 111, so that the blade 120 is firmly fixed between the pressing cover 112 and the base 111.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, a razor includes a handle 200 and the razor head 100 of the above embodiments. The razor retaining group 110 is mounted on the handle 200.
The razor described above, using the above razor retaining group 110, places the blades 120 on the base 111 during assembly; the pressing cover 112 is pressed on the base 111, so that the blade 120 is firmly fixed between the pressing cover 112 and the base 111.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the handle 200 includes a first fixing member 220, a handle sleeve 210, a second fixing member 230 and a connecting member 240.
