1. An alternative construction of an anti-toppling oral cleaning implement, the oral cleaning implement comprising:
a handle member;
a base member for providing placement of said handle member;
the handle clamping part is arranged on the handle piece;
the cleaning pieces are respectively provided with a cleaning butt-clamping part which can clamp the cleaning pieces on the corresponding grab handle clamping part, and a plurality of placing parts for clamping and placing the cleaning pieces, and the placing parts are formed on the base piece.
2. The alternative structure of the anti-toppling oral cleaning implement according to claim 1, wherein the oral cleaning implement has at least one picture and text portion thereon.

5. The replacement structure of the anti-toppling oral cleaning implement according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning member is provided with at least one auxiliary dental floss fixing portion.
6. The alternative structure of the anti-toppling oral cleaning implement according to claim 1, wherein the material of the cleaning member is environmentally friendly decomposable.
7. The replacement structure of the anti-toppling oral cleaning implement according to claim 1, wherein the grip engaging portion and the cleaning counter engaging portion are engaged with each other by pressing.
8. The alternative structure of the anti-toppling oral cleaning implement according to claim 1, wherein the base member comprises a weight member, a circular arc portion formed at a side of the weight member, and at least one base engaging portion formed at a side of the weight member remote from the circular arc portion for engaging with an end of the grip member.
9. The replacement structure of the anti-toppling oral cleaning implement according to claim 1, wherein each of the cleaning members has a cleaning rod body and a cleaning portion detachably connected to the cleaning rod body.
