Technical Field
The present application relates to a medical instrument, especially relates to an inflatable wound oppression device.
Background
Subcutaneous fluid accumulation may exist in head wounds after neurosurgery, the reasons are many, but if the head wounds happen, pressure dressing is needed, the head wounds are not well pressurized, subcutaneous fluid accumulation is easy to generate due to insufficient pressurization, and patients are very painful. The common way of pressurizing is a net cap, which is worn on the head and presses the dressing on the wound. This has some effect on securing the dressing, but little effect is achieved with respect to compression.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, the present application aims to provide an inflatable wound compression device, which can effectively compress a wound and reduce the occurrence of fluid accumulation.

the net cap comprises a net cap body and a side belt; the net cap body is worn on the head of a user and comprises an upper layer of net cloth and a lower layer of net cloth; the upper layer of screen cloth is provided with a plurality of meshes; the upper layer of mesh cloth and the lower layer of mesh cloth are fixed together at the edges of the mesh cloth; the side belt comprises a first connecting belt and a second connecting belt; the upper end of the first connecting belt is fixed on the left side of the net cap body, and the upper end of the second connecting belt is fixed on the right side of the net cap body; the lower end of the first connecting belt and the lower end of the second connecting belt can be combined together at the lower side of the lower part of a user;
the air bag is accommodated between the upper layer mesh cloth and the lower layer mesh cloth of the net cap body; a first joint is formed on the upper side of the air bag; the first joint is a positive pressure joint and is used for injecting gas into the air bag; the first joint extends upwards, penetrates through the first mesh on the upper layer of the net cloth and is exposed outside.
Preferably, the balloon comprises a second joint; the second joint extends upwards, penetrates through the second mesh of the upper layer of screen cloth and is exposed outside; the pressure regulating bottle is detachably mounted on the second joint; a spring and a piston are arranged in the pressure regulating bottle; the piston is slidably disposed in the pressure-regulating cylinder, and the spring is supported between the piston and a bottom surface of the pressure-regulating cylinder.
Preferably, the first connecting band and the second connecting band are respectively provided with an incision for passing through ears of a user.
By arranging the air bag in the net cap body, pressure can be applied to the wound through the air bag; because the mouth moves when eating and speaking, the pressure regulating bottle is connected to the air bag, when the mouth is opened, a part of air in the air bag flows into the pressure regulating bottle, and when the mouth is closed, the air is pushed into the air bag again under the action of the spring and the piston, so that enough air in the air bag can generate the desired pressure.

Detailed Description
The inflatable wound compression device of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The application of an inflatable wound compression device, it includes: a net cap 10 and an air bag 30.
The net cap 10 comprises a net cap body and a side belt; the net cap body is worn on the head of a user and comprises an upper layer of net cloth 10a and a lower layer of net cloth 10 b; the upper layer net cloth 10a is provided with a plurality of meshes; the upper layer mesh cloth 10a and the lower layer mesh cloth 10b are fixed together at the edges thereof; the side belt comprises a first connecting belt 21 and a second connecting belt 22; the upper end of the first connecting belt 21 is fixed on the left side of the net cap body, and the upper end of the second connecting belt 22 is fixed on the right side of the net cap body; the lower end of the first connecting band 21 and the lower end of the second connecting band 22 can be coupled together at the lower side of the user's lower part. When not in use, the lower end of the first connecting band 21 and the lower end of the second connecting band 22 can be detached.
The air bag 30 is accommodated between the upper layer mesh cloth 10a and the lower layer mesh cloth 10b of the net cap body; a first joint 31 is formed at the upper side of the air bag 30; the first joint 31 is a positive pressure joint for injecting gas into the airbag; when the nipple of the syringe is inserted into it, the first connector 31 is opened, air can be injected into the air bag 30 through the syringe, and after the syringe is pulled out, the first connector 31 is automatically closed, which is similar to a come and go connector or a connector of a bicycle inner tube; the first tab 31 extends upward to be exposed to the outside through the first mesh of the upper net.
The first connecting strip 21 and the second connecting strip 22 may be self-adhesive bandages. Other elastic belts, such as rubber bands with sticky hooks or sticky fur arranged at the lower ends, can also be used.
The airbag 30 includes a second connector 32; the second tab 32 extends upward, passes through the second mesh of the upper layer cloth 10a and is exposed to the outside; the pressure-regulating bottle 40 is detachably mounted on the second joint 32; a spring 41 and a piston 42 are arranged in the pressure regulating bottle 40; a piston 42 is slidably provided in the pressure-adjusting cylinder 40, and a spring 41 is supported between the piston 42 and the bottom surface of the pressure-adjusting cylinder 40. The pressure regulating bottle 40 may be transparent. Moreover, the pressure value in the air bag can be reflected by the position of the piston in the bottle, so that when air is injected into the air bag, whether the air injection is stopped or not can be determined according to the position of the piston. Generally, the position of the piston at the middle position in the bottle is taken as the position to stop the gas injection; an appropriate spring can be selected so that when the piston is located at the middle position of the bottle body, the corresponding pressure value is an appropriate pressure value.
The first connecting band 21 and the second connecting band 22 are respectively provided with a cut 22a for passing through the ear of the user.
When in use, the patient is firstly provided with the net cap body, and the side belts are not connected together temporarily; the position of the air bag in the net cap body is adjusted according to the position of the wound of the patient, and the position of the air bag is fixed by the first joint and the second joint penetrating through the corresponding meshes; a connecting side strap connecting the first connecting strap and the second connecting strap together under the chin of the patient; a pressure regulating bottle is arranged on the second joint, and the piston is positioned at the position closest to the bottle mouth; injecting gas into the air bag through the first connector by using the injector which sucks the air so that the gas enters the air bag and the pressure regulating bottle; so that the piston in the pressure regulating bottle is positioned at the middle position of the pressure regulating bottle. When the mouth of the patient is opened, the chin moves downwards, the air bag is compressed through the side belt and the net cap body, a part of air in the air bag flows into the pressure regulating bottle, the piston is further pushed towards the bottom of the bottle, and the spring is further compressed; when the patient closes the mouth, the chin returns to the original position, the piston is pushed towards the bottle opening under the action of the spring, and a part of gas in the bottle is pushed into the air bag again.
