Background
The cables for the mobile equipment are very wide, the sheath used in the traditional mobile cable is a rubber insulation rubber sheath, so the cable is called a rubber jacketed flexible cable for short, and the rubber jacketed flexible cable has complex production process and large production line investment, and needs high temperature and high pressure to perform rubber insulation rubber sheath crosslinking (vulcanization) in the production process, so the energy consumption is high, and the product cost is high.

The present application provides a mobile flexible cable for solving the above technical problems.
The application provides a mobile flexible cable, include: the cable comprises a first plastic elastic sheath, a second plastic elastic sheath, a first elastic filling layer and at least one cable group;
the second plastic elastic sheath is sleeved outside the cable group;
the first plastic elastic sheath is sleeved outside the second plastic elastic sheath and is attached to the outer wall of the second plastic elastic sheath;
a first elastic filling layer is filled between the first plastic elastic sheath and the outer wall of the cable group;
the cable group includes: the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer is sleeved outside the stranded conductor; the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer is sleeved on the outer wall of the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer and is attached to the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer;
and a second elastic filling layer is filled between the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer and the stranded conductor.
Preferably, the cable set includes: a first cable set, the first cable set comprising: the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer is sleeved outside the stranded conductor; the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer is sleeved on the outer wall of the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer and is attached to the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer;
and a second elastic filling layer is filled between the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer and the stranded conductor.
Preferably, the cable set includes: a second cable set, the second cable set comprising: the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer is sleeved outside the stranded conductor; the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer is sleeved on the outer wall of the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer and is attached to the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer;
and a second elastic filling layer is filled between the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer and the stranded conductor.
Preferably, the cable set includes: a third cable set, the third cable set comprising: the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer is sleeved outside the stranded conductor; the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer is sleeved on the outer wall of the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer and is attached to the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer;
and a second elastic filling layer is filled between the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer and the stranded conductor.
Preferably, the cable set includes: the cable connector comprises a first cable set, a second cable set and a third cable set, wherein the circle center of the cross section of the first cable set is a first circle center, the circle center of the cross section of the second cable set is a second circle center, the circle center of the cross section of the third cable set is a third circle center, and the connecting line of the first circle center, the second circle center and the third circle center is an equilateral triangle;
the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer of the first cable group, the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer of the second cable group and the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer of the third cable group are externally tangent in pairs.
Preferably, the first plastic elastic sheath, the second plastic elastic sheath, the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer and the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer are thermoplastic elastomer material sleeves.
The beneficial effects that this application can produce include:
1) the application provides a remove flexible cable, used sheath is with the conductor that the copper strand wires are constituteed, the double-deck thermoplasticity elastic insulation layer of cladding outside the conductor and set up the double-deck thermoplasticity elastic sheath on the cable outer wall can regard as rated voltage 450/750V and following removal flexible cable to use, has reduced the cost of product by a wide margin, has promoted the performance of product, energy-conservation, consumption reduction, environmental protection, the electrical property, mechanical properties and the security of its product are superior to traditional removal flexible cable.
2) The application provides a remove flexible cable to double-deck insulating layer and double-deck sheath are made to the thermoplastic elastomer material, and current rubber sheath cable relatively can improve the resilience, compliance, electrical property, mechanical and physical properties and the weatherability of gained cable, and manufacturing cost is lower moreover.
3) The utility model provides a removal flexible cable through setting up double-deck thermoplasticity elastic insulation layer, double-deck thermoplasticity elastic sheath for the operating temperature of cable can reach 70 ℃, is far higher than the operating temperature of current traditional rubber sleeve cable 60 ℃, and this flexibility and the wearability of cable in the removal process are superior to traditional rubber sleeve cable simultaneously.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in detail with reference to examples, but the present application is not limited to these examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a mobile flexible cable, including: the cable comprises a first plastic elastic sheath 12, a second plastic elastic sheath 11, a first elastic filling layer 13 and at least one cable group; the second plastic elastic sheath 11 is sleeved outside the cable group; the first plastic elastic sheath 12 is sleeved outside the second plastic elastic sheath 11 and is attached to the outer wall of the second plastic elastic sheath 11; a first elastic filling layer 13 is filled between the first plastic elastic sheath 12 and the outer wall of the cable group;
the cable group includes: the cable comprises a first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21, a second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 and a stranded conductor 24, wherein the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 is sleeved outside the stranded conductor 24; the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21 is sleeved on the outer wall of the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 and is attached to the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21; a second elastic filling layer 23 is filled between the second thermoplastic elastic insulation layer 22 and the stranded conductor 24.
The cable is arranged by adopting the structure, and the second elastic filling layer 23 is filled between the stranded conductor 24 and the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22, so that the protection of the conductor can be improved, and the flexible conductor is particularly suitable for being manufactured by high-purity electrical copper and being manufactured by the processes of drawing, stranding, toughening and the like. Avoid when corresponding the cable, cause the damage to inside wire. Meanwhile, the double-layer thermoplastic elastic insulating layer is arranged outside the filling layer outside the wire, so that a small amount of current leaked by the wire can be insulated, and the use safety of the cable is improved.
Meanwhile, the first elastic filling layer 13, the first plastic elastic sheath 12 and the second plastic elastic sheath 11 are sequentially sleeved outside the cable group, so that the strength of the outer wall of the cable can be enhanced, and the cable group is favorable for adapting to various moving use environments.
Preferably, the cable set includes: a first cable group 20, the first cable group 20 including: the cable comprises a first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21, a second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 and a stranded conductor 24, wherein the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 is sleeved outside the stranded conductor 24; the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21 is sleeved on the outer wall of the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 and is attached to the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21; a second elastic filling layer 23 is filled between the second thermoplastic elastic insulation layer 22 and the stranded conductor 24.
Preferably, the cable set includes: the second cable complex 30, the second cable complex 30 includes: the cable comprises a first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21, a second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 and a stranded conductor 24, wherein the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 is sleeved outside the stranded conductor 24; the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21 is sleeved on the outer wall of the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 and is attached to the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21; a second elastic filling layer 23 is filled between the second thermoplastic elastic insulation layer 22 and the stranded conductor 24.
Preferably, the cable set includes: the third cable set 40, the third cable set 40 includes: the cable comprises a first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21, a second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 and a stranded conductor 24, wherein the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 is sleeved outside the stranded conductor 24; the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21 is sleeved on the outer wall of the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 and is attached to the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21; a second elastic filling layer 23 is filled between the second thermoplastic elastic insulation layer 22 and the stranded conductor 24.
Preferably, the cable set includes: the cable assembly comprises a first cable set 20, a second cable set 30 and a third cable set 40, wherein the circle center of the cross section of the first cable set 20 is a first circle center, the circle center of the cross section of the second cable set 30 is a second circle center, the circle center of the cross section of the third cable set 40 is a third circle center, and the connecting line of the first circle center, the second circle center and the third circle center is an equilateral triangle; the first thermoplastic elastic insulation layer 21 of the first cable set 20, the first thermoplastic elastic insulation layer 21 of the second cable set 30, and the first thermoplastic elastic insulation layer 21 of the third cable set 40 are circumscribed two by two.
According to the arrangement, the number of the cable groups arranged in the cable can be increased, and meanwhile, the occupied area of the 3 groups of cable groups in the cable is reduced, so that the filling area of the first elastic filling layer 13 in the cable is increased, and the protection effect of the cable groups is improved when more cable groups are arranged.
Specifically, the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21 of the first cable set 20 is respectively in circumscribed connection with the outer walls of the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21 of the second cable set 30 and the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21 of the third cable set 40; the first thermoplastic elastomer insulation layer 21 of the second cable set 30 and the first thermoplastic elastomer insulation layer 21 of the third cable set 40 are in outer wall circumscribe contact.
Preferably, the first plastic elastic sheath 12, the second plastic elastic sheath 11, the first thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 21 and the second thermoplastic elastic insulating layer 22 are thermoplastic elastomer material sleeves.
Preferably, the first and second elastic filling layers 13, 23 are thermoplastic elastomer materials.
The material is adopted as a protective sleeve and an insulating layer, so that the use safety of the cable can be guaranteed while insulation is realized, the phenomenon that the inside of the cable is broken or leaked when the inside of the cable moves is avoided, and meanwhile, the material is low in manufacturing cost and can reduce the production cost.
