Description

Texture anti-counterfeiting fabric
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an information inquiry type anti-fake technical field, concretely relates to another kind of innovative design of chinese patent "structure texture anti-fake method (authorization notice No. CN 1074563C)" and "structure texture anti-fake marker (authorization notice No. CN 2365711Y)", a texture anti-fake fabric.
Background
International patents (PCT/CN99/00102) such as chinese patent, US patent (certificate No. US6623041), russian patent (certificate No. 2202127), korean patent (certificate No. 0419436), vietnam patent (certificate No. 3347), and the like were obtained from the "structural texture anti-counterfeit method (CN 1074563C)" invented by the present inventor. The 'structural texture anti-counterfeiting marker (CN 2365711Y)' obtains a Chinese utility model patent. It selects the printing material with random structure texture (such as texture formed by black chemical fiber with length of 2-3mm and thickness of 0.1mm added in white paper) to make printed matter; printing a unique code on each printed matter; shooting and collecting the characteristic information of random structure texture on the printed matter, and storing the corresponding code (i.e. index code) into an anti-counterfeiting checking system database (a computer accessed to a telephone network or/and the Internet) as a texture information archive (i.e. a basis for identifying true and false); the public can inquire and verify the random structure texture on the printed matter through communication tools such as telephone, short message, multimedia message, WeChat, 4G, WAP, and computer on the internet, and whether the random structure texture is consistent with the texture information file recorded in the database, thereby verifying the authenticity. The patent 'grafting the ancient tiger-sign anti-counterfeiting principle with the modern communication technology and the computer technology', creating a new anti-counterfeiting field, and being evaluated as an anti-counterfeiting technical product which is 'originated in the world, advanced in the world, extremely difficult to forge, easy to identify and effective for a long time' by 'national anti-counterfeiting office' and national anti-counterfeiting industry association and organized national level evaluation and identification. After more than 20 years of popularization, the anti-counterfeiting paper becomes a mainstream anti-counterfeiting technical product in the domestic anti-counterfeiting market.
In the above-mentioned "structural texture anti-counterfeiting method (CN 1074563C)", the random structural texture in the printing material used for the printed matter is a full-page random structural texture formed by individual elements such as randomly distributed fibers, chips, irregular particles, bubbles, and impurities doped in the printing material such as paper. For a long time, there has been a difficult application: in order to identify fake textures copied by copying, a user needs to continuously publicize and warn the public that fibers (small and short) in paper are not printed ink marks, can be picked out by a needle, and please check the needle (the details can be checked in Baidu 2018 edition of 'Mofu brand new packaging certified products identification guideline video'). The contradiction between reality and ideal is as follows: if the fiber is very long, paper can not be made, and if the fiber is very short, the paper must be inspected by needle picking and can not be inspected by bare hands.
Since 99.9% of consumers do not have sharp tools such as needles at hand during shopping, counterfeit goods using counterfeit-grain anti-counterfeit prints copied by copying are mistakenly purchased by consumers because they cannot be checked by needles. In other words, the anti-counterfeiting effect of the existing 'structural texture anti-counterfeiting method' is greatly reduced because the step of identifying the true and false fibers is inconvenient because consumers are required to choose and check the true and false of the texture by needles.
For a long time, the defect of distinguishing true and false textures is overcome, and the anti-counterfeiting effect of a structural texture anti-counterfeiting method is greatly reduced. How to enable the public to discriminate true and false textures by hands is an application problem which troubles the texture anti-counterfeiting industry for over a decade.
In addition, the texture (fiber) paper required for implementing the existing 'structural texture anti-counterfeiting method' (CN1074563C) is special paper, in order to meet the sensory identification requirements of 'visible to the naked eye, needle-picking' and the like, the fiber standard is set to be deep color chemical short fibers with the length of 1.2-2.6mm and the thickness of 60-70 mu m (the width which can be easily identified by human eyes), longer fibers can be agglomerated when being stirred and cannot be stirred with paper pulp, and therefore, the existing papermaking process cannot produce longer fiber texture paper. The texture paper made of the fiber needs to adopt a three-layer cylinder paper machine, the fiber is stirred in the middle layer paper pulp according to the proportion of 3-7 percent, and full-page texture paper (see figure 11) with the middle layer containing randomly distributed fiber can be produced, wherein, the bottom layer paper pulp and the surface layer paper pulp play a role in protecting the fiber in the middle layer paper pulp and can prevent the fiber from falling off accidentally. This process for producing textured paper has a serious drawback: the fiber can pass through a pulp tank, a pulp conveying pipeline, a paper machine and a waste pulp recovery tank along with paper pulp, after one batch of texture paper is produced, the residual fiber in the pulp tank, the pulp conveying pipeline, the paper machine, the waste pulp recovery tank and the like must be thoroughly cleaned, otherwise, the residual fiber must be mixed into another batch of newly-manufactured non-texture common white paper, and the common white paper is polluted and discarded. A certain paper mill in the country supplying the applicant with textured paper was called: the texture paper is characterized by paper making for two days, cleaning for three days and being irretrievable. The paper mill has the quality accident that three residual fibers pollute the common white paper, which leads to residual fibers in certain domestic cigarette paper, so that 180 tons of returned cigarette paper of the paper mill is left, and the economic loss of the paper mill is more than 200 ten thousand RMB.
In order to avoid the loss of a paper mill and overcome the problem that fibers pollute workshops and production equipment in a paper making process technology, enterprises to which the applicant belongs also develop and apply to obtain local texture anti-counterfeiting prints (an authorization notice number CN101556750B), and the applicant invests tens of millions of yuan of RMB and develops and applies for more than ten years to obtain the technological technology and production equipment patents of more than ten pieces of local large-size fiber embossing systems and prints thereof (an authorization notice number CN103042814B) and the like related to local (non-full edition/non-paper making) textures.
In order to facilitate the public to discriminate true and false textures by hands, improve the anti-counterfeiting effect of a 'structural texture anti-counterfeiting method' and overcome the difficult problem of disturbing texture anti-counterfeiting application, the inventor applies for a 'hand-tearing texture anti-counterfeiting method and a product and a material thereof (patent authorization publication No. CN 109215493B)'. It' compiles and prints at least one code with uniqueness to each printed matter, collects the characteristic information of the random structure texture on each printed matter and stores the characteristic information and the code into the database of the anti-counterfeiting checking system correspondingly to be used as the texture information file of the printed matter for the public to check the authenticity; includes embedding fancy yarn under the transparent surface layer of the printed matter; flattening and shaping the fancy yarns and the individual elements on the fancy yarns so as to form a flat-shaped random structure texture string which is stable in shape and penetrates through the whole printed matter, namely a flat texture string; the thickness of the area where the flat texture string is located on the printed matter is thicker than that of the surrounding area by 0-80 μm, or 20-75 μm, or 30-73 μm, or 40-70 μm, or 50-68 μm; collecting the characteristic information of the flat texture string in each printed matter, and storing the characteristic information as a texture information file in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database; the public uses a smart phone to check the characteristics of the flat texture strings in the printed matter and whether the flat texture strings are consistent with the texture information files or not to an anti-counterfeiting checking system; public announcement: if the flat grain string is a tearable or/and toggleable object, the inspected printed matter is genuine, otherwise it is counterfeit ".
The hand-tearing texture anti-counterfeiting method and the product thereof overcome the difficulty of texture anti-counterfeiting application and avoid the defect of screening true and false textures by needle selection, but in application practice, the following six defects are found.
1. The printed matter (practice proves that the printed matter can only be paper) is not textile, is difficult to be organically combined with fabrics such as clothes and the like, is difficult to be integrally applied, and is easy to be recycled for counterfeiting.
2. The printed matter uses the flat texture string as an anti-counterfeiting identification feature, is a narrow one-dimensional feature, is an additional feature buried under the surface layer of the printed material, is a foreign matter feature, is not an inherent feature of the printed material, is easy to change, has small anti-counterfeiting strength and relatively low counterfeiting difficulty, and is not suitable for anti-counterfeiting of high-price products with the value of tens of thousands yuan and tens of thousands yuan.
3. If the 'flat texture string' is too thick for use, the bulge is serious after being buried in the paper, the bulge part cannot be printed, and if the 'flat texture string' is too thin for use, the flat texture string is easy to break, the production is easy to stop, the efficient production is not facilitated, and the tearing-out inspection by consumers is not facilitated.
4. After the 'flat texture string' is torn off to verify authenticity, the label remaining on the product is broken, the appearance of the product is damaged, and the product is inconvenient to deliver as a gift and continue to be used.
5. After the 'flat grain string' is torn out, a large amount of paper scraps are adhered to the individual elements, the paper scraps and the individual elements are mixed together, hand feeling is also the pimple, the paper scraps pimple or the individual element pimple cannot be clearly distinguished when a hand touches the test, and therefore authenticity cannot be easily distinguished.
6. The individual elements on the 'flat grain string' are too few, sometimes almost none, to look like a smooth straight line, and the product quality is low in percent of pass. The linear label without the individual elements belongs to waste products, and must be manually selected and removed, so that great troubles are caused to production, and the cost is indirectly increased.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
One of the purposes of the utility model is that: the texture anti-counterfeiting fabric is provided, so that the public can conveniently discriminate true and false textures by bare hands, the anti-counterfeiting strength is improved, and the application problem of texture anti-counterfeiting is solved by using another anti-counterfeiting product.
The technical scheme of the utility model relates to a texture anti-fake fabric is as follows.
A texture anti-counterfeiting fabric is provided with a unique code 4 on a fabric 2, the characteristic information of a texture 1 on each fabric 2 is collected and is correspondingly stored and filed in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database as a texture information file of a product so as to be used for the public to check the authenticity; the textured security fabric further comprises:
firstly, weaving fancy yarns 5 on a fabric 2 to form individual elements 10; in other words, the fabric 2 is woven by the fancy yarn 5; that is, a fabric 2, i.e. a textile, with randomly distributed (e.g. randomly bendable/deformable/fluffy/fluttering) individual elements 10 is woven with fancy yarn 5; in other words, the fabric 2 employs the effect yarn 5; as is known, the fancy yarn 5 has the characteristic of softness and fluffiness, has no fixed form, can be bent at will for spinning, and forms of individual elements 10 such as fluff, thread ends, twigs, loops, pimples, color dots and the like on the fancy yarn are fluctuated in a three-dimensional space, and are extruded, protected and shaped, so that the shapes of the fancy yarn can have more individuality and stability. Fancy yarn 5 can be various yarns that have individual element 10 such as package yarn, covering yarn, bamboo joint yarn, big belly yarn, color point yarn, wave form yarn, pigtail yarn, towel yarn, hair yarn, circle yarn, knot yarn, feather yarn, toothbrush yarn, pine yarn, oblique hair yarn, necklace yarn, rail yarn, spiral yarn, centipede yarn, chain yarn, gold and silver yarn, double-layered yarn, colour mixture yarn, stamp yarn, rainbow yarn, warp yarn, combination yarn.
Secondly, a transparent protective layer 8 is arranged on the fabric 2 and the individual elements 10 thereof, and the individual elements 10 are protected by the transparent protective layer 8 and shaped into fixed texture blocks 9; the fixed individual elements 10 in the coverage range of the transparent protective layer 8 are set as fixed texture blocks 9; the characteristic information of the immobile texture block 9 is collected and stored as a texture information file in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database; so that the public can check whether the characteristics of the immobile texture blocks 9 on the fabric 2 are consistent with the texture information files of the immobile texture blocks by an intelligent terminal (such as a smart phone) to the anti-counterfeiting checking system so as to identify the authenticity of the product. In other words, the transparent protective layer 8 is used to fix the floatable personality element 10 in the designated area on the fabric 2 so that it can not float any more, so that it has stability meeting the anti-counterfeiting requirement for being used as an anti-counterfeiting identification feature; otherwise, the individual element 10 cannot be used as an anti-counterfeiting identification feature without being fixed; similarly, the fingerprint has the stability which is not changed for the whole life, so the fingerprint is taken as the legal basis for identity authentication at home and abroad; on the contrary, if the fingerprint changes along with the age, the fingerprint cannot be used for identity identification; the study showed that: if the individual element 10 on the fabric 2 is not fixed, the position and the shape of the individual element 10 of the picture are changed (namely, the picture is not stable) when a consumer purchases the picture and the picture is compared with the file picture shot by a factory before leaving the factory, so that the software cannot compare the true and the false; the public checks whether the characteristic of the shaped individual element 10 in the fixed texture block 9 on the fabric 2 is consistent with the corresponding texture information file or not through an intelligent terminal (such as a smart phone) to an anti-counterfeiting checking system so as to identify the authenticity of the product. The public can not only call the texture photo of the immobile texture block 9 from the anti-counterfeiting checking system database and self-observe whether the characteristics of the individual elements 10 are consistent or not so as to identify the authenticity of the product, but also can shoot the photo of the immobile texture block 9 by using a smart phone and upload the photo to the anti-counterfeiting checking system, and the anti-counterfeiting checking system software automatically compares whether the characteristics of the individual elements 10 are consistent with the texture information file thereof so as to identify the authenticity of the product.
In other words, the authentication steps of the authenticity personality element 10 are as follows: the transparent self-adhesive label is uncovered, and the individual elements 10 are pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface of the label; the erected (i.e. pulled up) personality element 10 is touched and shaken by hand to confirm the mobility of the personality element 10. On the contrary, if a large number of individual elements 10 are left on the adhesive surface of the transparent self-adhesive label, the fabric 2 is inevitably free of the individual elements 10 and cannot be touched by hands, so that the individual elements 10 are proved to be the fake characteristics of the printing imitation.
Preferably, the texture security fabric further comprises:
the border line 6 between the fabric 2 and the transparent protective layer 8 is provided with a non-dislocation uninterrupted border crossing lace 14.
Wherein, the personality elements 10 at the outer side 6' of the boundary line 6 can be stirred by hands; the character 10 in the immobile texture zone 9 on the inner side 6 "of the border line 6 cannot be manipulated because it is held in place by the transparent protective layer 8.
That is, some fancy yarns 5 and their individual elements 10 smoothly cross the boundary line 6 on the boundary line 6 between the fabric 2 and the transparent protective layer 8, and for convenience of description, the fancy yarns 5 and their individual elements 10 smoothly cross the boundary line 6 are called as a cross-boundary fancy yarn 14; the cross-border figured yarn 14 has the characteristics of no dislocation and no interruption, is extremely difficult to forge, and is a first-level anti-counterfeiting characteristic required by the dreams of research personnel in the anti-counterfeiting industry; in other words, the border line 6 between the fabric 2 and the transparent protective layer 8 is provided with the non-dislocation uninterrupted border crossing flower yarns 14.
Preferably, in the texture security fabric, the transparent protective layer 8 comprises one or more of the following:
the transparent protective layer 8 is a strippable transparent self-adhesive label (comprising various transparent materials such as plastic paper); the stripped (uncovered) transparent self-adhesive label has no residual individual elements 10, and almost all the individual elements 10 are remained on the fabric 2.
The transparent protective layer 8 is a strippable transparent adhesive label, and a handle 7 is arranged on the edge of the transparent adhesive label. So as to lift up the transparent self-adhesive label to see whether the false personality elements 10 remain on the back surface, if so, the false personality elements 10 which are imitated are printed, so that the personality elements 10 on the fabric 2 can be touched and shifted by hands to check the authenticity of the personality elements.
The transparent protective layer 8 is a strippable transparent adhesive label, and the transparent adhesive label is adhered on the fabric 2 and is divided into a plurality of pieces which can be respectively taken off for use. For example: the method is respectively used for checking authenticity when a consumer purchases the product, when a merchant feeds the product and when a manufacturer returns the product.
The transparent protective layer 8 is a transparent coating or a transparent adhesive water-soaking layer; in other words, the transparent protective layer 8 is a transparent coating layer, such as a transparent drop molding layer, a transparent glue coating layer, a transparent latex layer, a transparent printing layer, and the like.
The transparent protective layer 8 is a detachable transparent glass sheet or transparent plastic sheet. The transparent glass or plastic sheet can be extruded onto the fabric 2 to form the nameplate of the machine.
Preferably, the texture security fabric, the immobile texture region 9 comprises one or more of the following:
the immobile texture block 9 is the immobile texture block 9 which is formed by directly adhering the transparent protective layer 8 to the local area of the fabric 2 corresponding to the textile product and is integrated with the textile product.
Secondly, the immovable texture blocks 9 are formed by compacting the fabric 2, the individual elements 10 and the transparent protective layer 8 together, so that the fancy yarns 5 and the individual elements 10 are unevenly extruded and randomly deformed. The fabric 2 and the individual elements 10 thereof and the transparent protective layer 8 can be compacted by a press roller/plate 3 of a printing device such as a thermoprinting machine, so that after the fancy yarns 5 and the individual elements 10 thereof are unevenly pressed and deformed, the characteristic information of the immobile texture blocks 9 on each fabric 2 is collected and stored as a texture information file in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database.
The technical terms of the fancy yarn 5, the individual elements 10, the texture 1, the texture information file, the anti-counterfeiting checking system and the database, etc. of the utility model, extend to the concept defined in the background technology 'hand-tearing texture anti-counterfeiting method and the product and material thereof (the Chinese invention authorization notice number CN 109215493B)', and are not repeated here.
Compared with the prior art, the utility model discloses following beneficial technological effect can produce.
One of the materials is that the texture anti-counterfeiting fabric is textile, can be organically combined with fabrics such as clothes, realizes integrated application, and can be used for counterfeiting after being recycled. For example: can be with the utility model discloses texture anti-fake fabric is direct machine embroidery/weaving on fabrics such as clothing shoes cap bedding articles for use, perhaps makes and weaves inherent auxiliary material and part of fabrics such as mark, lining belt, suit owner mark, trade mark.
Secondly, the fixed texture block 9 is a three-dimensional structure anti-counterfeiting feature, while the existing flat texture string is a narrower one-dimensional feature. The fancy yarn 5 and the individual elements 10 thereof in the static texture block 9 are woven on the fabric 2, cannot be torn off and transferred, are inherent characteristics of the textile, are not easy to change, have high anti-counterfeiting strength and high counterfeiting difficulty, and are suitable for anti-counterfeiting of ultra-high-price products. The flat grain string is embedded in the printed matter and can be torn off and transferred, and the structural characteristics of the flat grain string and the printed matter are different essentially. When the peelable transparent adhesive label is peeled off, the exposed individual element 10 is pulled by the adhesive surface and stands up (i.e., protrudes), and it can be easily touched by hand to confirm its mobility.
Thirdly, the defect that production halt is easily caused by 'flat texture strings' is overcome, efficient production is facilitated, consumers can conveniently lift up the transparent layer, and the individual elements 10 such as the circles on the circle yarn are stirred to carry out authenticity inspection.
And fourthly, creatively designing a first-level anti-counterfeiting characteristic, namely the cross-border fancy yarn 14 which is easy to identify and extremely difficult to counterfeit and is required by the sleepiness of research personnel in the anti-counterfeiting industry. The cross-border fancy yarn 14 has the characteristics of dislocation prevention and uninterrupted performance and is extremely difficult to forge. For "easy identification, extremely difficult to counterfeit" of the border crossing lace 14, see the discussion in example seven.
And fifthly, after the transparent protective layer 8 is lifted up to verify the truth, the product cannot be seen to be damaged in appearance, the appearance of the product is still intact, and the product can be continuously used as a gift sender and can be continuously used.
The six and three-dimensional immovable texture blocks 9 occupy much larger area than the one-dimensional flat texture strings, have much more individual elements 10, do not generate waste products without the individual elements 10, and have high product quality qualification rate.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The first embodiment.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, a morchella yarn is selected as an effect yarn 5, and is woven into a fabric 5 such as cloth for standby. The hair on the morchella yarn is randomly distributed, is soft and can float, and the distribution leaves on the surface of the cloth are random.
A PET transparent film adhesive sticker material with the thickness of 35 microns is prepared, preferably, the existing commercially available adhesive sticker transparent material is selected to be made into an adhesive sticker label, white ink with the square of 16mm is printed on the adhesive sticker label to serve as a white base 12 and a grid line 13, and a two-dimensional code with the square of 12mm and unique sequence is sprayed on the white base 12 to serve as a code 4.
Die-cutting the printed film adhesive sticker by using a die-cutting machine to prepare a transparent adhesive sticker label with a square size of 20mm, a handle 7 and four sides for later use.
The prepared PET transparent self-adhesive label is stuck to a preset position on prepared fabrics 5 such as cloth and the like, and is compacted and stuck firmly by a compression roller/compression plate 3 of a stamping machine.
Therefore, the calf wool yarns and the hair thereof in the area where the PET transparent adhesive label is attached on the fabric 5 are compacted and adhered firmly, the hair cannot float at will, and the flattened calf cannot deform, so that the immovable texture block 9 is formed and has the stability required by anti-counterfeiting characteristics.
Finally, a digital camera is used for shooting a high-definition digital photo with the pixel more than 1200 multiplied by 1200PPI for each immobile texture block 9, and the digital photo and the code 4 thereof are correspondingly stored in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database one by one and are used as a texture information file of the product for the public to check the authenticity.
When a consumer needs to identify the fabric 5 and other textiles, the consumer can use the anti-counterfeiting check WeChat small program in the smart phone to scan the two-dimensional code on the self-adhesive label, upload the characteristic information of the shaped individual elements 10 in the fixed texture block 9 to the anti-counterfeiting check system database, and compare the characteristic information with the texture information file by the anti-counterfeiting check system so as to obtain a true and false conclusion.
In this example, the character element 10 in the static texture zone 9 is an inherent feature of the textile, and the static texture zone 9 is a local area of the textile and is inseparable from the textile. When the authenticity is detected, the strippable transparent self-adhesive label can be uncovered, fuzz is pulled by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface of the label, and then the erected (namely, the erected) fuzz is touched by hands to confirm that the fuzz has mobility. On the contrary, if the calf and the hair are fake calf and hair printed on the PET transparent adhesive label, the calf and the hair are printed ink marks which are inevitably separated from the textile and cannot be pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface.
It is particularly emphasized that the manufacturer user should alert the consumer to the step of checking the printed simulated false immobile texture patches 9, for example: after the conclusion of the genuine product is checked, the transparent protective layer 8 such as the adhesive label and the like is also lifted, whether the belly and the hair in the touch-fixed texture block 9 really exist or not is judged, if the belly can be touched and the hair can float, the genuine product is really judged, and if not, the fake product is judged.
Example two.
A feather yarn is selected as the fancy yarn 5, and the fancy yarn is machine-embroidered on a white cloth 14 to be used as a main mark of the western-style clothes, for example, a banana trademark pattern with the diameter of 20mm as shown in figure 3 is embroidered. Because the feathers on the feather yarn are randomly distributed and are soft and can float, the feather yarn is randomly distributed on the cloth.
A35 micron thick PET transparent film sticker is prepared, and removable glue materials are also not used, because the thicker film sticker is removed from the product by force and is sprayed with a unique sequential code 4.
And die-cutting the printed film adhesive sticker by using a die cutting machine to prepare a transparent adhesive sticker label with the diameter of 26mm and a handle 7 for later use.
And sticking the prepared PET transparent self-adhesive label to the embroidered banana trademark pattern, and compacting and sticking the label by using a press roller/press plate 3 of a flat-pressing flat-stamping machine.
Therefore, the feathers on the banana trademark patterns covered by the self-adhesive label are compacted and adhered firmly and cannot float randomly, and the immovable texture block 9 is formed, so that the stability required by the anti-counterfeiting characteristic is achieved.
Finally, a digital camera is used for shooting a high-definition digital photo with pixels larger than 1200 multiplied by 1200PPI for the banana trademark patterns in the fixed texture blocks 9, and the digital photo and the code 4 thereof are stored and put on the database of the anti-counterfeiting checking system in a one-to-one correspondence manner to be used as a texture information file of the product for the public to check the authenticity.
When a consumer needs to identify the authenticity of the banana trademark textile (such as western-style clothes), the anti-counterfeiting checking WeChat small program in the smart phone can be used for uploading the characteristic information of the shaped individual elements 10 on the banana trademark patterns in the code 4 and the fixed texture block 9 to an anti-counterfeiting checking system database, and the characteristic information is compared with the texture information file by the anti-counterfeiting checking system, so that a true and false conclusion is obtained. The texture photo of the immobile texture block 9 can also be called from the anti-counterfeiting checking system database, and the identity of the feather of the individual element 10 on the banana trademark pattern can be self-observed to identify the authenticity of the product.
In this example, the feathers on the banana trademark pattern are fixed and inseparable from the textile, when the truth is checked, the strippable transparent adhesive sticker label can be taken off, the feathers are pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface of the label, and then the feathers which are erected (namely are already erected) are touched by hands, so that the movability of the feathers is confirmed, and the authenticity of the feathers is confirmed. On the contrary, if the fake feathers printed on the PET transparent adhesive sticker label are printed ink marks, the fake feathers are bound to be separated from the textile and cannot be pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface.
Example three.
The feather yarn is selected as the fancy yarn 5, and is machine-embroidered on the white cloth 14 to be used as a woven label, for example, the woven label with the letter LOVE shown in figure 4 is embroidered. Because the feathers on the feather yarn are randomly distributed and are soft and can float, the feather yarn is randomly distributed on the cloth.
A35-micron-thick PET transparent film adhesive sticker material is prepared, and a unique sequential code 4 is sprayed and printed on the adhesive sticker material.
And die-cutting the printed film adhesive sticker by using a die-cutting machine to prepare a rectangular transparent adhesive sticker label with a handle 7 for later use.
And sticking the prepared PET transparent self-adhesive label to the woven label of the embroidered letter LOVE, and compacting and sticking the label by a compression roller/pressing plate 3 of a flat pressing and flat stamping machine.
In order to ensure that the products using the trademark of the present embodiment can be checked by multiple persons during the passing process, the PET transparent self-adhesive label is preferably divided into a plurality of areas by the cutting lines 11 so as to use one area for each checking.
Therefore, the feathers covered by the adhesive label, woven on the label, on the letters LOVE and in disorder are compacted and adhered firmly without floating randomly, so that the fixed texture block 9 is formed, and the stability required by the anti-counterfeiting feature is realized.
Finally, a digital camera is used for shooting a high-definition digital photo with the pixel larger than 800 multiplied by 800PPI for the letters LOVE in the fixed texture blocks 9, and the digital photo and the code 4 thereof are correspondingly stored in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database one by one and are used as a texture information file of the product for the public to check the authenticity.
When a consumer needs to identify the LOVE brand textile, the anti-counterfeiting checking WeChat small program in the smart phone can be used for uploading the characteristic information of the code 4 and the characteristic information of the fixed texture block 9, on the LOVE brand pattern and after the individual elements 10 are shaped to the anti-counterfeiting checking system database, and the anti-counterfeiting checking system compares the characteristic information with the texture information file to obtain a true and false conclusion. The texture photo of the fixed texture block 9 can also be called from the database of the anti-counterfeiting checking system, and the identity of the feather of the individual element 10 on the LOVE letter is self-observed to determine the authenticity of the product.
In this example, the feathers on the LOVE brand pattern are fixed and inseparable from the textile. When the feather is detected to be true or false, the strippable transparent adhesive label can be uncovered, the feather is pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface of the label, and then the feather which is erected (namely is erected) is touched by hands to confirm the mobility of the feather and confirm the authenticity of the feather. On the contrary, if the fake feathers printed on the PET transparent adhesive sticker label are printed ink marks, the fake feathers are bound to be separated from the textile and cannot be pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface.
It is particularly emphasized that the manufacturer user should alert the consumer to the step of checking the printed simulated false immobile texture patches 9, for example: after the conclusion of the genuine product is checked, transparent protective layers 8 such as adhesive labels and the like are also required to be uncovered, whether the feathers in the touch-immobilized texture blocks 9 are really present or not is judged, if the feathers can float, the genuine product is really judged, and if not, the fake product is judged.
Example four.
A loop yarn as shown in FIG. 10 is selected as an effect yarn 5 to be woven into a fabric 2 such as a sweater. Because the circles on the circle yarn are randomly distributed and are soft and can float, the ring yarn is a personality element 10 for anti-counterfeiting.
A PET transparent film adhesive sticker material with the thickness of 35 microns is prepared, and a code 4 with a unique sequential two-dimensional code form is sprayed and printed on the PET transparent film adhesive sticker material.
And die-cutting the printed film adhesive sticker by using a die-cutting machine to prepare a rectangular transparent adhesive sticker label for later use.
And sticking the prepared PET transparent self-adhesive label to a designated area on the fabric 2 such as sweater and the like, and compacting and sticking the label by using a press roller/press plate 3 of a flat-pressing flat stamping machine to prepare the trademark shown in figures 5 and 6.
Therefore, the messy circles covered by the self-adhesive labels are compacted and adhered firmly without random change, and the immovable texture blocks 9 are formed, so that the anti-counterfeiting label has the stability required by anti-counterfeiting characteristics.
Finally, a digital camera is used for shooting a high-definition digital photo with the pixel more than 800 multiplied by 800PPI for each immobile texture block 9, and the digital photo and the code 4 thereof are correspondingly stored in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database one by one and are used as a texture information file of the product for the public to check the authenticity.
When a consumer needs to identify the authenticity of textiles such as sweater and the like, the anti-counterfeiting checking WeChat small program in the smart phone can be used for uploading the characteristic information of the code 4 and the fixed texture block 9 after the individual elements are shaped in 10 circles to the anti-counterfeiting checking system database, and the anti-counterfeiting checking system compares the characteristic information with the texture information file to obtain a true and false conclusion.
In this example, after the ring is fixed, it is inseparable from the textile, when the true or false is checked, the transparent self-adhesive label can be taken off, the ring can be pulled up by the adhesive force of the label surface, then the standing (i.e. the standing ring is held up) can be touched by hand, so as to confirm the movability of the ring and the authenticity of the ring. The public can manually snap/pinch the loop to confirm the authenticity of the loop. On the contrary, if the false circle printed on the PET transparent self-adhesive label is a printing ink mark, the false circle will be separated from the textile without being pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface.
It is particularly emphasized that the manufacturer user should alert the consumer to the step of checking the printed simulated false immobile texture patches 9, for example: after the conclusion of the genuine product is checked, the transparent protective layer 8 such as the self-adhesive label and the like is also lifted, whether the circle in the touch-fixed texture block 9 really exists or not is judged, if the circle can be buckled, the genuine product is really judged, and if not, the fake product is judged.
Example five.
A fabric 2 such as a spun nonwoven fabric is produced by a spinning process. Because the spinning is randomly distributed and is flexible and movable.
The prepared PET transparent self-adhesive label is adhered to a designated area on the fabric 2 such as the spinning non-woven fabric and the like, and is compacted and adhered firmly by a compression roller/compression plate 3 of a flat-pressing flat stamping machine to manufacture the trademark shown in figure 7.
Therefore, messy spinning covered by the self-adhesive label is compacted and adhered firmly without random change, and the static texture block 9 is formed, thereby having the stability required by anti-counterfeiting characteristics.
Finally, a digital camera is used to shoot a digital photo with the pixel more than 500 multiplied by 500PPI for each immobile texture block 9, and the digital photo and the code 4 thereof are correspondingly stored in the database of the anti-counterfeiting checking system one by one and are used as the texture information file of the product for the public to check the authenticity.
When a consumer needs to identify the authenticity of products such as spinning non-woven fabrics and the like, the anti-counterfeiting checking WeChat small program in the smart phone can be used for uploading the feature information of the individual elements 10 in the code 4 and the fixed texture block 9 after spinning and shaping to an anti-counterfeiting checking system database, and the feature information is compared with the texture information file by the anti-counterfeiting checking system, so that the true and false conclusion can be obtained.
In this example, the spun yarn is fixed and is not closely separable from the nonwoven fabric, and even after the transparent protective layer 8 such as a sticker label is peeled off, the spun yarn is not separated from the nonwoven fabric. On the contrary, if the false jet is printed on the transparent PET self-adhesive label, the false jet is a printing ink mark which is inevitably separated from the non-woven fabric and cannot be pulled up by the adhesive force of the adhesive surface.
It is particularly emphasized that the manufacturer user should alert the consumer to the step of checking the printed simulated false immobile texture patches 9, for example: after the conclusion of the genuine product is checked, transparent protective layers 8 such as adhesive labels and the like are also uncovered, whether the spinning in the touch-motionless texture block 9 really exists or not is judged, if the spinning can be buckled, the genuine product is really judged, and if not, the fake product is judged.
Preferably, the PET transparent adhesive label is adhered to the magic tape rough surface according to the embodiment, and the rough on the magic tape rough surface is used as the individual element 10 to be firmly adhered, so that the texture anti-counterfeiting fabric is manufactured.
Example six.
The utility model discloses emphasize to use the compression roller/pressfitting 3 of gilding press, with fabric 2 and individual element 10 and transparent protective layer 8 compaction together, make fancy yarn 5 and individual element 10 by inhomogeneous pressurization deformation to form obvious individualized characteristic and be used for anti-fake.
For this purpose, the press surface of the press roll/platen 3 or the like may be made as a rugged, non-uniform pressure press surface as shown in fig. 9.
Example seven.
The reason why the border crossing lace 14 is "easily identifiable and extremely difficult to counterfeit" is discussed below.
See the enlarged schematic view in the lower part of fig. 1 in combination with the first embodiment. The fabric 2 is stuck with a PET transparent film removable adhesive label, and the border line 6 of the label and the fabric 2 is crossed by some fancy yarns 5 and the individual elements 10 thereof, namely the border line 6 of the label and the fabric 2 is provided with uninterrupted non-dislocation border crossing fancy yarns 14. This feature is easily recognizable to the public at a glance.
Fig. 8 is a printed counterfeit of one of the cross-border flower yarns 14 of fig. 1. As can be seen in the figure, a plurality of printed false border effect yarns 14 are pressed at one end under the removable adhesive label of the PET transparent film and at the other end are true border effect yarns 14, and the true border effect yarns 14 are woven into the fabric 2. The result that the border-crossing figured yarn 14 is broken and misplaced is that the border-crossing figured yarn 14 which is pressed under the removable adhesive label of the PET transparent film is imitated and can only be imitated by a printing line; the length of the border-crossing tulle 14 that is woven into the fabric 2 can only be knitted by hand. Each stitch requires a simulated tight stitch, which is not likely to be misaligned, uninterrupted, and nearly impossible to complete with the printed simulated line.
It is well known that the effect yarns 5 and their individual elements 10 on current fabrics 2 are mobile, unstable and cannot be used as, and have not been used as, security features. The utility model protects and shapes the fancy yarn 5 and the individual element 10 on the movable existing fabric 2, so that the fancy yarn has immobility and stability, and can be used as an anti-counterfeiting checking characteristic. When the public checks the authenticity, in the process of lifting the removable adhesive label, the personality element 10 is pulled by the removable adhesive surface to be erected (namely raised), thereby restoring the mobility and the non-tearable characteristic, and being capable of being stirred by hands to confirm the authenticity. Just this innovative technical design of this example makes the utility model have "easily discern, the extremely difficult anti-fake technological advantage of forging".
Example eight.
As shown in FIG. 12, a knot yarn is selected as the effect yarn 5, and a fabric 5 such as cloth is woven for standby. The knots on the knot yarn are randomly distributed, are soft and mobile and are randomly distributed on the surface of the cloth.
A PET transparent film adhesive sticker material with the thickness of 35 microns is prepared, preferably, the existing commercially available adhesive-removable transparent material is selected to be made into an adhesive-removable label, white ink with the square of 16mm is printed on the adhesive-removable label to serve as a white substrate 12, and a two-dimensional code with the square of 12mm and unique sequence is sprayed and printed on the white substrate 12 to serve as a code 4.
And die-cutting the printed film adhesive sticker by using a die cutting machine to prepare a transparent adhesive sticker label with the diameter of 26mm and the periphery for later use.
The prepared transparent self-adhesive label is stuck to a preset position on prepared fabrics 5 such as cloth and the like, and is compacted and stuck firmly by a compression roller/compression plate 3 of a stamping machine.
Therefore, the knot yarns and the knots thereof in the area where the transparent adhesive label is attached on the cloth are compacted and firmly adhered, and cannot move randomly, and the flattened knots cannot deform, so that the immovable texture block 9 is formed, and the stability required by the anti-counterfeiting characteristic is achieved.
When a consumer needs to identify the fabric 5 and other textiles, the consumer can scan the two-dimensional code on the adhesive label by using the anti-counterfeiting check WeChat small program in the smart phone, upload the characteristic information of the fixed texture block 9 to the anti-counterfeiting check system database, and compare the characteristic information with the texture information file by the anti-counterfeiting check system, thereby obtaining the true and false conclusion.
In this example, the individual elements 10 such as knots in the immobile texture block 9 are inherent features of the textile itself, and the immobile texture block 9 is a local area of the textile and is inseparable from the textile. When the authenticity is checked, the strippable transparent self-adhesive label can be taken off, and then the knot is buckled by a nail to confirm that the knot has mobility. On the contrary, if the knot yarn and the knot are the false knot yarn and the knot printed on the transparent adhesive label, the knot yarn and the knot are a printing ink mark, the phenomenon of dislocation and discontinuity of the border line 6 inevitably occurs, such as the phenomenon of dislocation and discontinuity of the border cross lace 14 shown in fig. 9, and the public can see that the knot yarn and the knot are false at a glance.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
