In addition, in this context, it will also be understood that when an element is referred to as being "on" or "under" another element, it can be directly on "or" under "the other element or be indirectly on" or "under" the other element via an intermediate element.
In one embodiment, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the refrigerator 200 includes a cabinet 4 having a storage chamber 41, and the storage chamber 41 may have an opening 411 opened forward. The refrigerator 200 further includes a door 100 to close the storage chamber 41.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the door 100 includes a front wall 1 and a liner 3, and the liner 3 faces the storage chamber 41 when the door 100 is closed.
The door 100 further includes a gasket 2 fixed to the inner container 3, the gasket 2 may be made of an elastic material, and the gasket 2 may have a magnetic material therein.
When the door 100 is closed, the packing 2 abuts against the cabinet 4 to prevent the leakage of the cool air from between the door 100 and the cabinet 4.
The inner container 3 has a rearwardly projecting boss 31, the boss 31 is located within the loop defined by the sealing ring 2, the boss 31 extends into the storage chamber 41 when the door 100 is closed, and the boss 31 can extend along a corresponding inner wall 412 of the storage chamber 41.
The bosses 31 may include boss sections 310 that are connected end to end and disposed along respective sides of the liner 3, each boss section 310 extending along a respective inner wall 412 of the storage compartment 41.
The boss 31 may have an outer side wall 311 facing the corresponding inner wall 412, the outer side wall 311 being adjacent to the seal ring 2, the boss 31 further comprising an inner side wall 312 opposite the outer side wall 311.
The inner sidewall 312 may be at least partially planar to improve the flatness of the inner sidewall 312.
The inner sidewall 312 may have a mounting block (not shown) for mounting the door 100 receptacle (not shown).
The outer side wall 311 is provided with a rib 311a protruding toward the corresponding inner wall 412, and the gap between the boss 31 and the inner wall 412 can be reduced by the arrangement of the rib 311a, which is advantageous to reduce air passing through the gap between the boss 31 and the inner wall 412 and contacting with the sealing tape, thereby being advantageous to improve the sealing performance of the refrigerator 200.
The ribs 311a may be provided to each boss section 310, or to one or more thereof.
The length of the rib 311a on the corresponding boss section 310 may be equal to or close to the length of the boss section 310.
The boss 31 may include at least two ribs 311a spaced apart from each other, which is advantageous for improving the rigidity of the boss 31 and preventing deformation.
Specifically, the length of each rib 311a is greater than the interval between adjacent ribs 311a, and by ensuring the length of the rib 311a on the boss 31, the influence on the sealing performance of the rib 311a due to too short length is avoided.
The length of each convex rib 311a can reach at least one fourth of the length of the boss 31, and two or three convex ribs 311a can be arranged on the boss 31, so that the strength of the boss 31 is improved while the sealing effect is ensured.
It should be noted that, the rib 311a and the boss 31 are integrally formed, which not only simplifies the processing process, but also improves the strength of the boss 31.
As shown in fig. 4, the boss 31 may include a slot 315 between the rib 311a and the root of the boss 31. The gasket 2 may include a sealing fin 21 adapted to protrude into the slot 315, thereby improving the sealing performance of the refrigerator 200.
Specifically, the portion of the inner sidewall 312 opposite to the rib 311a is a plane, and the inner sidewall 312 may further be provided with a fixing block for fixing the door 100 container of the refrigerator 200, so as to facilitate the fixing of the door 100 container.
As shown in fig. 4, when the door 100 is closed, the entire rib 311a is located inside the storage chamber 41.
When the door 100 is closed, the rib 311a and the opening 411 have a gap G therebetween in the front-rear direction, and the sealing wing 21 may protrude into the gap G, which is advantageous to further improve the sealability of the refrigerator 200.
When the door 100 is closed, a gap is formed between the corresponding inner wall 412 of the storage chamber 41 and the boss 31, and the gap includes a first section 313 that is gradually lowered and a second section 314 that is gradually increased in a direction from the rear wall of the storage chamber 41 toward the opening 411. Located between the first section 313 and the second section 314 may be a smallest third section 316. Thereby, the sealability of the door 100 of the refrigerator 200 is improved.
Further, the minimum clearance between the rib 311a and the inner wall 412 of the illustrated case 4 is not more than 2 mm. By minimizing the distance of the gap, the sealability of the refrigerator 200 can be ensured.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
