The utility model provides an embodiment of wind device looses, the wind device that looses improves the no wind sense effect of loosing, and then promotes the travelling comfort of the wind device that looses. The air diffusing device can be applied to air outlet equipment as a device for diffusing air flow outwards. The air outlet equipment can be air conditioner or air purifier and other equipment with air outlet function. For avoiding redundant description, in the following embodiments, the air diffuser is mainly applied to a floor type air conditioner for reference.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in an embodiment of the air diffuser of the present invention, the air diffuser includes an air diffuser frame 100 and an air diffuser module 200. The air dispersing frame 100 comprises a first air dispersing plate 110 and a second air dispersing plate 120, and an air passing cavity 130 is formed between the first air dispersing plate 110 and the second air dispersing plate 120; the first air dispersing plate 110 is provided with air dispersing holes, and the second air dispersing plate 120 is provided with a vent 130; the air diffuser module 200 includes an impeller 210, the impeller 210 is rotatably disposed in the air passing cavity 130, and the impeller 210 is used for diffusing the airflow.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, the air-dispersing frame 100 is adapted to be rotatably mounted on a floor-type air conditioner, so that when the air-dispersing frame 100 is driven to rotate, the air-dispersing frame 100 can be switched to disperse air from the first air-dispersing plate 110 or from the first air-dispersing plate 110 to the outside, thereby implementing different non-wind-sensation air supply modes. The first air diffuser plate 110 and the second air diffuser plate 120 may be integrally formed, or may be separately formed and then assembled. In order to reduce the difficulty of molding and facilitate manufacturing, the first air diffuser plate 110 and the second air diffuser plate 120 of the air diffuser frame 100 are separately molded and then detachably assembled into a single body.
For the first air diffuser plate 110, the first air diffuser plate 110 has a plurality of air diffusing holes, and the plurality of air diffusing holes are distributed on the surface of the first air diffuser plate 110. The airflow is broken up into a fine-thread airflow after passing through the first air dispersing plate 110, so that the airflow speed is reduced, and the wind feeling is soft. It should be noted that the air diffusing holes of the first air diffusing plate 110 are micropores with a small pore size. The diameter of the air dispersing holes can be designed to be 2 mm-5 mm, and the air dispersed by the first air dispersing plate 110 is comfortable, so that comfortable and non-wind-sense air supply can be realized. For another example, the diameter of the air-dispersing holes of the first air-dispersing plate 110 is designed to be 5mm to 10mm, and at this time, the wind emitted by the first air-dispersing plate 110 is soft, so that soft and non-wind blowing can be realized.
For the second air diffuser plate 120, the second air diffuser plate 120 is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings 130, and the ventilation openings 130 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second air diffuser plate 120. It should be noted that the vent 130 is an opening having a diameter larger than the air-dispersing hole. The ventilation opening 130 may be configured in a circular shape, an oval shape, or a square shape, without limitation. The ventilation opening 130 is provided in particular here as a circle. The number of the vents 130 is not limited, and may be 2 to 10, and may be specifically configured according to the specification size of the air conditioner. In addition, the second air diffuser 120 may be provided with air diffusing holes extending therethrough, and the air diffusing holes are distributed around the air vent 121. So that the air flow can not only pass through the ventilation openings of the second louver 120, but also be emitted from the louver holes of the second louver 120.
For the diffuser module 200, the impeller 210 of the diffuser module 200 is rotatably disposed in the air passing cavity 130 between the first diffuser plate 110 and the second diffuser plate 120, and the rotation axis of the impeller 210 extends along the direction from the first diffuser plate 110 to the second diffuser plate 120. When the airflow passes through the movable impeller 210, the movable impeller 210 rotates and scatters the airflow, so that the airflow rotates and diffuses around the movable impeller, the air supply range is effectively enlarged, the air speed is reduced, the wind sensation is further effectively reduced, and the effect of noise improvement and no wind sensation is achieved.
In the assembling structure of the movable impeller 210, the movable impeller 210 may be rotatably connected to the first diffuser plate 110 or the second diffuser plate 120, or the movable impeller 210 may be rotatably connected to a mounting bracket by disposing the mounting bracket in the air passing cavity 130 between the first diffuser plate 110 and the second diffuser plate 120. Here, the movable impeller 210 may be rotatably connected to the second diffuser plate 120, the movable impeller 210 may be directly connected to the second diffuser plate 120, or a support structure for rotatably connecting the movable impeller 210 is configured on the second diffuser plate 120, and the support structure may be a grid frame or a cross-shaped bracket or a stationary impeller 220 (described in detail later), and the like.
According to the technical scheme of the utility model, the air diffusing module 200 is configured on the air diffusing frame 100 of the air diffusing device, wherein the air diffusing frame 100 comprises a first air diffusing plate 110 and a second air diffusing plate 120, an air passing cavity 130 is formed between the first air diffusing plate 110 and the second air diffusing plate 120, the first air diffusing plate 110 is provided with air diffusing holes, and the second air diffusing plate 120 is provided with ventilation openings; the movable impeller 210 of the dispersing module 200 is rotatably disposed in the air passing cavity 130, and the movable impeller 210 is disposed opposite to the air vent 130, so that when the dispersing device is operated, the air flow is dispersed by the rotation of the movable impeller 210, and not only the air flow can be dispersed to reduce the wind speed, but also the air flow dispersion range can be increased.
For the conventionality through the scattered wind of individual layer board, the utility model provides a wind device looses can successively twice at least scatter the diffusion to the air current through scattered wind frame 100 and the wind module 200 that looses to effectively reduce the wind speed, enlarge the air supply scope, improve the no wind sense effect that looses, and then promote the travelling comfort of wind device that looses. In addition, the airflow blown by the second diffuser plate 120 is rotated and diffused by the impeller 210 of the diffuser module 200, and the wind speed of the diffused airflow is reduced, so that the airflow does not concentrate and directly impact on the first diffuser plate 110, and the airflow is not easy to impact on the first diffuser plate 110 to generate noise, which is beneficial to reducing the noise in the non-wind-sensing mode.
Referring to fig. 14, 16 and 17, according to the above embodiment, the movable vane 210 includes a hub 211 and a plurality of movable vanes 212 spaced along the circumference of the hub 211, and the plurality of movable vanes 212 are all curved in the same circumferential direction, so that after the airflow passes through the movable vane 210, the airflow is guided by the movable vanes 212 of the driven impeller 210 to spiral in the same direction and move forward, thereby enhancing the effect of the air diffuser module on diffusing and blowing forward. The hub 211 of the impeller 210 is rotatably mounted to the vent 130. As previously noted, a support structure may be provided at the vent 130 for rotational connection of the impeller 210. The support structure may be a support frame such as a grid frame or a cross frame, or may be a stationary vane 220 (described in detail later).
Referring to fig. 15 to 17, in an embodiment, the diffuser module 200 further includes a stationary vane 220 disposed opposite to the movable vane 210, the stationary vane 220 is disposed at the vent 130, and the stationary vane 220 is integrally formed with the second diffuser plate 120 or is separately formed and then integrally connected with the second diffuser plate 120 (the manner in which the stationary vane 220 and the second diffuser plate 120 are integrally assembled can be seen in fig. 21 to 25). That is, the stationary blade 220 and the second diffuser 120 may be integrally formed, or may be separately manufactured and assembled together.
Specifically, the stator vane wheel 220 includes a hub 221 and a plurality of stator vanes 222 arranged at intervals along the circumference of the hub 221, and the plurality of stator vanes 222 are all arranged to be curved in the same circumferential direction. The tips of the plurality of stationary blades 222 are connected and fixed to the circumferential wall of the air vent 130, so that the stationary blade wheel 220 and the second louver 120 can be integrally attached and detached.
Further, the plurality of moving blades 212 of the moving blade wheel 210 are all arranged in a curved manner in the same circumferential direction; the plurality of vanes 222 of the vane wheel 220 are all provided to be curved in the same circumferential direction, and the curved direction of the vanes 222 coincides with the curved direction of the blades 212. Therefore, the direction of the airflow which is guided by the driven impeller 210 to rotate and diffuse through the back is consistent with the direction of the airflow which is guided by the stationary blade 222 to rotate and diffuse, so that the airflow has the potential energy of rotating and diffusing after being guided by the stationary blade 222, then smoothly enters the movable impeller 210 under the driving of the potential energy, and the movable blades of the driven impeller 210 rotate and diffuse along the same direction in sequence, so that the airflow not only has the potential energy of forward propulsion, but also has the potential energy of rotating and diffusing around the circumference of the airflow, and further, the effect that a large amount of air is blown out forwards but the wind feeling is weak is achieved.
In an embodiment, a wind guide ring 122 is disposed on a side surface of the second diffuser plate 120 facing the first diffuser plate 110, and the wind guide ring 122 protrudes from a periphery of the vent 121 toward the first diffuser plate 110. The wind guide ring 122 can guide more wind to enter the ventilation opening 121 so as to increase the flow of the air passing through the stationary impeller 220 and increase the amount of the non-wind-induced scattered air; in addition, the inner wall of the wind guide ring 122 has a large surface area, so that the stationary impeller 220 can be installed, and the difficulty in installing the stationary impeller 220 is reduced.
Further, the impeller 210 and the stator 220 are disposed opposite to each other. When the non-wind feeling mode is started, the airflow is firstly guided into the air passing cavity 130 from the ventilation opening 130 of the second air diffuser 120 through the stationary blade wheel 220, and in the process, the airflow flows along the twisting direction of the stationary blade 222 of the stationary blade wheel 220, is guided to spiral towards the same direction and is pushed forwards, so that the airflow has the potential energy of rotating before entering the movable blade wheel 210; then, when the airflow with potential rotational energy continuously flows into the movable impeller 210, the airflow is further driven to rotate and diffuse by the strong rotation of the movable impeller 210, so as to effectively enhance the effect of the rotational diffusion of the airflow and greatly improve the comfort of the non-sensible diffused wind. By matching the stationary impeller 220 and the movable impeller 210, more airflow can be guided to pass through the air diffuser, and the air output in the no-wind mode is effectively increased.
Referring to fig. 16 to 18, based on this, the hub 211 of the movable impeller 210 may be rotatably mounted to the hub 221 of the stationary impeller 220, so that an additional mounting bracket for mounting the movable impeller 210 is not required. Alternatively, the hub 211 of the movable impeller 210 is provided with a mounting portion 213, and the mounting portion 213 is rotatably mounted on the hub 221 of the stationary impeller 220. The hub 221 of the stator vane 220 is provided with a mounting groove 223 to which the mounting portion 213 of the impeller 210 is mounted. When assembled, the mounting part 213 of the moving blade wheel 210 is rotatably mounted into the mounting groove 223 of the stationary blade wheel 220, so that the moving blade wheel 210 is rotatable around the mounting groove 223 of the stationary blade wheel 220 through the mounting part 213.
As for the rotation driving method of the impeller 210, the impeller 210 may be rotated by the airflow entering from the vent 130, or the driver 330 may be provided to the impeller 210 so as to be rotated by the driver 330. Referring to fig. 13 to 15, in the present embodiment, the air diffuser further includes a louver assembly 300, the louver assembly 300 is disposed on a side of the second air diffuser 120 opposite to the first air diffuser 110, and louvers of the louver assembly 300 are disposed in linkage with the movable impeller 210. That is, the shutter assembly 300 is used to rotate the impeller 210.
Referring to fig. 13, 15 and 19, in an embodiment, the louver assembly 300 includes a connecting rod 320 and a plurality of louvers 310 linked by the connecting rod 320; the louver 310 is provided with a connecting shaft 311, and the connecting shaft 311 passes through the ventilation opening 121 to be connected and fixed with the movable impeller 210, so that the movable impeller 210 is linked with the louver 310. Since the stationary impeller 220 is disposed at the vent 121, in order to avoid interference between the stationary impeller and the stationary impeller, the connecting shaft 311 is connected and fixed to the hub 211 of the movable impeller 210 through the stationary impeller 220.
Specifically, the plurality of louvers 310 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the air dispersing frame 100; the connecting rod 320 extends in an elongated shape along the length direction of the air dispersing frame 100, and sequentially connects the plurality of louvers 310. Each of the movable vanes 210 corresponds to at least one of the louvers 310, and the movable vane 210 is connected and fixed with the corresponding louver 310. When the connecting rod 320 moves up and down, the louver 310 is driven to swing up and down, and up and down air swinging is realized; during the up-and-down swinging process of the louver 310, the connecting shaft 311 of the louver 310 rotates relative to the stationary impeller 220, so that the connecting shaft 311 drives the movable impeller 210 to rotate synchronously. This eliminates the need to additionally provide a driver for the impeller 210, and thus reduces the number of drivers used for the air diffuser, which contributes to cost saving.
Referring to fig. 14, 18 and 19, in an embodiment, to facilitate connection of the louver 310 and the movable impeller 210, optionally, the hub 211 of the movable impeller 210 is provided with a connection hole 214 for connection of a connection shaft 311; the connecting shaft 311 is provided with a separation groove 3112 along the axial direction thereof, the separation groove 3112 separates the connecting shaft 311 into two opposite elastic arms 3111, and the elastic arms 3111 are fixed to the inner wall of the connecting hole 214.
Specifically, the existence of the separation groove 3112 on the connection shaft 311 enables the two elastic arms 3111 of the connection shaft 311 to be elastically deformed in the radial direction, thereby obtaining a better tensioning effect. When the louver 310 and the impeller 210 are connected, the two elastic arms 3111 may be pinched first to make the two elastic arms 3111 approach each other, so as to reduce the diameter of the connecting shaft 311, thereby reducing the resistance of the connecting shaft 311 extending into the connecting hole 214 of the impeller 210, and further, the connecting shaft 311 may be accurately and smoothly inserted into the connecting hole 214. When the connecting shaft 311 is inserted in place, the two elastic arms 3111 are released, and the two elastic arms 3111 tend to expand outward, and then cling to the inner wall of the connecting hole 214, and are clamped and fixed with the inner wall of the connecting hole 214, so that the connecting shaft 311 is difficult to fall out from the connecting hole 214.
For the way of holding and connecting the elastic arm 3111 and the connecting hole 214, a mutually matched fastening structure may be disposed on the elastic arm 3111 and the connecting hole 214, so that the two are held and matched. In this embodiment, a hook 311a may be disposed at an end of the elastic arm 3111; and a locking groove 214a is formed on the inner wall of the connection hole 214, and the locking groove 214a is suitable for being locked by the locking hook 311 a.
In the process of connecting the louver 310 and the movable impeller 210, when the hook 311a at the end of the connecting shaft 311 of the louver 210 reaches the slot 214a, the connecting shaft 311 is inserted in place, and at this time, the two elastic arms 3111 are released, and the two elastic arms 3111 expand outward to allow the hook 311a at the end to be clamped in the slot 214a, so that the connecting shaft 311 is difficult to overcome the binding force of the slot 214a and fall out reversely. When the louver 310 needs to be detached, the two elastic arms 3111 of the connecting shaft 311 are pinched again, so that the diameter of the connecting shaft 311 is reduced, the hooks 311a of the two elastic arms 3111 are separated from the side surfaces of the slots 214a, and the elastic arms 3111 can be smoothly pulled out from the connecting holes 214, so that the louver 310 can be detached.
Further, in order to improve the firmness of the connection between the louver 310 and the movable impeller 210, the inner wall of the connection hole 214 is further provided with one of the positioning portion 214b or the positioning groove 311b, the peripheral side of the elastic arm 3111 is provided with the other of the positioning portion 214b or the positioning groove 311b, and the positioning portion 214b is engaged with the positioning groove 311 b. Specifically, the inner wall of the connection hole 214 is provided with a positioning portion 214b, and the inner wall of the connection hole 214 is provided with a positioning groove 311 b. After the hook 311a of the elastic arm 3111 is engaged with the side of the engaging groove 214a, the positioning protrusion 214b on the top of the boss is just engaged with the positioning groove 311b on the side of the elastic arm 3111, so as to achieve the axial movement of the dual-limiting connecting shaft 311, and greatly improve the firmness of the connection between the louver 310 and the movable impeller 210.
In one embodiment, to facilitate driving the louver 310 to swing, the louver assembly 300 further includes a driver 330, the driver 330 is installed on the air dispersing frame 100 and connected to the connecting rod 320, and the driver 330 is used for driving the connecting rod 320 to move up and down, so as to drive the louver 310 to swing.
