The setting of filter 35 has guaranteed that before the comdenstion water in the water collector 50 got into suction pump 32, the large granule impurity and the dust that it carried can be filtered effectively, has avoided later stage jam suction pump 32, booster pump 34 or shower nozzle structure 31 promptly, and simultaneously, clear comdenstion water more is favorable to guaranteeing the clean effect to filter screen 20. The filter 35 is provided with a structure including three parts, namely a filter base 351, a filter cover 352 and a filter element 353, so that the filter element 353 can be conveniently replaced to ensure the filtering performance of the filter 35; after the filter base 351 and the filter cover 352 are disassembled and the filter element 353 is taken out, the filter element 353 can be cleaned and recycled.
As shown in fig. 2, an access opening is opened in a position of the housing body opposite to the filter 35, and the filter cover 15 is detachably provided to cover the access opening.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in order to ensure the air outlet performance of the air conditioner, the air conditioner further includes a cross flow fan 60, and the cross flow fan 60 is disposed in the installation cavity 11 and located on a side of the condenser 40 facing away from the air inlet 12.
As shown in fig. 9, the water inlet a1 of the filter 35 is lower than the lowest water receiving surface 51 of the water receiving tray 50, and a height difference h1 between the water inlet a1 and the lowest water receiving surface is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to the diameter d of the cross flow fan 60. Thus, the condensed water in the drip tray 50 is ensured to smoothly enter the filter 35, and is effectively stored in the reservoir 33.
As shown in fig. 10, the outlet a2 of the strainer 35 is higher than the inlet B1 of the suction pump 32, and a height difference h2 between the two is not less than 0 and not more than the diameter d of the cross flow fan 60. In this way, the condensed water filtered by the filter 35 is ensured to cover the water inlet B1 of the water suction pump 32, so that the water suction pump 32 is prevented from idling, and the condensed water in the water pan 50 is ensured to be efficiently conveyed to the liquid storage box 33.
Optionally, between the outlet C2 of the drip tray 50 and the inlet a1 of the filter 35; and/or between the outlet a2 of the strainer 35 and the inlet B1 of the suction pump 32; and/or
Between the water outlet B2 of the water pump 32 and the liquid inlet D1 of the liquid storage box 33; and/or between the liquid outlet D2 of the liquid storage box 33 and the water inlet E1 of the booster pump 34; and/or the water outlet E2 of the booster pump 34 is communicated with the spray head structure 31 through the pipeline 36. Therefore, the overall structural layout of the cleaning assembly 30 is planned, the space in the installation cavity 11 is reasonably utilized, and the overall structural design of the air conditioner is facilitated.
In the illustrated embodiment of the present application, the casing 10 is in a cubic shape, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the condenser 40 extends along a length direction of the casing 10, and the air conditioner further includes an electrical box 70 disposed in the mounting cavity 11, wherein the electrical box 70 and the cleaning assembly 30 are respectively located at two ends of the condenser 40 in the length direction. Therefore, the electrical box 70 is far away from the cleaning assembly 30 as far as possible, so that the short circuit phenomenon caused by the contact of the electrical box 70 with water is avoided, and the working reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
It should be noted that: the electric box 70 is a motion control unit that controls air supply, cooling, and heating of the air conditioner and cleaning of the filter screen 20.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the casing 10 is cube-shaped, the condenser 40 is extended along the length direction of the casing 10, and the head structure 31 is mounted on the upper portion of the condenser 40 in the height direction; and the minimum mounting distance h3 between the head structure 31 and the condenser 40 in the height direction of the condenser 40 is 0mm or more and 100mm or less. In this way, a sufficient space is ensured between the condenser 40 and the casing 10 for mounting the head structure 31; and the problem that the condensed water sprayed by the spray head structure 31 cannot completely reach the filter screen 20 because the distance between the spray head structure 31 and the condenser 40 is too large, and further the cleaning effect of the filter screen 20 is influenced is avoided.
In order to ensure the all-round cleaning effect of the filter screen 20, optionally, the spray head structures 31 are multiple, and the multiple spray head structures 31 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the casing 10. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the nozzle structures 31 are two that are spaced apart along the length direction of the casing 10.

Thus, by optimizing the position relationship between the filter screen 20 and the condenser 40, the problem that the cleaning effect of the filter screen 20 is influenced because the condensed water sprayed by the spray head structure 31 does not have enough impact force when reaching the filter screen 20 due to the fact that the distance between the filter screen 20 and the condenser 40 is too far is avoided; meanwhile, the phenomenon that the distance between the filter screen 20 and the condenser 40 is too small, so that the impact force of the condensed water sprayed by the spray head structure 31 reaching the filter screen 20 is too large, the dirt on the filter screen 20 is sputtered to the condenser 40, and secondary pollution occurs is avoided.
Optionally, the showerhead structure 31 is a wide angle showerhead.
In the present embodiment, the filter net 20 is moved between the working position and the cleaning position in a rotating manner; and the rotation angle of the spray head structure 31 between the working position and the cleaning position is greater than 0 degree and less than or equal to 90 degrees. Specifically, be provided with filter screen actuating mechanism in the installation cavity 11, filter screen actuating mechanism includes the installation body, and filter screen 20 rotationally sets up on the installation body, and filter screen 20 rotates with motor gear drive's mode. The filter screen driving mechanism can ensure that the filter screen 20 runs at a higher speed, because the water consumption for cleaning the filter screen 20 mainly depends on the water spraying time of the spray head structure 31, the faster the filter screen 20 is, the less the water consumption is; to ensure minimum water consumption, the filter screen should be moved at a faster speed.
Alternatively, the filter screens 20 may be stacked in plurality, and each filter screen 20 may be driven by a separate motor to ensure sufficient drive torque during movement of the filter screen 20 at a faster rate.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the filter screen 20 is located at the working position, the filter screen 20 is parallel to the inner wall surface of the housing 10 and located at the air inlet 12; when the filter net 20 is located at the cleaning position, the filter net 20 is parallel to the inner wall surface of the housing 10 and located at the front panel 13 of the housing 10. In this embodiment, the rotation angle of the filter net 20 from the working position to the cleaning position is 90 degrees; namely, the filter screen 20 is in a horizontal state when in a working position, and the filter screen 20 is in a vertical state when in a cleaning position; when the filter screen 20 is in the cleaning position, the nozzle structure 31 is perpendicular to the filter screen 20 to ensure that the filter screen 20 is sufficiently cleaned.
