Description

Gearbox oil change equipment
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an automobile maintenance, in particular to gearbox equipment of changing oil.
Background
In order to achieve a more complete oil change during a transmission oil change, the transmission is usually required to be operated during the oil change process to keep the oil in the transmission in a stirred state. If the oil is completely drained out of the transmission, the transmission is prone to damage during operation. Therefore, during the oil change of the gearbox, the gearbox needs to be kept running, and a certain amount of oil needs to be kept in the gearbox.
In the prior art, if the oil needs to be changed for the automatic gearbox of the automobile, the oil can be changed automatically through equipment besides the manual oil changing in a gravity oil discharging mode.
In the prior art, the principle of mainstream oil change equipment is basically the same, namely a circulating oil pipeline of a gearbox is required to be disconnected, then an oil return pipe and an oil injection pipe of the oil change equipment are connected into the circulating oil pipeline of the gearbox, and then oil change of the gearbox is realized under a dynamic state. The prior art oil change equipment usually needs to inject new oil into the gearbox through an oil filling pipe, and meanwhile, old oil in the gearbox needs to flow back to the oil change equipment through an oil return pipe.
The technical defects of the oil change equipment in the prior art are as follows:
firstly, the vehicles on the market are numerous, the joints at the disconnected positions of the oil pipes of the gearbox are different, so that equipment needs to be provided with a large number of various joints to prevent from time to time, the purchase cost is increased for users, and meanwhile, because the disconnected positions of the oil pipes of different gearboxes are different, the adopted joints are different, operators have certain basic knowledge of the gearbox of the vehicle, and the risk of damage to the gearbox caused by insufficient experience or knowledge of the operators is reduced;
secondly, the disassembly and assembly of the joint consumes a long time, so that the whole oil change working hour is prolonged, the operation cost is increased, and the pipeline of the vehicle gearbox needs to be strictly checked for leakage due to the disassembly and assembly, otherwise, the hidden danger of oil leakage is easily left;
thirdly, the thermostat needs to be opened only when reaching a certain temperature, otherwise, oil in partial pipelines in the gearbox cannot be discharged. For some vehicle types with thermostats, oil needs to be preheated to a certain temperature through equipment, otherwise, oil change operation cannot be smoothly completed or oil change is not thorough, and meanwhile, the efficiency is reduced due to the prolonging of operation time, and the operation cost of a user is increased;
fourthly, for operators with less experience, the hidden danger that the gearbox is damaged because the potential condition that the oil level of the gearbox is checked to be normal or not is easily generated after oil change is avoided, and the gearbox runs in an oil-deficient or oil-full state is caused.
In summary, the technical defects of the prior art gearbox oil change device are as follows: the joint between the gearbox oil change equipment and the gearbox is complex, and oil change can be realized only by using a special joint, so that the joint has the advantages of higher purchase cost, longer assembly and disassembly time consumption and easiness in misoperation; the channel used by the oil change equipment in the prior art usually needs to pass through a thermostat which can be opened only when reaching a certain temperature, so that the oil temperature is strictly limited, and the structure of the oil change equipment is complicated; the amount of oil in the gearbox is prone to be abnormal, so that the gearbox can be damaged.
