Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present disclosure provides a manipulator support, which reduces interference between the manipulator support and a manipulator and a vehicle body during installation, and reasonably utilizes a space inside the vehicle body.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a manipulator support for fixedly supporting a vehicle manipulator, including a fixed plate and a support bracket;
the fixed plate is suitable for being fixedly installed on a chassis of the vehicle, and the support frame comprises a first support plate, a top plate and a second support plate;
the bottom of the first supporting plate and the bottom of the second supporting plate are fixedly arranged on the fixing plate, and the top plate is lapped between the top of the first supporting plate and the top of the second supporting plate;
the top plate is parallel to the fixing plate, and the fixing plate, the first supporting plate, the top plate and the second supporting plate form a trapezoidal bracket;
the roof is also provided with a mounting column with a hollow structure, and a mounting hole for screwing with an automobile manipulator is formed in the side wall of the mounting column which is not connected with the roof.
In a possible implementation manner, the vehicle further comprises a connecting arm used for being connected with the vehicle body;
the connecting arm is mounted on the first supporting plate and is arranged adjacent to the mounting column;
wherein the main body of the connecting arm is of a box structure with a downward opening, and
a connecting column is arranged on a first side plate of the connecting arm, and the first side plate is in threaded connection with the first supporting plate through the connecting column;
the first side plate is a plate surface of the connecting arm, which is adjacent to the first supporting plate;
and a connecting column used for being in threaded connection with the vehicle body is also arranged on a second side plate opposite to the first side plate in position in the connecting arm.
In a possible implementation manner, a reinforcing rib is arranged inside the box body cavity of the connecting arm;
the reinforcing ribs are plate-shaped, and the plate surfaces of the reinforcing ribs are perpendicular to the inner wall of the top of the connecting arm;
the number of strengthening rib is more than two, and more than two the strengthening rib all puts to one side first curb plate with between the second curb plate, and all with first curb plate with second curb plate fixed connection.
In a possible implementation manner, the number of the connecting columns is three, and the three connecting columns are arranged in a triangular shape on the surface of the first side plate.
In a possible implementation mode, the connecting piece also comprises a connecting piece in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji';
the connecting piece is positioned below the connecting arm, and the bottom of the connecting piece is in threaded connection with the plate surface of the first supporting plate;
and a threaded hole for connecting with the vehicle body is formed in the middle arching position of the connecting piece.
In a possible implementation manner, a square platform is further arranged at the middle arching position of the connecting piece, and the square platform is located on the plate surface of the connecting piece facing the first supporting plate;
the square platform is provided with a square platform hole, and the square platform hole is coaxial with a threaded hole formed in the middle arching position.
In one possible implementation, the main body of the mounting column is a square column;
wherein, a columnar stabilizing platform is arranged on the inner wall of the top of the mounting column;
the stabilizing table is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole which are perpendicular to each other;
the first through hole and the mounting hole at the top of the mounting column are coaxially arranged.
In a possible implementation manner, the fixing plate is arranged in a "T" shape, a plurality of through holes are formed in the fixing plate, and the through holes penetrate through the plate surface of the fixing plate;
the surface of the first supporting plate and the surface of the second supporting plate are both curved surfaces.
In a possible implementation manner, the device further comprises a first reinforcing member and a second reinforcing member, wherein the first reinforcing member and the second reinforcing member are both in a plate shape;
the first reinforcing member is arranged close to the top plate, two ends of the first reinforcing member are respectively fixed on the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate, and the plate surface of the first reinforcing member is arranged in parallel with the fixing plate;
the second reinforcement is fixed to be set up first backup pad, the second backup pad, first reinforcement with the trapezoidal diagonal's that the fixed plate encloses the position that establishes.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a vehicle including the manipulator support shown in any one of the above.
The manipulator support of the embodiment of the application is fixed on the automobile body through the fixed plate, and the support frame is the support body form, and the support frame includes first backup pad, roof and second backup pad, and fixed plate, first backup pad, roof and second backup pad enclose into trapezoidal region. The top plate is provided with a mounting column for mounting the manipulator, and the mounting column is connected with the manipulator through a bolt. Fig. 1 illustrates a main body structure view of a manipulator support according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 2 illustrates an isometric view of a manipulator support according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1 or 2, the manipulator support includes: the fixing plate 100 and the supporting frame 200, the fixing plate 100 is used for being fixedly installed on the chassis of the vehicle, and the supporting frame 200 includes a first supporting plate 210, a top plate and a second supporting plate 220. The bottom of the first support plate 210 and the bottom of the second support plate 220 are both fixedly disposed on the fixing plate 100, and the top plate is overlapped between the top of the first support plate 210 and the top of the second support plate 220. Wherein the top plate is parallel to the fixing plate 100, and the fixing plate 100, the first supporting plate 210, the top plate and the second supporting plate 220 form a trapezoid support. The roof plate is also provided with a mounting column 300 with a hollow structure, and the side wall of the mounting column 300 which is not connected with the roof plate is provided with a mounting hole for screwing with an automobile manipulator.
Here, it should be noted that the first support plate 210 and the second support plate 220 are bent toward the same side, and the bending angle of the first support plate 210 and the bending angle of the second support plate 220 are the same. The top of the first support plate 210 and the top of the second support plate 220 are both disposed to protrude from the bottom plate.
The manipulator support of this application embodiment passes through fixed plate 100 to be fixed on the automobile body, and support frame 200 is the support body form, and support frame 200 includes first backup pad 210, roof and second backup pad 220, and fixed plate 100, first backup pad 210, roof and second backup pad 220 enclose into trapezoidal region. The top plate is provided with a mounting post 300 for mounting the manipulator, and the mounting post 300 is connected with the manipulator through a bolt. To sum up, this application embodiment manipulator support has played the effect that supports the manipulator for the installation that the manipulator can be firm is inside the automobile body. As shown in fig. 1 or 4, in one possible implementation, a connecting arm 400 connected to the vehicle body is further included, and the connecting arm 400 is mounted on and disposed adjacent to the first support plate 210. The main body of the connecting arm 400 is a box structure with a downward opening, and a connecting column 410 is arranged on the first side plate of the connecting arm 400, and the first side plate is in threaded connection with the first supporting plate 210 through the connecting column. The first side plate is a plate surface of the connecting arm 400 adjacent to the first supporting plate 210. A connecting column 420 for screwing with the vehicle body is also arranged on the second side plate of the connecting arm 400 opposite to the first side plate. The manipulator support can be more stably installed and has stronger supporting performance by arranging the connecting arm 400.
Here, it should be noted that the column of the connection column 410 is provided with a reinforcing rib, and the reinforcing rib is fixedly connected with the outside of the connection arm 400. The second side plate is also provided with a reinforcing rib on the column body of the connection column 420 for screw-coupling with the vehicle body, and the reinforcing rib is fixedly connected with the outside of the connection arm 400.
Furthermore, in a possible implementation manner, a reinforcing rib is arranged inside the cavity of the box body of the connecting arm 400, the reinforcing rib is plate-shaped, and a plate surface of the reinforcing rib is perpendicular to the inner wall of the top of the connecting arm 400. The number of strengthening rib is more than two, and the strengthening rib more than two all puts between first curb plate and second curb plate to all with first curb plate and second curb plate fixed connection. Here, it should be noted that two reinforcing ribs are provided, and the two reinforcing ribs are arranged in a 7-shape. Thereby, the mechanical properties of the connecting arm 400 are enhanced.
In a possible implementation manner, the number of the connecting columns is three, and the three connecting columns are arranged in a triangular shape on the surface of the first side plate. Four connecting columns in threaded connection with the vehicle body are arranged, and every two of the four connecting columns in threaded connection with the vehicle body are in a group and are respectively arranged at two ends of the second side plate.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, or 4, in a possible implementation manner, the vehicle body support device further includes a "n" shaped connecting member 500, wherein the connecting member 500 is located below the connecting arm 400, a bottom of the connecting member 500 is screwed to a plate surface of the first support plate 210, and a middle portion of the connecting member 500 is arched to form a threaded hole for connecting with the vehicle body. Thereby, the stability of the manipulator support of the embodiment of the application is further stabilized.
Further, in a possible implementation manner, a square table 510 is further disposed at the middle arched position of the connecting member 500, and the square table 510 is located on the surface of the connecting member 500 facing the first supporting plate 210. The square table 510 is provided with a square table 510 hole, and the square table 510 hole is coaxially arranged with a threaded hole formed at the middle arching position.
Further, in a possible implementation manner, a through groove is formed on one side of the square platform 510 facing the middle arching position of the connecting member 500, a groove bottom of the through groove is in an arc shape recessed inwards, and the through groove is formed in two numbers, wherein the two through grooves are arranged in a cross shape.
In a possible implementation manner, the column body of the mounting column 300 is a square column, wherein a cylindrical stabilizing platform 310 is disposed on an inner wall of the top of the mounting column 300, a first through hole and a second through hole perpendicular to each other are formed in the stabilizing platform 310, and the first through hole and the mounting hole on the top of the mounting column 300 are disposed on the same side. Thus, the manipulator attachment structure to the manipulator support of the present application is stabilized by the provision of the stabilization station 310.
In one possible implementation, a groove is formed in a side wall of the mounting post 300 facing away from the opening, and the groove is located on an outer wall of the mounting post 300. Thereby, the weight of the embodiments of the present application is reduced.
In a possible implementation manner, the fixing plate 100 is "T" shaped, a plurality of through holes are opened on the fixing plate 100, the through holes all penetrate through the surface of the fixing plate 100, and the surface of the first supporting plate 210 and the surface of the second supporting plate 220 are both curved surfaces. Here, it should be noted that the plurality of perforations are counter-sunk holes.
In a possible implementation manner, the fixing plate further comprises a first reinforcing member 600 and a second reinforcing member 700, the first reinforcing member 600 and the second reinforcing member 700 are both in a plate shape, the first reinforcing member 600 is disposed adjacent to the top plate, two ends of the first reinforcing member 600 are respectively fixed on the first supporting plate 210 and the second supporting plate 220, and the plate surface of the first reinforcing member 600 is disposed in parallel with the fixing plate 100. The second reinforcing member 700 is fixedly disposed at a position of a diagonal line of a trapezoid surrounded by the first support plate 210, the first reinforcing member 600, and the fixing plate 100. Therefore, the structure of the supporting frame 200 is more stable.
In one possible implementation, the supporting frame 200, the fixing plate 100 and the mounting post 300 are all integrally formed.
Based on any preceding manipulator support of the aforesaid, this disclosure also provides a vehicle. Wherein, the vehicle of this disclosed embodiment includes the manipulator support as any above. By installing any one of the manipulator supports on the manipulator of the vehicle, the manipulator can be stably supported on the manipulator support, and the manipulator support is installed, so that the interference phenomenon between the manipulator support and the manipulator and the interior of the vehicle is reduced.
