Description

Support bar clamping tool
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an auxiliary reproduction technical field, in particular to support bar presss from both sides tight frock.
Background
With the development of assisted reproduction technology, the freezing of gametes and embryos has become more and more common. When freezing ovum and embryo, the specimen is dropped into the straw, and the straw is placed in the sleeve fixed on the support bar. The commercial support bar is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves for fixing the sleeves, but if the sleeves are directly placed in the clamping grooves, the sleeves are loose. After being placed in liquid nitrogen, the sleeves easily drift out of the support bars.
To avoid this problem, before freezing the ovum or embryo, the cannula is put into the slot, and then the slots are manually clamped one by using tweezers or clips. A plurality of (usually 6) notches are typically provided in a single support bar. Moreover, the sleeve needs to be slid after clamping the slot to determine whether the tightness of the slot is proper. Too tight results in difficulty sliding the sleeve and too loose may result in the sleeve drifting out of the liquid nitrogen. It can be seen that the handling of the support bars is a tedious and time consuming task.
Especially in large reproductive centers, there are tens or even hundreds of patients who require embryo freezing every day. To prevent confusion, a single support strip is also used for each patient's specimen. Thus, tens or even hundreds of support bars need to be treated each day. Therefore, the labor intensity of the operator is too high.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
On the basis, the support bar clamping tool capable of reducing labor intensity is needed to be provided for solving the problem that the labor intensity of an operator is too high in the process of processing the support bar.
The specific scheme is as follows:
the utility model provides a support bar presss from both sides tight frock, includes:
the first clamping plate is provided with a first operating end and a first clamping end which are arranged oppositely;
the second clamping plate is provided with a second operating end and a second clamping end which are oppositely arranged, the second clamping plate is rotatably connected with the first clamping plate, and a clamping part for clamping the supporting bar is formed between the first clamping end and the second clamping end; and
the limiting part is arranged on the first clamping plate, the position between the first operating end and the first clamping end is adjustable, and the second clamping plate can rotate relative to the first clamping plate to abut against the limiting part so as to prevent the first clamping end from continuously approaching the second operating end.
Above-mentioned support bar presss from both sides tight frock, when the second splint rotate to with the locating part butt, first exposed core can't continue to be close to with the second operation end, so the biggest stroke of clamping part clamping process is injectd to the degree that compresses tightly to the support bar realizes controlling. The position of the limiting part between the first operating end and the first clamping end is adjustable. And the closer the limiting part is to the rotating shafts of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, the smaller the stroke of the clamping part in the clamping process is. By moving the limiting piece, the clamping part can provide a proper compression degree when clamping the supporting strip. Therefore, when the supporting bar is processed, the supporting bar only needs to be clamped and loosened, and the pressing degree of the supporting bar does not need to be repeatedly detected, so that the labor intensity of an operator is obviously reduced.
The further scheme is as follows:
in one embodiment, the device further comprises a connecting shaft, and the tail end of the first operating end and the tail end of the second operating end are rotatably connected through the connecting shaft.
In one embodiment, the clamping device further comprises a resetting piece arranged between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the resetting piece enables the first clamping end and the second clamping end to have a trend of being away from each other.
The restoring piece can provide restoring force for the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate. When the clamping part with the support bar centre gripping and accomplish the back that compresses tightly, in case operating personnel looses one's hand, first exposed core and second exposed core alright keep away from each other under the effect of restoring force. Therefore, the clamping part can be automatically opened to facilitate taking out the supporting bar. Because the clamping part does not need to be manually opened by an operator after the compaction is finished, the operation is more convenient, and the labor intensity can be further reduced.
In one embodiment, the reset member is a compression spring, and two ends of the compression spring are respectively disposed on the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate.
In one embodiment, the first clamping end and the second clamping end are respectively provided with an arc-shaped clamping piece, and the clamping part is formed between the two clamping pieces.
The inner concave surfaces of the two clamping pieces are oppositely arranged, so that the inner wall of the formed clamping part is arc-shaped. Because the supporting bars are generally in the shape of round bars. The inner wall of the clamping section formed by the two clamping pieces can thus be better matched to the outer wall of the support bar, so that the clamping effect on the support bar is improved. The clamping pieces are generally made of materials with high hardness, such as stainless steel, and the like, so that the clamping pieces deform less when being clamped with the supporting bars, and the degree of compaction is controlled accurately.
In one embodiment, the position-limiting member includes a rod portion and a head portion disposed at one end of the rod portion, the diameter of the head portion is larger than that of the rod portion, and one end of the rod portion, which is far away from the head portion, is mounted on the first clamping plate.
When the second clamping plate is abutted to the limiting part, the second clamping plate is contacted with the head. Because the surface area of the head is relatively large, the pressure of the contact position of the second clamping plate and the head is small, and the second clamping plate is prevented from being damaged. Simultaneously, because area of contact is great, the butt of head to the second splint is more stable, so can prevent that the second splint from taking place the displacement for the locating part to the accurate control of being convenient for is to the degree that compresses tightly of support bar.
In one embodiment, the head is resilient.
On the other hand, since the head portion has elasticity, the head portion is in "soft contact" when coming into contact with the second splint, and vibration generated when the head portion and the second splint collide with each other can be absorbed, thereby further preventing the second splint from being damaged. On the other hand, the elastic head can also increase the friction force between the elastic head and the second clamping plate, and the elastic head and the second clamping plate are not easy to slide relatively when being abutted, so that the reliability of being abutted with the second clamping plate is further improved.
In one embodiment, a sliding groove extending between the first operating end and the first clamping end is formed on the first clamping plate, and the limiting member is slidably disposed in the sliding groove.
In one embodiment, the positioning device further comprises a positioning member, and the positioning member is used for positioning the limiting member at any position of the sliding chute.
When the position of the limiting piece is adjusted to the right position, the limiting piece can be positioned by the positioning piece, so that the limiting piece is prevented from continuously sliding along the sliding groove. Like this, in the in-process of handling the support bar, the position of locating part can not change easily to avoid the repetition regulation, it is more convenient to use.
In one embodiment, the positioning member is a screw-on or screw-off threaded fastener for fastening the limiting member to the first clamping plate.

Referring to fig. 1, a supporting bar clamping tool 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a first clamping plate 110, a second clamping plate 120 and a limiting member 130.
The first clamping plate 110 may be a wooden, metal or plastic plate structure, and is generally in the shape of a long strip. The first clamping plate 110 has a first operating end (not shown) and a first clamping end (not shown) disposed opposite to each other. The first operation end can be used for an operator to hold and use the supporting bar clamping tool 100, and the first clamping end can provide support for the supporting bar to be compressed when the supporting bar clamping tool 100 compresses the supporting bar.
The first operating end and the first clamping end are not specific, and are only used for distinguishing two ends of the first clamping plate 110 in terms of name. For example, the left end shown in fig. 1 is a first clamping end, and the right end is a first operating end. In fact, any end of the first clamping plate 110 can be used as the first operating end or the first clamping end.
The second clamping plate 120 has a second operating end and a second clamping end opposite to each other. The second clamping plate 120 and the first clamping plate 110 may have the same structure, and the first and second clamping plates are used for the purpose of name differentiation.
Further, the second clamping plate 120 is rotatably connected to the first clamping plate 110, and forms a clamping portion 101 for clamping the supporting bar between the first clamping end and the second clamping end. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the supporting bar clamping tool 100 further includes a connecting shaft 140, and the end of the first operating end and the end of the second operating end are rotatably connected through the connecting shaft 140. Thus, the supporting bar clamping tool 100 can be made compact, so as to reduce the volume.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the second clamping plate 120 and the first clamping plate 110 can be rotatably connected in other manners. For example, the second clamping plate 120 is hinged to the first clamping plate 110. Alternatively, the second clamping plate 120 is crossed with the first clamping plate 110, and the crossed position is riveted rotatably.
When the second clamping plate 120 rotates in a predetermined direction relative to the first clamping plate 110 and the first clamping end and the second clamping end approach each other, the clamping portion 101 can gradually clamp. The second clamping plate 120 rotates in the opposite direction with respect to the first clamping plate 110, so that the first clamping end and the second clamping end are separated from each other, thereby gradually opening the clamping portion 101.
When the supporting strip is processed, the supporting strip is firstly placed in the clamping portion 101, and then the first clamping plate 110 and the second clamping plate 120 are operated to gradually clamp the clamping portion 101, and finally the clamping groove on the supporting strip is pressed tightly. After the pressing is completed, the processed supporting bar can be taken out by opening the clamping portion 101.
Specifically, in the embodiment, the first clamping end and the second clamping end are respectively provided with a circular arc-shaped clamping piece 150, and the clamping portion 101 is formed between the two clamping pieces 150.
The concave surfaces of the two clamping pieces 150 are opposite to each other, so that the inner wall of the formed clamping part 101 is also arc-shaped. Because the supporting bars are generally in the shape of round bars. Thus, the inner wall of the clamping portion 101 formed by the two clips 150 can better match the outer wall of the brace bar. When the supporting strip is clamped, the inner wall of the clamping portion 101 may apply a pressing force along the circumferential direction of the supporting strip, thereby improving the pressing effect on the supporting strip. In addition, the clamping piece 150 is generally made of stainless steel, iron and other materials with high hardness, so that the deformation of the clamping piece is small when the supporting strip is clamped, and the clamping piece is favorable for accurately controlling the compression degree of the supporting strip.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the clip 150 may be omitted, and the surfaces of the first and second clamping ends may be directly cut and ground to obtain a concave surface in the shape of an arc, and the clamping portion 101 with an arc-shaped inner wall may also be formed.
The position of the limiting member 130 is adjustable between the first operating end and the first clamping end, and the second clamping plate 120 is rotatable relative to the first clamping plate 110 to abut against the limiting member 130, so as to prevent the first clamping end and the second operating end from continuously approaching. That is, when the second clamp plate 120 abuts against the limiting member 130, the first clamping end cannot be continuously close to the second operating end, so the maximum stroke of the clamping portion 101 during clamping is limited by the limiting member 130. The maximum stroke of the clamping portion 101 determines the degree of compression of the supporting strip, the closer the first clamping end is to the second operating end, the higher the degree of compression of the supporting strip. Conversely, the lower the degree of compression of the support strip.
Therefore, the degree of the support bar compression can be controlled by the limiting member 130. In addition, the position of the limiting member 130 between the first operating end and the first clamping end is adjustable. Furthermore, the closer the limiting member 130 is to the rotating shafts of the first clamping plate 110 and the second clamping plate 120, the smaller the stroke of the clamping portion 101 during clamping, the farther the first clamping end and the second operating end are from each other, and the lower the pressing degree of the supporting bar is. On the contrary, the closer the first clamping end and the second operating end are, the higher the compression degree of the supporting bar is.
Therefore, by moving the limiting member 130, the clamping portion 101 can provide a proper degree of compression when clamping the supporting bar. When handling the support bar, only need first splint 110 of operation and second splint 120 until second splint 120 and locating part 130 butt to press from both sides the support bar tightly, then loosen again can, need not to repeat and detect its degree of compressing tightly, thereby show reduction operator's intensity of labour.
In this embodiment, the limiting member 130 includes a rod portion 131 and a head portion 132 disposed at one end of the rod portion 131, a diameter of the head portion 132 is larger than a diameter of the rod portion 131, and one end of the rod portion 131 away from the head portion 132 is mounted on the first clamping plate 110.
Specifically, the position-limiting member 130 is generally disposed between the first board 110 and the second board 120. The rod 131 is generally a metal rod, and can be installed in a small space. The head 132 may be in the form of a sphere, disc, etc., having a relatively large surface area.
When the second clamping plate 120 abuts against the limiting member 130, the second clamping plate 120 contacts with the head 132. Because the surface area of the head 132 is relatively large, the pressure at the contact position of the second clamping plate 120 and the head 132 can be small, and the second clamping plate 120 is prevented from being broken. Meanwhile, because the contact area is large, the head 132 is more stable to abut against the second clamping plate 120, so that the second clamping plate 130 can be prevented from being displaced relative to the limiting member 130, and the pressing degree of the supporting bar can be controlled accurately.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the limiting member 130 may also be a ball, a sliding block, or other structures that can roll along the first clamping plate 110, and only the second clamping plate 120 can be abutted during the clamping process of the clamping portion 101.
Further, in the present embodiment, the head 132 has elasticity. The head 132 may be made of rubber, silicone, or the like, so as to have elasticity.
On the other hand, since the head 132 has elasticity, it is in "soft contact" when it comes into contact with the second splint 120, and it is possible to absorb vibration generated when the both collide with each other, thereby further preventing the second splint 120 from being damaged. On the other hand, the elastic head 132 can increase the friction force between the head and the second clamping plate 120, so that the head and the second clamping plate are not easy to slide relative to each other when being abutted, and the reliability of abutment with the second clamping plate 120 is further improved.
The position of the position-limiting member 130 can be adjusted between the first operating end and the first clamping end in various ways. Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment, a sliding slot 111 extending between a first operating end and a clamping end is formed on the first clamping plate 110, and the limiting member 130 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 111.
The limiting member 130 can be engaged with the sliding slot 111 through a sliding block. The position of the limiting member 130 can be adjusted by sliding along the sliding groove 111, so that the degree of compression of the supporting bar can be adjusted. The adjustment mode realized by sliding is convenient to operate, and the installation process is not required to be repeated.
For the limiting member 130 in the present embodiment, the rod portion 131 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 111. The slider may be secured to an end of the stem portion 131 remote from the head portion 132.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the installation and the position adjustment of the limiting member 130 can be performed in other manners. For example, a plurality of installation positions are disposed between the first operating end and the first clamping end at intervals, and the limiting member 130 can be selectively installed on any one of the installation positions. When the position of the limiting member 130 needs to be adjusted, the limiting member 130 is firstly taken down from the original installation position and then is installed in another installation position again.
Further, in the present embodiment, the brace bar clamping fixture 100 further includes a positioning element (not shown), and the positioning element is used for positioning the limiting element 130 at any position of the sliding groove 111.
After the position of the limiting member 130 is adjusted to the proper position, the positioning member can be positioned by the positioning member, so as to prevent the limiting member 130 from continuously sliding along the sliding slot 111. Therefore, in the process of processing the supporting bar, the position of the limiting piece 130 cannot be changed easily, so that repeated adjustment is avoided, and the use is more convenient.
Further, in the present embodiment, the positioning element is a screw-on or screw-off fastener, and the screw-on fastener is used for fastening the limiting element 130 to the first clamping plate 110.
When the threaded fastener is loosened, the limiting member 130 can slide along the sliding groove 111, so that the position adjustment is realized. When the threaded fastener is tightened, the limiting member 130 can be fixed at a specific position and cannot slide along the sliding groove 111.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the position limiting member 130 can be positioned in other manners. For example, a plurality of slots (not shown) may be formed at intervals along the extending direction of the sliding groove 111, and the slots communicate with the sliding groove 111. When the rod portion 131 slides from the sliding slot 111 to the engaging slot, the rod portion 131 cannot slide along the sliding slot 111, so as to position the position-limiting member 130. When the position of the stopper 130 needs to be adjusted, the rod portion 131 is slid from the catching groove to the sliding groove 111, and the rod portion 131 is slid.
Referring to fig. 1 again, in the present embodiment, the supporting strip clamping tool 100 further includes a restoring member 160, and the restoring member 160 is disposed between the first clamping plate 110 and the second clamping plate 120. Furthermore, the reset member 140 makes the first clamping end and the second clamping end have a tendency to be away from each other.
The restoring member 140 may provide restoring force to the first clamping plate 110 and the second clamping plate 120. After the clamping portion 101 clamps the supporting bar and completes the pressing, once the operator releases his hand, the first clamping end and the second clamping end can be separated from each other under the action of the restoring force. Therefore, the clamping portion 101 can be automatically opened to facilitate the removal of the supporting bar. Because the clamping part 101 does not need to be manually opened by an operator after the pressing is finished, the operation is more convenient, and the labor intensity can be further reduced.
Further, in the present embodiment, the restoring member 140 is a compression spring, and two ends of the compression spring are respectively disposed on the first clamping plate 110 and the second clamping plate 120. The compression spring has a simple structure and is convenient to install, and the compression spring is used as the reset piece 140 to simplify the structure of the supporting bar clamping tool 100.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the restoring member 140 may also adopt other elastic elements, such as a torsion spring, a spring plate, etc.
In the supporting strip clamping tool 100, when the second clamping plate 120 rotates to abut against the limiting member 130, the first clamping end and the second operating end cannot be continuously close to each other, so that the maximum stroke of the clamping portion 101 in the clamping process is limited, and the degree of compression of the supporting strip is controlled. The position of the limiting member 130 is adjustable between the first operating end and the first clamping end. Further, the closer the limiting member 130 is to the rotation axis of the first clamping plate 110 and the second clamping plate 120, the smaller the stroke of the clamping portion 101 during clamping. By moving the limiting member 130, the clamping portion 101 can provide a proper degree of compression when clamping the supporting bar. Therefore, when the supporting bar is processed, the supporting bar only needs to be clamped and loosened, and the pressing degree of the supporting bar does not need to be repeatedly detected, so that the labor intensity of an operator is obviously reduced.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
